• Grazyna (9/5): Great location. Nice and cosy apartment. Clean. - Great location. Nice view of the church near by. Clean apartment. The way you get the keys to the property - we had to wait outside for someone to deliver them and they were late. There is no signage or anything that will help you locate the entrance either so we were not sure if we’re waiting in a correct place. Also, deposit was required and they had to take pictures of our passports.

La serrure est restée bloqués c’est une personne de l’intérieur qui nous a ouvert après des minutes et des minutes d’attente. J’avais deja envoyé un message au personnel qui ne m’a répondu que le le lendemain. La réponse était quoi? C’etait qu’ils ont deja prévenu le syndic bien avant. Nous y sommes restés 6 jours, aucune mesure n’a été prise. Le mensonge sur l’annonce (dire qu’il y a une machine a laver dans l’appart et c’est pas du tout le cas). Personne ne vous préviens que l’emplacement est caché et que ça pue la pisse. A notre arrivée ce c’était pas propre du tout. Des cheveux partout. On ne te prévient pas qu’il y a pas d’ascenseur. Cerise sur le gateau. Les 100 euro que tu paies en caution pour l’appart, ne m’a jamais été rendu. Après des messages et heures de relance c’est que là que l’appart m’envoie un « justificatif » de remboursement. Je n’ai jamais été remboursé. Je mène une procédure sur le sujet car l’établissement n’a pas été professionnel. À part l’emplacement qui était bien, Je ne recommanderai pas cet établissement.

• Jairo (7/5): Ático en el casco viejo de Málaga - Bien situado y suficiente para dos personas. Cerca de todo porque está en pleno centro de Málaga en la calle de las Cinco Bolas. Es un atico sin ascensor. Servicios mínimos, al menos unas aguas y café no estaría de más. Menos mal que había una tienda cerca. Si quieres hacer "vida en casa" está bien porque tiene cocina. pero nosotros optamos por ir a una cafeteria a desayunar. Tampoco quedaba papel higiénico (solo 1 rollo) y lo tuvimos que ir a comprar. ¿Quizás lo podríamos haber pedido? sí, pero hay una cosa que se llama "previsión" y por no depender de quedar con el casero para que nos lo entregase ya ni perdimos el tiempo en avisar. La WIFI mal, se cortaba continuamente y dejaba de funcionar la televisión y cualquier equipo que hubiese conectado. La cobertura de móvil mal, por eso tuvimos que usar la WIFI, algo que evito por seguridad. Pedí factura porque el viaje era de trabajo y además necesitaba desglosada por días ya que solo podía imputar al trabajo parte de la estancia y no la desglosaron como pedí y tardaron un mes en enviarla y aun por encima dos facturas distintas de dos empresas. Una de alojamiento y otra de servicios. Y sin desglosar base imponible e IVA. Sigo esperando respuesta al último mail.

La cama es cómoda y el baño esta bastante bien. La cocina tiene lo justo Es un segundo piso y no tiene ascensor. Además las escaleras no son cómodas. El ruido de la calle se escucha demasiado y puede perjudicar el descanso por la noche

Flat had all of the amenities we required and made a great base for our week. We had a great holiday, loved Malaga, and the flat met our needs and our budget. Decor could do with freshening up a little.

En revanche, le lit était inconfortable avec un matelas usé, les toilettes dégageaient de mauvaises odeurs, l’escalier était sale et la climatisation fuyait de l’eau. Nous avons signalé tous ces problèmes, mais sans aucune réaction. Des améliorations sérieuses en matière d’hygiène, de confort et de maintenance sont indispensables
• Kate (10/5): Brilliant apartment in a perfect location. - Perfect location . Property was very clean great AC in living area, attractive decoration and feel , has character. Nice, spacious bathroom, shower with toiletries , fan. Colourful windows show stunning views of church and rooftops. Bed was really comfortable and plenty of towels. Little kitchen area and kettle, also little free library, which we added too. Had handy clothes airer so you could hand wash clothes and space to dry them easily. Also right next to a handy little supermercado and stunning plaza . Very secure access and iron ironing boards . We enjoyed staying here . It is a studio apartment but the massive amount of twisty stairs , 54 steps hard if you have joint problems. No AC in bedroom and local noise made sleeping difficult. Could do with extra sheets and we could have moved into AC seating area to sleep.

• Piera (8/5): Accoglienza e comfort a due passi da tutto - Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento nel cuore del centro storico e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è perfetta: a due passi da tutti i locali, ristoranti e servizi, ideale per vivere pienamente l’atmosfera della città. L’appartamento è molto accogliente, arredato con gusto e soprattutto pulitissimo. Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, pronto a fornire indicazioni e a venire incontro a ogni esigenza. Consigliatissimo! L'assenza del bidet ma è una cosa a cui solo noi italiani siamo abituati😅

• Michaela (3/5): Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here. 0/10 - The bed was comfortable Location is nice, but the window shutters didn’t work so the light was shining through when you tried to sleep. Also the windows let through a lot of noise - it wasn’t quiet at all. There were bugs everywhere in the apartment and it smelled like stale washing machine. Very poorly stocked kitchenette - didn’t have washing detergent and I really didn’t want to buy it for them since it was such a let down, so had no way to wash the dishes. Payed extra for a room with balcony, had none, lived on the first floor with a view (and smell) of trash containers. Bathroom was also pretty disastrous. Overall disappointing.

• Scott (6/5): Great location, clean, a fair price for a short stay, but lacked some facilities. - Dante met us with the keys and we were grateful to be able to enter the property earlier than expected. Lock on the door to the building was diffucult to open as the key kept sticking. No additional linen provided for spare pillows. Some crockery could do with replacing.
• Kristina (9/5): Superb - In the heart of old town! Walking out of the apartment right into the narrow streets full of restaurants, stores, cafés is something you would want every time you travel. Can get noisy at night...that's the price you pay when the fabulous centro historico is at your door step!

He blocked the deposit on my account for much longer than we agreed. He also tried to block my card again without authorization when I was no longer in the country. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

• Joanna (5/5): Passable - The location was great. Bed was comfortable. Minimal required appliances. Toaster cord was worn through and only toasted on one side. One small flying pan and one small pot with a lid that didn't fit.No egg turner utensil. Tried to communicate this but Luigi did not respond.
• Alīne (3/5): Disappointing Stay with Poor Communication and Billing Issues - Location was very nice. Bed was also nice. A lot of things were already broken when we arrived, and the host wasn’t very helpful. I rented this apartment for my mom and her friend , and although they didn’t mind sharing a bed, they requested an extra bedsheet. The host said he would bring it the next day, but the next day never arrived…They also found a cockroach and asked if there was any spray available, but the host never responded to my messages. Additionally, if someone is booking for two weeks, it’s important to consider essentials like toilet paper. For two people, almost two rolls for an entire week is not sufficient, and it doesn’t make sense for guests to buy supplies for the next occupants. There was also an issue with my card. I paid for the apartment, but they repeatedly charged and refunded €200 about five times. It left me feeling uneasy, as if they could take money from my card at any time. Overall, for the price, the experience was not worth it. P.s be careful with shower it’s already pretty broken. I added photo

• Maracooja (8/5): Best location and a good stay - Location is the best. Apartmant is in the city centre and when you step out you are already there. The host Gabriel was so friendly and helpful, and overall great! He gave us all the right instructions and recomendations about what are the best places to visit, how to get there, about tickets and city transport, where to eat (the best places for different type of domestic and local food, or the places with best view) and other helpfull tips. You need to pay a deposit on the start of your stay, in case of damages, which is not that small amount. At the end of your stay you get your money back, if of course you didnt broke anything or nothing is missing. We got it back, and everything was fine, but you cant totaly relax, and you being unnecessary extra carefull on your vacation. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and stiff, so sleeping was a offten a challenge.

• Neil (7/5): January trip . - The location is brilliant , a short walk to all the main attractions, including the marina and beach . The apartment is situated in a small walk through street opposite a hotel entrance and hotel guests , on occasions seem to congregate and can be loud into the early hours . The company contact Gabriel whilst informative and polite on the initial meet and transfer of keys. He did ask for an unexpected £120 euro deposit ,I agreed to 80 refundable. The shutters failed in the main bedroom on day 2 and he did not respond to any messages or phone calls . Likewise on the last day he stated we could hold onto the apartment keys for an extra 3 hours and whilst he did make contact he did not confirm this and again did not answer any messages, nor did live malaga office. Very poor customer service
• Sarmīte (8/5): Pleasant stay - Very central location in old town near the church. About 10min walking distance to Alcazaba and Castillo de Gibralfaro. Gabriel was very friendly and helpful, he brought everything we needed for the second bed. Easy to communicate with owner via WhatsApp. Comfortable apartment for a short stay. One of the towels had big hole in it. On Thursday evening there were very loud party somewhere nearby even after the 2 AM and you can hear everything perfectly inside the apartment - very thin walls and windows. I suppose it’s like that every weekend so don’t get surprised. Apartment is not on the loudest party street but you can still hear everything outside very well.

It was relatively quiet for being in the city centre, only during the night there was some rumour now and then off people shouting, but you can have that almost everywhere in the old town. The Internet availability was bad, there were problems with the router that they were not able to fix during my stay. I had to make a hotspot with my phone. It might have been fixed after I left.

• Birgitta (5/5): Lack of sleep made the stay rather dismal. Provided you can sleep with earplugs you'd be fine. - Location was excellent regarding closeness to the centre and the train station. We thought that being on a pedestrian street, in a small alley would make it quiet, which it was - but only during daytime! At night the quiet street filled up with drunk people screaming, singing, etc. The single glazing, and the bedroom facing the pedestrian steet made you think you had a hoard of people screaming in your room. Only the night when it was raining did it go quiet. No sleep until sometime after 2 am otherwise. The kitchen could have had a bit more equipment. A coffee maker, a tea-towel, e.g. Also appreciated if the bathroom door could close.
