• Piyush (10/5): Free parking with all the facilities you desire. - It was located 2km hill up and can only be accessible by car. 10-15 minutes away from the city center. Free parking was really a luxury and it also had all the facilities one could ask for. The information of getting to the car parking and inside the apartment were super clear. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We couldn’t use the swimming pool but definitely be booking again if we plan to come to Malaga. The Kettle wasn’t clean. Maybe having hard pillows would be great too.

На кухне все есть, ванная комната очень хорошая. Терраса шикарная. Нам так не хотелось уезжать. Спасибо большое за чудесный отдых.....😍

• chubi88 (10/5): Ci siamo trovati benissimo lo consiglio ovviamente a chi viaggia in macchina - il proprietario dell'alloggio si è dimostrato molto attento, ci ha contattato telefonicamente per paura che non avessimo ricevuto le istruzioni per entrare, istruzioni veramente chiare. ottimo inizio. La struttura è bellissima, l'arredamento è di buona qualità, la piscina lo spazio esterno tutto molto confortevole, l'unica cosa non molto di mio gradimento sono le tende, ma i gusti non si discutono. un aspetto non secondario il signor Elemar parla e scrive molto bene in italiano. grazie per l'ospitalità.

Tous les équipements fonctionnent parfaitement, la piscine même en étant partagée est vraiment un très gros point positif.

It's well located and was easy to find, the check in instructions were easy to follow as we arrived really late after midnight. But we made it in with no issue due to the clear communication. I would recommend this place to anyone. We had the pool to ourselves all afternoon and had a wonderful view over Malaga Port. I would definitely stay again 😊 Nothing. Everything was great 👍

• Christopher (9/5): Great Place! - Quiet residential area and off street parking is a massive benefit. The apartment was clean and comfortable and basics provided which was much appreciated. The pool area was well maintained and the views are stunning! Sofa bed could be more comfortable.

The owner has good information everywhere and sends you videos with detailed explanations on the property. It was ideal for our family. We were looking for a quiet area with a swimming pool. It was clean and comfortable. Huge bed and a sofa bed! A few minutes drive and you are in an area of restaurants and the beach is at the bottom of the road. Everything was great. You may need a car if you want to explore different areas but there are buses and Uber services if you stay closer to the neighborhoods in Malaga.

The apartment was spotless and equipped with more amenities than we anticipated — the little kitchen was impressively well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals when we didn’t feel like going out. The location was ideal: close enough to everything we needed, yet tucked away just enough to enjoy a sense of calm and privacy. Will definitely return in the future. The only thing is if you are staying here, rent a car. It will make everything a lot more convenient.

• Maria (9/5): Overal was all fine. But I would stay there next time only if the issues would be resolved. - The space was clean and comfortable. An organisation with the key was a modern, quick, and easy way of fast communication. The garage was a bonus. I had a problem with the doors! My husband had to open them for me whenever I needed to go out or in. The wardrobes were very spacious, but also problem opening the drawers. They got stacked on the frame while I opened them. I ended to not using them at all. Shame. :-( I also didn't like to care about the rubbish bags, which was a rule! While I am on holiday, I would like to not look for places where to go with a rubbish bag. But this is perhaps how it works in Spain generally, so maybe nothing to do with the owner. I would probably investigate it, but I wanted to enjoy the holiday.

Also the bed and couch are corsey. The garden is Nice to do yoga and training. 🙏 Tip; check the slice door, It is very difficult to open. Even for strong fit people like us. The lights in the appartement are very brihgt. To make It more cosey I would prefer more yellow lights. But thats a personal preference .

• Ashish (9/5): Superb - The best part is the Host shared all the details and clearly explained the way the keys could pick up. so this is very helpful. It was very spacious parking and easy to go. Apartment has a beautiful sit out near the pool which is really beautiful during morning coffee. The only disadvantage was the main door of my apartment was not working so i had to have an use other alternative. The apartment doesn't have dish washer so this was bit painful . Also the apartment utensils vessels were not clean may be due to previous guests.

• Cristian (8/5): For a short stay it's worth it, for a week or more definitely not. - The location of the property is secluded, during the day and especially night is very quiet. The square meters of the flat is very good. You feel safe in this place, it's secure. The private car park, for both rented flats perfect, the car will be safe. CCTV everywhere with is good, but the the pool area I don't really like it. The instructions where to find the key, where is the flat where is the car park like an induction was spot on thanks to the property administrator, Mario. The kitchen is fully fired with everything, yea you have to bring you're own salt little bit of sugar provided with a few coffee pods but definitely feels like home in that kitchen The toilet needs a bit more attention when it comes to higgene, the toilet has brown lime scale on to it it needs proper cleaning, the brass/bronze water taps on the bidder, shower, jacuzzi, and toilet need either changing or proper cleaning, the jacuzzi is was unusable very dirty allot of black small bits come out of it when you run it discussing, no bleach pills where provided to be used before use, definitely not usable. The views are not the one advertised, not from the flats you are renting from where the pool is definitely. The pool is not private you will share it with the second flat that is rented or if there are not anny clients you will share it with the owners, definitely not advertised as private poll but be careful it looks like it's private. Carefull there are CCTV cameras at the pool area too. The fact that you need to bring the trash like 250m away is a bit wired, it should have a trash bin at the property and disposed by someone not the customers.The switch at the entrance has a missing button and they have put a masking tape on it, children can easily get there and it's a possible hazard.

• Serdo (10/5): Exceptional - One of the most luxurious facilities I've been to. Easy and simple communication with the owner. He gave us suggestions on what to visit and went out of his way to make our check-out half an hour later than the scheduled 11 am. I definitely recommend it for guests who come with a car because there is a closed parking lot within the building. For guests who come without a car and want to use public transport rather than a taxi, I think it's too far and hilly to walk.

The host was very thoughtful and sent us a suggested itinerary of local restaurants and things to do. There's nothing we didn't like. Might be worthwhile to hire a car to get around as the apartment is slightly outside the city centre but there are some lovely places to visit at the bottom of the street too

Apartmenf fully equipped to cook, do laundry, etc. If ever back in Malaga I will certainky come back to the same place.
