• Luca Ladik (3/5): Ottima posizione ma scarsa pulizia e qualità dei materiali dei servizi - ottima posizione a due passi dal centro, parcheggio gratuito incluso, host molto disponibile e gentile. La pulizia era molto scarsa, ho trovato polvere ovunque, nessuna luce naturale, bagno e servizi in generale un po' rovinati anche se funzionanti, cuscino unico grande per il letto matrimoniale. Le foto probabilmente risalgono a molto tempo fa.
• Alberto (2/5): Decepcionante se queda corto - La ubicación es correcta (a unos 7 minutos del centro). El trato con Domingo fue bueno, sin embargo, así como no tuvo una mala palabra, tampoco tuvo una buena acción. Después del primer día en la que no pegamos ojo por los ruidos y la incomodidad del colchón, le pedimos que nos cambiase de habitación (tiene 5 alojamientos en el propio booking) y desgraciadamente no hubo opción. También le pedimos "late check out" y que nos guardase las maletas y no pudo ser. El baño estaba equipado aceptablemente, sin embargo la presión de la ducha muy baja. La iluminación artificial es muy buena. Para que el lector tenga contexto, pagamos algo más de 200€ por las dos noches que hemos estado. El principal problema del loft, que es un antiguo garaje, es el ruido, tanto dentro como fuera de la estancia. Pasan varias bajantes de pluviales y varios botes sifónicos del piso de encima, por lo que el ruido es constante y desagradable. Además, se juntó con la existencia de un nido de palomas que han gorjeado desde primera hora de la mañana. Si a esto le sumamos que el colchón es incomodísimo y el sofá parecido, el resultado es no pegar ojo a lo largo de toda nuestra estancia, que es a lo que íbamos, a descansar (tenemos un niño de 3 años). Como otros aspectos que no hicieron fácil la estancia está que el baño está situado en distinta altura que la cama, por lo que, si necesitabas ir durante la noche, tenías que utilizar unas escaleras a mi criterio bastante peligrosas y en las que tenías que tener los sentidos despiertos. Como dato adicional, el baño no se cierra mediante puerta (es tipo acordeón), por lo que la intimidad es bastante cuestionable. El loft cuenta únicamente con dos ventanitas que se giraban en torno a 20 grados por lo que la iluminación natural era casi nula y la ventilación difícil. Además no cuenta ni con horno ni con lavavajillas.

• Michel (5/5): Lijkt mooier en groter dan het daadwerkelijk is. - De locatie was goed, zo'n 20 minuten lopen naar het centrum De 'loft' is een omgebouwde garage, heel gehorig met allemaal leidingen tegen he plafond waar water door loopt (alsof er continue iemand naast je staat te douchen) de badkamer was vies, met schimmel in de douche. Wij voelden ons er niet prettig.
• Miguel (9/5): FINDE EN MALAGA - La ubicacion es muy buena, para pasar un fin de semana es un apartamento estupendo , no le falta detalle pero sobre todo el trato dado por Domingo es excepcional.

• Joana (5/5): Se puede alquilar un apartamento humilde, pero debe estar limpio y con un mantenimiento correcto. - La ubicación Es un garaje, sin luz natural, poca ventilación. Limpieza muy muy superficial. Las tuberías del edificio de arriba y algún tipo de motor están en el apartamento produciendo ruido en cualquier momento del día. Puse la lavadora un día y el baño se inundó, el agua salía por el desagüe de la ducha.

• José Angel (7/5): Buena ubicación aunque un poco ruidoso. - El propietario es muy amable y el apartamento está como a 20 min de la calle Larios y del muelle 1 El apartamento es un garaje acondicionado para vivienda por lo que hay bastante ruido, tanto de la calle como de vecinos. Tiene escaleras, por lo que si no andas ágil te costará subir y bajar.

• Ying (7/5): Good - The loft is a good enough place for a solo traveller, and the location was very close to station, supermarket, beach, downtown, shopping mall, etc. The host was so kind to provide help to me timely, there is a real kitchen that i can cook some simple food, and the bike took me to the beach haha. This cozy place made my short journey in Malaga safe and relaxed. After arrivalI just realized the loft had no window actually, and a bit noisy even the street was a quiet one than most of other streets in this city. And the bathroom facility of course simple that not good as hotels'.
• Paul (8/5): I should really tell people that it was awful and not to go there so I can keep it for myself but it was really amazing - It was spacious and clean and in a great location and it had everything I needed They didn’t have any windows that you could see out of but the location and the city are so good and if you speak a little Spanish the people I am incredibly kind and helpful and friendly and there’s so much to see and do so as a wonderful host, Domingo the Boss said, You won’t really be staying much

It's quite noisy inside, cause you can hear fluids flowing in the pipes from different flats. Lights must be turned on, not enough natural light inside.

You can cook you can iron, make your laundry.. we stayed only 3 days so we just enjoyed the coffee that was there for us to prepare. Excellent. The owner was very nice and helped us with the parking. We also enjoyed the bikes he was providing to the aparmant. The hotel is very near to everything. The old town as well the beach or the port. We would reccommend this hotel to everyone and we would want to choose this hotel again.

Well equipped and comfortable apartment. Friendly and helpful host. You can hear water flowing through the pipes but this was not too disturbing.

• Mariana (5/5): The host is nice but the apartment itself was too noisy for us. - Location is perfect, everything is very close and you can just walk to the city center and the beach. The apartment has everything needed. Shower is good, coffee is there, as well as bikes. The host is amazing, very helpful. It’s a converted garage, so, no natural light. Also, there is a very loud construction right in front of the apartment - you can hear everything as noise isolation is not there. The construction starts at 8 am and finishes at around 3-4 pm. So, we had to wake up early and leave the apartment early because of that - it was impossible to stay in the apartment during construction - too loud. You can also hear everything happening behind the walls (neighbors water, etc) and if you’re a light sleeper that might be a problem during night too.

• Virgil (7/5): Good budget option for visiting Malaga. - Location is really good, I think. The host is very attentive to requests and raised concerns, and wants to provide good service. The apartment has lots of facilities, from washing machine, to clothes iron, to microwave (I've only used the clothes iron, which worked as expected after asking the host to address a hard-to-remove stain from it; I had removed another stain myself, but the 2nd one was too much, and I wasn't trying to go out of my way with troubleshooting such stuff on my holiday). The provided bike was a nice extra (but don't expect too much from it, as at least mine was a bit frail, unstable, and requires a little bit of love and care on the breaks' side, on the side stand side which I had to clean myself as it was leaving marks on my shoes, etc). It gets pretty noisy (it felt like I could hear everything from outside, with the windows closed), so trying to sleep without earplugs would be really hard. I didn't like that there wasn't a 'classic' drawer to store clothes, but in the end I guess the sofa was good enough for me for that. The place could be a little bit cleaner, I think (for instance there are silverware which need a bit of extra attention, as they weren't cleaned properly after previous guests, and there are some other areas which would require a bit of extra attention), and some items need to be tossed due to being too old or moldy (I've communicated this to the host as well, he agreed and already addressed some of these).
• Christine (5/5): Disappointing - Clean and a good location and use of the bike. The flat was a converted garage with no direct sunlight and no sound insulation- and there was a lot of noise from the water from the pipes in the building of the tenants showering etc. as well as the noise of the cars driving by on the street. The flat was VERY cold, especially at night as there was no heating so I called the owner and asked him to bring me an electric heater but he said he didn't have one so I asked for a thick blanket which he brought so I could sleep at night. I have 2 friends in Malaga and they use electric heaters in winter! I live in Madrid and am used to the cold but this was the coldest AirBNB I have ever stayed at in 10 years!

He let us store our bags on check out day so we could go to the beach before catching our flight in the evening. It can be a bit noisy during the day due to the workshops next door but if you are out enjoying Malaga that should not bother you.

• Francisco (5/5): Well located but… - The location and all the appliances. it’s a garage converted into a Loft, A/C too noisy and does not cool enough the place where the bed is located. The bathroom is located downstairs from the bed and the stairs are kind of dangerous specially at night. The parking spot is too narrow and it’s located about two blocks from the Loft.
