• Giuseppina (5/5): - La posizione della struttura. Bagno molto datato come la biancheria. Avendo L ascensore attaccato al muro del bagno si sentiva il rumore (salire/scendere) in piena notte!!!

And worst of all the children who slept on the sofa ended up covered in dedbug bites!!!!!
• Viktória (8/5): - Skvelá poloha v historickom centre mesta. Priamo na námestí plnom reštaurácii, neďaleko katedrály, v okolí viacero možnosti mini supermarketu. Veľmi dobrá komunikácia s ubytovateľom, vyšli nám v ústrety a ubytovali nás pred check-in časom. Slabšie vybavenie či už kuchyne alebo kúpelne. Nebol doplnený šampón, takže nám došiel po 1. sprchovaní. Okná len 2 malé do vnútrobloku, takže apartmán nie je veľmi presvetlený.

• javier (4/5): Aceptable. Tener cuidado no tener una urgencia fuera de horario de oficina - La ubicación La comunicación con el operador y/o la persona encargada en hablar con el cliente. Han sido MUY poco resolutivos a la hora de tener un problema, ya que se m quedaron las llaves dentro y no vinieron a abrirme la puerta a las 6:00am
• LAURA (8/5): Ubicación excelente 👌 - La ubicación es de 10. La amplitud del apartamento lo hace muy cómodo. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en la ciudad. Rodeado de todo tipo de restaurantes, establecimientos, pleno centro para moverse por la ciudad sin necesidad de coger transporte. El sofá cama es muy incómodo. El termo eléctrico se queda corto y no abastece prácticamente la ducha para 2 personas. En nuestro caso éramos 3 personas y teníamos que esperar mucho.
• Tim (8/5): Great central apartment option in Malaga. - Excellent location. The host was great at communicating with me. We were there during Holy Week at Easter, so the parades went on late (~2am) and were quite noisy, but it wasn't a massive problem, and all of Malaga is in the same situation.

Proprio intorno al l’appartamento ci sono molti ristoranti in cui fermarsi ad assaggiare le tipiche tapas e in veramente pochi minuti di passeggiata nel centro storico si raggiunge la cattedrale. L’appartamento è ampio, il bagno con doppio lavandino ancor di più. Dopo aver fermato la struttura sono stata contattata da un concierge team via whatsapp per il check in online e i dettagli del self check in in loco. Abbiamo fatto riferimento a quel numero per la risoluzione di un problema che poi per fortuna non si è più ripresentato. La prima sera infatti, dopo la prima doccia non c’è più stata acqua calda. Il giorno dopo però, come anticipavo, non abbiamo riscontrato la stessa problematica. Se devo trovare un difetto allora è relativo al fatto che, essendo l’appartamento diviso da quello accanto da una porta interna, quando la sera i vicini guardavano la tv, si sentiva tutto.

Die Fenster führten nur in einen schmalen Lichtschacht und der Aufzug war im Bad extrem laut zu hören! Bei geschlossener Badtür war der Lärmpegel im Zimmer kaum noch hörbar. Für die Kaffeemaschine lagen keine Kapseln parat, Tee auch nicht.

• Virginia (9/5): Perfecto - Apartamento cómodo y limpio con todo lo necesario, en nuestro caso fueron dos noches y estuvimos muy a gusto. Todo se gestiona por WhatsApp y tanto la entrada como la salida fueron muy ágiles y sin problema. La situación es perfecta, en pleno centro. Es algo con lo que ya contábamos y es que al estar en el centro por la noche hay algo de ruido, especialmente en fin de semana.

• Francisco Javier (7/5): Buena ubicación con lo justo - Buena ubicación. Apartamento con lo justo Hacía frío. El aire no funcionaba. No me lo podían arreglar y me ofrecieron una pequeña estufa eléctrica.

• Josefa (9/5): Céntrico y cómodo - El apartamento está muy bien. En un edificio antiguo pero renovado y en general la estancia fue muy satisfactoria. Está en pleno centro de Málaga. No se puede acceder con el coche a menos de 300 metros o así. Son callejuelas muy pequeñas sin acceso a coches. Tiene encanto también por eso. Está rodeado de diferentes locales de comida, nocturnos, etc. La calle es muy concurrida y está bien insonorizado, aunque si hay mucho jaleo en la calle, algo se escucha, pero se puede descansar bien. En el baño no había sitio para dejar las toallas. No obstante, la reseña que estoy haciendo corresponde al piso 2°B aunque reservé el 3°B según Booking, pero me dieron el apartamento en el piso 2. El apartamento es muy parecido, aunque sin nada de decoración en las paredes, estaban todas las alcayatas sin nada.
• Vanessa (9/5): Una sorprendente esperienza - L'appartamento è molto bello, spazioso, confortevole, con un ottimo bagno. E' completamente in centro ma la nostra camera era all'interno dell'edificio quindi in completo silenzio. Non direi che c'è stato proprio qualcosa che non mi piaceva, ma vorrei solo consigliare che essendoci nella camera la macchinetta del caffè, si potrebbero aggiungere delle cialde e dello zucchero per far sentire l'ospite coccolato.

Bed was very comfortable. Cause the location is so central, people were partying outside and it was quite loud through the window at night even with closed windows making it hard to sleep.

• Lotta (8/5): Perfekt läge! - Bra och enkelt. Att det saknades täcke till bäddsoffan och att det inte fanns extra täcken till dubbelsängen. Det är inte alla som vill dela på ett stort täcke. Vi var i behov av 3 separata täcken men fick endast 2 st. till 3 personer, trots att jag hade meddelat om att vi önskade separata täcken innan ankomst.

Accommodation were easy to contact and even facilitated allowing us an earlier check in. Highly recommend. This is more of an observation than a critique...being in the centre means that it can get noisy at night.
• Fátima (4/5): - Nada. Pésimo servicio. Pésima experiencia. Viajé a Málaga ppr cuestiones de trabajo y decidí elegir este alojamiento porque ofrecían factura con petición previa al mismo. Han pasado dos meses y no he recibido factura alguna, perdí el dinero de reembolso en mi trabajo y la respuesta es nula, nunca más respondieron los WhatsApp, los correos y los mensajes en booking. La atención de la chica española que atiende su número de llamadas es pésima, cero actitud de servicio. Si viajas por trabajo te recomiendo que no te alejes aquí pues nunca obtendrás tu invoice.

• Eftichia (6/5): - Location is perfect. It was a claustrophobic apartment with only two windows that viewed the air duct. We booked the room as a family of our and two our surprise we had to set the bed sheets on the living room sofa. If you only need a clean place to just sleep then it is fine.

• Vélez (8/5): - Muy céntrico, moderno y muy limpio. La única ventana del apartamento, a excepción de la del baño, daba a un patio de luces estrecho, había poca luz natural.

• Deirdre (7/5): Clean and central but some draw backs - Great location. Very central with restaurants and shops right outside the door. Very quiet. No view from windows. They open out on another wall of the building so the atmosphere of the city isn't experienced in the apartment. There was no washing up liquid or shower gel that we could find. There was also a leak and dripping in the wardrobe which wasn't ideal. It did get sorted while we were there but was inconvenient.

You literally walk out of it and you are in the center of many restaurants and night bars. All the sights are very close. The host was very attentive and explained everything we asked him in detail. I highly recommend it! I have nothing to note!

• Milda (9/5): Very centrally located apartments. - Loved the location, the peace and quiet and spectacular entrance to the building. There was very little toilet paper, no soap and no kitchen cloths or towels.
• Les (7/5): A perfect location and an adequate apartment for two people for a short break (if cleaned on time), but we would not rec - The location of the property is amazing and exactly the area we wanted to be in for our break We requested to get an early check in if possible and we were told they would let us know before arrival. We contacted them on our arrival to ask again and inquire about somewhere to store luggage. We were told we could leave our luggage but the apartment would not be clean until after 2 o’clock. We therefore went for lunch and waited for our actual check in time of 3 o clock. We were very disappointed to let ourselves in at 3 to discover the flat had NOT been cleaned. The bed was stripped, bins were full and empty bottles were on the kitchen benches, the shower, toilet and sink were unclean. We contacted the owner/manager via WhatsApp who apologised and told us their cleaner had an accident but would sort it out. After a further 30 mins 3 cleaners arrived and said they were from an agency and that the owner had not told them that guests were due in that day. They cleaned the apartment while we sat waiting to unpack and to be fair they did a good job, but considering we had been travelling from 3am and the apartment was not ready until long after check in time it was not the best start to our break. The apartment is nice but, could be improved. The lack of a window that lets in natural light is a draw back. Also the lift that is next to 3B chimes 3 times loudly on every floor and can be quite busy so quite annoying . There is a lack of information about the property also eg how to operate the safe, where rubbish was to be taken etc. There is no freezer compartment in the fridge and utensils are sparse ( e.g only one cup that fits under the coffee machine, no corkscrew and one tiny square of cloth for a tea towel)

One night there was totally flooded floor and water was falling down from the boiler. Disaster. They did not care. Said that they will refund one night because of these inconveniences, but nothing happened.
• Carol (10/5): A Christmas Experience in Malaga - Our well laid out and spotlessly clean studio apartment was just perfectly placed in the centre of Malaga, close to the tourist spots, restaurants and the beach. We came to Malaga to experience the Christmas lead in before heading to Nerja for a week. The lights and the Carols/Christmas Songs in the early evening were a lovely treat. The lights were amazing. The buzz around the city restaurants was welcoming. It was our first trip away from home at Christmastime and our hosts and Malaga made it very enjoyable. As for the weather .... 😎 I can't think of anything?

• Anonymous (5/5): apartment is good, staff and service sucks. - it's in city center, easy to rea h everywhere. communication with staff is a big disappointment, they confirmed our Cot request weeks ago, and last minute they said they can't provide a Cot for my 2 years old son. if they would say they cant't provide 2 weeks ago, I could cancel my booking, but they decided to inform us last minute, nice trick. Also they never answer you during your stay, and they asks a lot of info to fill the paperwork after your stay. Another thing is you can hear all noise from all directions, zero insulation, since it's an old apartment, it's expectable.
