• Jonathan (8/5): Good value apartment with a super sunny terrace. Perfect for a couple for a weeks break. - Superb sunny terrace which is the best feature of this fourth storey apartment. Clean throughout. 20 minute walk from the main tourist sights. Instructions needed to clearer to access the property and especially important to be told that the key found inside the apartment is needed to get back in through the outside street level gate.

• Iris (9/5): Heerlijke plek met goddelijk dakterras - Het is een prachtig vernieuwd appartement op een goede locatie net buiten het centrum. Het dakterras is goddelijk en het bed slaap is stevig maar comfortabel. De keuken kan nog wat kleine toevoegingen gebruiken om het gebruik ervan nog aangenamer te maken

• Amador López (3/5): Decepcionante - Mobiliario super deteriorado,cama destrozada, sofá en muy mal estado, baño con moho y suciedad en lavabo,las imágenes no corresponden con la actual situación del piso.

• Eugenia (5/5): Gute Lage, aber die Einrichtung muss dringend angepasst werden. - Die Lage Die Wohnung ist sehr lieblos eingerichtet. Der Tisch am Sofa ist echt kaputt, die Küche ist sehr spärlich bestückt, die Dusch-Konstruktion ist echt kaputt und fällt bald von der Wand (einfach unpassend groß in der Dusche!) Der Balkon ist echt super, aber der Rasen-Teppich muss gerichtet werden. Stolpergefahr vom feinsten. In der Wohnung gab es keine Polsterung für den die Möbel auf der Terrasse. Und das aller blödeste war, als wir vor dem Auszug die Bettwäsche abzogen und die Decke gesehen haben. Das ist so nicht in Ordnung, ekelhafte Flecken. Eine Reinigung wäre hier dringend notwendig. Fazit: tolle Wohnung, aber echt nicht schön eingerichtet und alles sehr verkommen und lieblos. Schade! Das geht echt besser, nur paar Handgriffe und es soft für freundliche Atmosphäre. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung für zwei Personen perfekt.
• Beatriz (5/5): - La ubicación y la cama era cómoda, la calefacción funciona muy bien y la dimensión tanto del apartamento como de la terraza estaba muy bien. Algunos muebles y el sofá estaban bastante deteriorados, una persiana del salón rota y no subía y la cortina estaba descolgada, la alcachofa de la ducha con el agua corriendo no se sostiene en el soporte y pierde agua, el horno estaba sucio, el mobiliario de la terraza está deteriorado y había un recipiente lleno de colillas, había algo de moho en los azulejos, la iluminación del baño era insuficiente.

• Manuel (8/5): Excelente - Esta céntrico, tiene todo lo necesario para que puedas cocinar y seguir viviendo como en casa. El personal muy atento, la interacción con ellos fue excelente, tienen previsto todo para que te sientas bien, sentí como si estuviera en casa de unos amigos. Cambiaria algunos algunos de los muebles.
• Gabi (10/5): Schöne Wohnung in bester Lage - Hübsche Wohnung in sehr guter Lage in einem angenehmen Viertel. Supermarkt und kleine Lokale in der Nähe, Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Handtücher wurden auf Anfrage am gleichen Tag gewechselt. Highlight ist die Terrasse mit einem wunderbaren Blick über Málaga. Die Straße ist belebt, aber nachts ruhig. Es gibt leider keine Auflagen für die Liegen. Bettbezüge waren sauber, aber eine Bettdecke war fleckig.
• Elena (7/5): - The apartment has very nice and big terace, the kitchen was well equipped and big as well. The bed was comfy and you have everything you need to feel comfortable for 7-days stay. The building was old, you can hear everything from outside, it was very noisy. Also we saw cockroaches and a mouse in the hall at the entrance of the building.

The balcony is a bit untidy, the third bed wasn't ready but we found a spare set , the shower is working (barely) but you have to figure it out (it's the middle knob you need to use), in general cleanliness and tidiness could be improved.

• Perla (7/5): Podría ser más económico. - Lo mejor es la terraza, y la cocina está bien Llegamos y la alcachofa de la ducha no funcionaba y la persiana no bajaba del todo. Dificultaba el sueño, avisamos y al día siguiente arreglaron. Por ese lado bien!
• Joann Gervilla Bermejo (8/5): - La ubicación del apartamento está bien, porque está cerca del centro, se puede ir perfectamente andando, además tiene varios supermercados y comercios al lado. La entrada es autónoma y las instrucciones son claras. Ahora en verano, se agradece que haya aire acondicionado, porque hasta que no empieza a refrescar y se puede salir a la terraza, es necesario para poder estar dentro sin pasar calor. El piso aunque está bien, tiene algunas cosas que habría que arreglar como la alcachofa de la ducha, una persiana del salón que no baja bien y algunos detallitos más. Y esto aunque es cuestión de gustos, tanto el sofá cama como el colchón no nos resultaron muy cómodos porque estaban duros.

• Guido (8/5): Great place — just a couple of small tweaks away from perfect - The flat is very nice, in a good (and quiet!) location. It was very nice staying there for a couple of days. The mattress was quite uncomfortable on one side, making it difficult for us to sleep and rest well. Also, there was only one coffee pod provided, despite booking for three days. In addition, a worker came to do maintenance on the terrace while we were there, without any prior notice — which was an unpleasant surprise.
• June (8/5): Enjoyable as usual, this our third stay in this apartment - This is an apartment we did our own catering, and there is a Dia supermarket within 5 mins walking distance, and a great bakers opposite The terrace is great lots of sun even though it was Jan/Feb, we ate our there often. The ELE staff are friendly and efficient, we had a couple of things that needed doing, there were all done within 24 hours. There are a few things, a side light in the living room as the overhead lights are a bit too bright when relaxing in the evening.
• June (7/5): Good - Lovely terrace, area, The apartment needs a lot of TLC,. We stayed here earlier in the year and problems we pointed out then were still apparent. The staff at ELE always replied to any queries promptly a were very pleasant. We still think it's one of the better apartments we have rented in Malaga. The terrace makes it.
• Grace (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. Instructions for entry were clear and easy to follow. QR code inside showed videos of how to work kitchen appliances which was very helpful. The terrace was great as was the air-conditioning. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. And their left luggage service was super. We had a great time and would happily go back there again.

Sheets and towels clean Easy walking distance to town centre Coffee machine and microwave efficient Plenty of space Very disappointed that the apartment is poorly maintained, lots of bits of damage and broken items that would have made the place so much better if attended to. Romote management and only basic cleaning means no one really cares Ants in the kitchen and an insecure patio door that management know about but had not attended to either before or during our stay. Torn curtains, broken sun parasol, lights not all working, the balcony area a dumping ground, I could go on! Very cheeky to be charged full rate when the facilities are tatty. Does anyone at booking.com read these reviews and deal with issues?

• June (8/5): Very good - We liked the location, the terrace was great. The kitchen was well appointed. There was lot of storage. The bed was comfortable, and our bedding and towels were changed weekly. We have stayed in Malaga many times and this is one of the best apartments. We couldn't use the front door entry we couldn't get the link to work and were just about to call, when two English men came out and let us in. When we got to the front door of the apartment we sound the lock box quite difficult to open but we managed in the end. It would have been nice to have cushions for the sun loungers and a reading lamp in the living room.
• Elisadavis252 (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! - Nothing! It was the worst stay of my life! I don't give it a 0 because I can't, DO NOT STAY HERE! The place was so dirty, there were so many broken items and you could hear EVERYTHING from the bedroom, and the bed is broken!. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
• Bob (10/5): 3 weeks in Malaga was beautiful. We highly recommend this property. - Only 10 minutes from Centro. In a nice neighbourhood. Grocery store is a couple of blocks away. The patio is superb. The hosts were very responsive. Re stayed 3 weeks. They changed out the bedding and towels weekly, fixed the washing machine, and even ordered a taxi for us when we left. We loved it here. The internet was fast and reliable. We got used to the street noise which was just cars and motorbikes on a fairly busy through street. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.
• Sol (10/5): large and bright apartment - Nice spacious and bright downtown apartment. It has an elevator. With a very large terrace. You can enjoy the city center with good views. The kitchen has everything we need. The bathroom had everything we needed. Large bed, very comfortable mattress, very good. the only negative is if you are a light sleeper you would have a hard time sleeping because of the noise that can be heard through the bedroom window.
• Osvaldo (8/5): Nice stay for few days. - Lovely property with a lot of light, space and the outside terrace is a gem. Not really clean, I had to re-wash cuttelery and glasses as they were not properly clean. The bed is not very comfortable.
• Ann (9/5): good for a short stay in Malaga - great Location, close to everything! although it was a challenge to go out with a weelchair. the road back from port and historic center is quite a hill 😊 The bed is very good! the Terrace is huge and contact with the host very good 👍🏻 there is too WiFi and we used our chrome cast without problems there are lot of very little insects on the ground and kitchen closets
• Jane (8/5): Great terrace ,good apartment size ,good internet and good location what more could you want ! - Location was good with 15min walk into the city . There is traffic noise , not too much though , during rush hours Capuchinos is quite a busy road . There is a lift so being 4 stories up is not a problem. The terrace is really special in that it is big and South facing so sun all day . Why the wall has too be as high as it is is a mystery . The city view is lovely but you have to stand to see over !. There is a nice bakery just over the road and supermarket Dias a couple hundred meters further on . Parking is a bit of an issue but we were able to find places in the area to park free .Street parking is free where the lines are white . A tip for Malaga is to rent the smallest car possible ,we had a Fiat 500 (from Goldcar at €34/week !) and it fitted into the tightest of parking places . Contact with ELE apartments was very good ,responding to queries very quickly, than you Fernando . We did have problems with the patio doors . They are quite delicate but the real problem is if you close them when you're on the terrace there is no way of opening them from the outside ! Hopefully this will have been sorted now . Overall a lovely time was had by us both ! Only small things like the kitchen knives could do with a sharpen and maybe a few more toilet rolls in fhe bathroom .
