Las toallas y sábanas de excelente calidad. La presión del agua de la ducha hermosa. La vista a las montañas también. La pasamos muy bien familia.

• Emmanouil (7/5): unpleasantly - The room is spacious and in a good location. The wifi was almost all the time off and I had a problem connecting.I asked for help about this but they did not do anything. They had not informed me also beforehand that I would need an adapter for the plug in order to charge my phone . And the worst was that a member of the staff came into the room while I was inside ! They sent me a sorry message but I found this unacceptable.

• Marina (9/5): Hermoso Departamento bien ubicado. - La ubicacion del departamente es excelente. Esta a una cuadra de la calle principal y tiene muchos comercios cerca. La vista es hermosa y es muy luminoso. El baño es comodo y todo el departamente es muy nuevo asi que esta todo lindo. El edificio tenia problemas frecuentes con el ascensor, no era un problema del anfitrion sino del edificio. Por suerte estaba en un 3er piso y nosotros no teniamos dificultad para subir.

Please note that the washer is not inside the unit, and you need to purchase coins to use it. There were some loud neighbors, and you could hear everything from other units . One morning, I woke up with the cleaning lady from upstairs around 7am, but after I complained, they stopped coming so early.

Permitiram flexibilidade do horário de entrada e saída, o que entendi como um grande esforço que reforço minha gratidão! Apartamento tem uma bela vista das montanhas, cama confortável e roupas de cama limpas e com opção de cobre leito inteiro ou dois cobertores. Na cozinha se encontra de tudo que facilita fazer café e as pequenas refeições. Enfim, indico a hospedagem e eu voltaria, sem dúvida! Nada que dependa do anfitrião pode ser considerado, entretanto a estrutura do apartamento que é moderno, tem má acústica, se pode ouvir “o banho” do vizinho do apto acima, por exemplo. Mas fora isso, é um lugar tranquilo de se hospedar.

Kitchen area had a big fridge/freezer, coffee max one, toaster and kettle and a few pots and pans for the hob. Excellent shower. Super location one street away from main shops and restaurants. Very good communication with Natalie who let us leave our luggage after check out which was very useful

• Bálint (10/5): Very good accomodation and a calm, but well-located place. - The location is good, close to the main shopping street, to the seaside, to the harbour. There is a lot of space, and the place is well-equipped. The furniture is new, beds and bathroom are comfortable and clean. There is an elevator inside the building and there is a kiosk (small shop) in the next building. The main door is not easy/noisy to open, this may be fixed soon. This is a really minor issue.

• Ram (8/5): Hotel management must maintain good business ethics, transparency and customer relations. - There was no breakfast. Location was good. One queen bed and one sofa/bed were provided for 3 of us. 1. The hotel collected 20% upfront cost after sending the booking confirmation. Not sure if this is a common business practice. 2. We were disappointed for not keeping the luggage as they promised initially at the time of booking. Just before the checkout day, they denied having promised to keep our luggage at their premises after checkout. Instead they recommended another hotel and a public locker facility with additional charges on us. Upon escalation of the issue to Booking.com, they came back and informed us they would let us keep the luggage with them until 1:00 pm exact time as their security guard would have to leave early due to Christmas. We felt it was hard a new constraint as our return time from the local excursion could not be guaranteed precisely 1:00 PM. They knew our days of stay. Had they informed us any such limitations upfront at the time of booking. We could have chosen a different place. We suspect there is a business understanding between Lo de Gaston and the other hotel which they recommended for storing luggage. This issue caused unnecessary stress during our happy vacation, and we ultimately made our own arrangements to store the luggage. 3. The hotel manager Natalia, though she speaks good English, but on essential topics, her written communication was deliberately in Spanish.
• Sandra (10/5): Modern, clean apartment with stunning mountain View! - I loved this apartment - the mountain views were so beautiful! Was so lovely to come back to after a day out and about. Very comfortable apartment, good communication for check in and questions, super clean and modern and very central to town. Supermarket very close walk - one block down the hill. Nothing.

• John (10/5): Accommodation at Fin del Mondo - Great little unit about 4 blocks out of town. Firm comfortable bed. Clean and cosy. Harbour glimpses. Internet great Laundry great Light over kitchen bench. Childproof locks on range top almost kept me out too.
• Robin (10/5): Fantastic place to stay in Ushuaia. - Communication with Natalia was fantastic right from the start. She was kind enough to drop off tokens for the laundry when I asked to do a wash. She also accommodated me for a late checkout. Very kind. The only negative was the poor wifi, but I managed by moving the computer around or going out in the hallway. Otherwise everything was perfection.
