- Ollson (10/5): Superbra centralt boende! - Mycket bra läge. Nära till allt! Vi saknade balkong men det visste vi ju från början så det var ingen överraskning. Å andra sidan finns alla barer och restauranger runt hörnet. Tyvärr var bäddsoffan inte så bekväm, väldigt hård. Men även där har vi olika behov.

- Paulo (5/5): - Localização excelente. Limpeza pouco cuidada, cheguei meia hora de pois da hora estipulada, e encontrei o pessoal da limpeza a começar a mesma. O meu horário de saída era às 11.55, mas deram a possibilidade de sair às 14.00, mas as 12.40 quando cheguei para ir buscar as malas, encontrei a porta trancada, depois de ligar para o apoio, e depois de com alguma dificuldade de me entenderem, consegui que abrissem a porta. O ar condicionado desligado, e falta alguns arranjos no chuveiro. O prédio esteve com obras, durante a estadia, o que não conseguia descansar.

- Jorge Varela Ferreira (7/5): Malaga 🥰 - La ubicación si aparcas en la parking el tejón te queda cerca del apartamento son sobre 27€ diarios El colchón era incómodo, después de ser una calle con muchos bares y restaurantes y discotecas muy ruidoso y las ventanas no aíslan nada el ruido y las del salón están como sueltas los marcos de las ventanas y no aíslan nada escuchas a la gente hablar y gritar nosotros no sabíamos que había tanta marcha que en Málaga y nos despertaba varias veces pr el ruido de la calle . Pero por ubicación y sitio muy acogedor lo per de todo es el ruido que genera la calle . A ser tan llega de bares y discotecas que hay 2 en la calle muchos restaurantes. Yo creo q si le cambian las ventanas por unas nuevas aíslan mejor los ruidos. Pero volvería a alquilar otra vez este apartamento 🥰

- Dario (4/5): - Really close Location to the Center. Everything is nearby. And the window in the main room is nice. Constant smell of the sewer from the drains in the bathroom. Terrible and traumatic experience. The smell was so bad even though they tried to mask it with the Glade plug-in air freshener. Just terrible.

The biggest problem was the terrible smell of sewage in the bathroom. And I recommend throwing away the hairdryer, which has a damaged cord, the electricity kicks in, it is very dangerous.

- Shabnam (7/5): Die Lage ist super Zentral, Sauberkeit ist leider nicht gegeben und der Kontakt zum Host könnte auch besser sein. - Die Unterkunft lag super Zentral, wir sind überall zu Fuß hingekommen. Wir haben überall hin Max 10 min zu Fuß gebraucht. Es war leider nicht so sauber wie erwartet. Die Decken waren nicht bezogen, dadurch konnte man direkt sehen wie schmutzig die Decken waren (teilweise sogar blutflecken). Wir haben deshalb nur mit Bettlaken geschlafen, das war leider auch das einzig saubere dort.

We pay extra money for cleaners but hair, dust and especially cockroaches during the night.😏 Very noisy location! I never recommend this apartment, very disappointed. - Donna (5/5): Location excellent rental company an absolutely disaster be prepared to have to keep following up - The location is excellent the only reason I rated this apartment high and the facilities are good but could do with improvement... The company running the apartment are an absolute disaster When completing my check-in the link provided would not allow me complete my details e.g. Passports number and DOB. I message and was told they would fill in the details if i provided them which I did. A few hours later I tried the link again to complete the check-in and the information i provided earlier was not added had to message again to get it added. I requested an early check-in but didn't get a response so when i arrived in Málaga airport i messaged on WhatsApp at 10:25 to see if i could check-in when i arrived and was told the apartment was ready. When i arrived at the apartment at 1:05 the apartment was a mess and not cleaned. The information provided on the link for access to the building provided the instructions of how to enter the front door but i was never provided with code to enter the apartment so i had to WhatsApp to get this. The instructions to get into the apartment were incorrect on the link so had to request the correct information. I left the apartment for 2 hours and on my return to collect my coat the cleaner was present i left again after 5mins or less but received a WhatsApp from another number to ask me to leave the apartment until 4pm. On my return around 5:30pm the wifi passwords i was provided with didn't work i WhatsApp then to enquiry about the password they provide the same password that was previously provided then they responded to say they would be in touch soon but heard nothing. Then I WhatsApp the second number i was messaged on earlier in the day and eventually got a response it was a totally different code and passwords. Later that night when all shops were closed i realised they had left no toilet paper. It was Christmas Eve (previously told by a local lady that no shops opened Christmas Day) the following morning i WhatsApp to request toilet paper to be dropped i got a response hours later saying they would try their best at this stage i had found a shop that was opened. There was one tea spoon in Apartment.

El baño muy reducido pero aceptable. Problema con muchas cucarachas pequeñas que salían a todas horas por los baños y habitación trasera.

Apartament nie jest tym przedstawionym na zdjęciach zamieszczonych w ofercie Booking pod względem czystości. Dokonując rezerwacji byłam przekonana, że apartament, który rezerwuje będzie adekwatny do ofert. Łóżka mają pozarywane materace, nie można na nich spać. Kran kuchenny jest obluzowany, aby zmywać naczynia muszę trzymać jedną ręką kran. Do tego łazienka jest brudna, jedna z ubikacji popękana, a kabina prysznicowa jest z grzybem.

Sauberkeit, Komfort… verbrauchte Möbeln, keine richtige Bettwäsche, kein Geschirr, das was da war, waren noch Essensreste vom Vorgänger… Keine Staubsauger, kein Verlass auf die Mitarbeiter der iLoftMalaga. Nur leere Versprechungen. Also spart euch das Geld und bucht was richtiges. P.s. Beim Schlüssel übergebe am Büro wurden wir gar nicht gefragt ob alles ok war sondern nur danke und ciao! Enttäuscht! Nur Geld verloren und Familie enttäuscht! Nie wieder.

Appartement non insonorisé/ on entend la sonnette de l’ascenseur durant la nuit et le bruit extérieur jusqu’à 4 du matin toutes nuits. Les rideaux étaient casse, va pris 3 jours avant de réparer et ils donnent 2 serviettes longues seulement, un système de porte électronique qui marche jamais ( demander les clefs) . Un tache sur un rideau très douteuxse. Très déçu car la qualité prix ne vaut pas la peine. Trop achalandé! J’aurais aimé être dédommagé!

- Kristina (4/5): Nikada gore iskustvo - - Lokacija - Stan nije los, ali je odrzavanje odvratno. - Prtljaga se moze ostaviti prije i poslje boravka na cuvanje - Iako je rezervacija bila za 3 osobe, kreveti su bili pripremljeni za samo dvije. A navlake za jastucnice nisu bile nigdje postavljene. - Kada je bila puna kamenca i plijesni. - Vrlo povrsno ocisceno, gadilo mi se sve osim kreveta. - Osoblje ne pomaze kada smo ih zvali samo su nam donijeli stvari za trecu osobu i nisu napravili krevet. - Nasli smo zohare. - Htjeli su nam naplatiti depozit od 200€ preko externog linka, sto smatram extremno rizicnim. Na kraju nakon sto sam se zalila nisam morala platiti. - Smatram da je stan dobar, ali agencija i housekeeping su katastrofa.

Apesar da boa localização do apartamento, a nossa experiência não foi nada boa. Estava tudo a correr bem, até que um dia chegamos da praia cansados e só nos queríamos preparar para ir jantar fora, mas isso não foi possível porque a fechadura de código da porta avariou. Já no primeiro dia tivemos dificuldades em abrir, mas depois conseguimos. Chegamos ao apartamento por volta das 8 da noite, colocamos o código e a porta não abriu. Depois de várias tentativas contactei a empresa através do número que tinha, tentaram resolver a situação pelo sistema informático, mas nada. Então mandaram um funcionário com as chaves para vir abrir a porta e depois de meia hora de ele chegar, nenhuma das chaves que tinha funcionava (ridículo). Disse que ia falar com a colega e ia ao escritório procurar outra chave. Aqui tudo correu mal porque ele nunca mais apareceu e nunca mais ninguém me respondeu as mensagens ou as mil chamadas que fiz. Não acreditem no atendimento de 24h porque não é verdade. Procurei no site deles outro número para eu tentar resolver a situação e encontrei um que não tinha whatsapp, mas como estava desesperada com a situação, liguei do meu telemóvel normal e como sou de Portugal vou pagar imenso dinheiro na próxima fatura que ninguém me vai reembolsar. Ja tinham passado mais de 2 horas desde que estávamos à porta do apartamento. Consegui falar com um rapaz impecável, que apesar do tempo que demorou a resolver a situação, devido a burocracias, lá conseguiu me indicar um sítio para eu ir buscar a chave do meu apartamento a um armazém. Se não fosse assim, tínhamos dormido no carro ou tínhamos que ter o custo extra de pagar uma noite num hotel. Ninguém da equipa do iloftmalaga se dignou a pedir-me desculpa e a reembolsar-me todo o transtorno que nos causaram.
