• IAN GORDON ANDREW (7/5): Our 1 week stay in Ushuaia - Heated floors! Great location, walkable to everything in town, especially the beautiful waterfront. The apartment had a leak in the bathroom faucet that we noticed upon arrival at 9 pm. The host arranged to have it fixed that night. The next day we noticed that the kitchen faucet leaked. We placed a bowl under the handle (the leak point) which we had to dump a couple of times a day. Management was made aware. The bath towels had a sour smell to them and the host refused to replace them (there is a pay laundry facility in the basement). The coffee carafe had a crack on the bottom and leaked. The Host did not respond when we asked for a replacement. The hair Hair dryer was broken. At this point, I had no confidence that anything was going to be replaced, so I didn't mention the hair dryer until the handyman stopped by for the required full cash payment a couple of days before we checked out.
• Vinicius (5/5): - Pontos bons mas que considero obrigatórios ter, então acaba não sendo nada especial, um bom chuveiro e o aquecedor. A cama é boa, porém os travesseiros horríveis, as roupas de cama e banho tbm não são muito boas. Minha permanência era de 8 dias recebi apenas uma toalha. Pontos negativos: o secador de cabelo não funciona, relatei e não tive resposta, a cafeteira funciona mas a jarra está trincada, relatei não tive retorno, só deixaram um edrodom que é o msm que forra a cama, e tbm foi o msm que vi quando cheguei e ainda tinha gente" limpando o quarto", olhei e perguntei td isso será trocado? Ele disse Sim, porém não foi, somente o lençol que forra e as fronhas o edredon permaneceu o mesmo que eu vi embolado em cima da cadeira. Tive q ficar por 1 hr andando na rua esperando a limpeza terminar. Dizem fornecedor papel higiênico, sim 1 rolo somente, Para duas pessoas por 8 dias. Fora alguns outros pontos, como cadeiras faltando parafusos, não ter um pano de chão no banheiro pra saída do banho não molhar tudo, controle da televisão hr pega hr não, e pra finalizar eu disse sair 9:30/10:00, as 9 já tinha gente batendo na porta pra limpeza. A vista que consta na foto do apt é do terraço e nao da sacada, ja que o msm fica no -1 subsolo. Achei bem desorganizado.

• Esteban (9/5): Superb - Great location, amazing pillows, good water pressure, ok internet The shower head was broken, the tv didnt have cable or the signal was bad
• Angeliki (5/5): Passable - It seemed a pleasant, modern studio It was at the basement and it was dirty. There were hair on the sheets and pillow and on the toilet seat. There was no soap at all. The mattres was too hard.
