• Louise (4/5): Dissatisfied - Location and space was good Beds very uncomfortable and hard. Soap dispenser present but empty. Request to clean up after ourselves, which is fair but no provision of washing up liquid or cleaning products to do this. Made us question if previous guests had same issue and therefore the kitchen utensils and other items were not cleaned properly. This was raised to the host but 3 days later i have not received a reply.

• Karolina (9/5): Központi hely 5 felnőttnek 3 gyerekkel is kiváló! - Abszolút központi helyen. 5 perc a vasút, 10-10 perc nyugodt tempóban a tenger és a látnivalók. A matracok kényelmetlenek és valóban lóg a fürdőben a lámpa és ereszt az egyik wc tartály, de ezek abszolút nem rontották az ott tartózkodásunk élményét!
• Paola (7/5): Posizione top, comunicazione e pulizia meno - Ho soggiornato due notti con i miei fratelli e i miei nipoti e l’appartamento ci ha colpiti per la posizione perfetta e gli spazi molto ampi. La zona giorno è grande e accogliente, la cucina è ben attrezzata e ci sono davvero tanti letti, ideale per gruppi o famiglie. Il potenziale per essere un 10 c’è tutto, ma serve migliorare la pulizia e ridurre la comunicazione insistente. Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato un forte odore proveniente dai bagni e una pulizia non all’altezza (insetti morti e capelli nei letti), tanto da dover comprare dei profumatori. Inoltre, nei giorni precedenti al soggiorno ci sono arrivati troppi messaggi per il check-in e il check-out: davvero eccessivi.

• Barony (1/5): It was an unacceptable experince. Will never again use this platform to book a stay as I feel like we were lied to and t - It’s in a central location and that’s it! The apartment was dirty and the smell of sewer disgusting. The apartment was given to us dirty, not enough towels, the sheets were dirty, the beds seemed like they were not changed just sheets placed on them, the heater did not work well. The smell of sewer as soon as the door opened and throughout the apartment was disgusting. The central heat does not work so, the provided small heaters did not heat up the rooms at all and to mention are extremely dangerous, ca cause a fire. This apartment is dirty/uncomfortable and not what is portrayed online. Even when I reported all to the concierge they never responded regarding moving us to another apartment, we were traveling with elderly and a child these conditions were not acceptable.

• María del Carmen (7/5): Puente en familia - El apartamento era muy espacioso para 6 personas y estaba muy cerca del centro Una de las habitaciones no tenía nada para poder colgar la ropa y en uno de los baños también echamos de menos tener algo para colgar las toallas. En el comedor el cable de una de las lámparas también estaba roto.Son pequeños detalles que creo que no cuestan mucho y que harían la estancia más agradable.
• Patricia (2/5): Fatal - La ubicación. Muy cerca de la estación de tren, de la playa y del centro El apartamento no estaba bien equipado. Sin utensilios para poder fregar el menaje, ni un trapo, la cafetera rota, el sofá cama súper incómodo, se salía el agua de los WC. Además no funcionaba la calefacción. No había manera de hacer que calentara el apartamento. Un desastre

• Juan (6/5): El apartamento que quería ser y no pudo - El tamaño de las habitaciones La ausencia de detalles, el apartamento parece impactarte al verlo, pero unas horas después, ves q carece de alma, de detalles. Comienza a estár desvencijado y no parece haberse estudiado la funcionalidad. Aconsejo al propietari@, pasar un par de días en el y comprobar que: - los colchones se hunden - El papel higiénico ¡ solo ! puede estar sobre la cisterna - Las cisternas no tienen fuerza - La ducha se sale. - La entrada está desangelada - La iluminación necesita ser, actualizada y mejorada - No hay un solo armario. Uno de los dormitorios no tiene ni un triste pagaban. Por dar unos detalles. Es una pena, el edificio es muy agradable, la zona es cómoda y tranquila. El apartamento tiene muchas posibilidades, es bastante grande, pero no es ni funcional ni cómodo.
• David (7/5): Muy buena ubicación, para familias o grupos numerosos - lo mejor es la ubicación y la amplitud tanto de las habitaciones como de las estancias, ideal para familias o grupos numerosos las llaves se tienen que ir a buscar a otra calle, la iluminación y acabados con defectos (bombillas que no funcionan), colchones muy básicos, ni una botella de agua en la nevera, precio desproporcionado con las calidades.

• Kishan (9/5): Superb - Everything was very good. Nice location with plenty of space inside. Instructions to check in were perfect too. The host was very quick to answer any questions I had If I had to be picky, the sofa bed when converted to the sofa form didn't seem to have any support. If you sat on it, you sunk in a little. Apart from that, no complaints!

We are a family of 5 adults so we welcomed the 2 bathrooms. The soap dispenser in the showers had not been refilled and I would have liked a kettle.

• Pam (3/5): We found it difficult to feel relaxed in this apartment due to the issues I have described. - The location was excellent, being near the city, the main train station and the marina / restaurant area. The person who met us with the key was polite and friendly. The apartment and the bed linen and towels were very clean. The apartment was spacious and in a quiet street. The dining area was pleasant with bookshelves and smart comfy dining chairs. It would have helped us to have had some flexibility in booking in and booking out, because as a group of friends meeting up, we were all arriving at different flights and times. We did ask for this in advance but were told it was impossible because of the cleaning schedule. We were guided to use a commercial luggage storage facility which cost us an extra 40 euros. We would have appreciated an alternative storage arrangement. We kept to the agreed times but were kept waiting 15 minutes for the person to arrive with the key. We would have liked a simple welcome pack, eg tea / coffee/ milk for us to use on arrival after travelling and an information pack re where to find the supermarket etc. We did not expect luxury accommodation for the price however the quality and maintenance of the furnishings and fittings was unsatisfactory for our needs. eg; with only the sofa bed, there was insufficient comfy seating in the lounge area for 4 people to sit together. One 'easy' chair had metal posts sticking up in the front and was impossible to sit on; the other chairs were 'tatty' and not comfortable to sit on. Several lamps had broken power fittings / bulbs. The twin mattresses in one room were of poor quality, with dips in the middle. Only one bedroom had a mirror. The sofa bed was difficult to put up and down, making the bed unstable and the mattress was poor. Both of the showers leaked onto the floor through damaged door-seals when used. I reported this to our contact person who told us that she would inform the maintenance people, but it seems that this must be an ongoing problem because the doorframe and the flooring were already visibly swollen. One shower head was broken so the water sprayed everywhere. The drainage was poor causing the shower tray to flood which was inconvenient as it took some time for us to clean this up.
