Высокий этаж и окна выходят на две стороны - виден весь город)) Обратная сторона медали - шумно при открытых окнах (нам не было критично), место для машины в этом районе найти очень проблематично.

Including a central and exceptional location near the republic square, cleanness, sincere hospitality of the owner, modern and effective warming and cooling systems, kitchen facilities, and an eye-catching view of the balcony.

- Gog888 (10/5): Cozy apartment in the downtown! - Nice apartment with cool view, clean and cozy. All you need for a nice vocation in Yerevan! It's on the 13th floor, but tbh it was not an issue for us since there are 2 elevators in the building :)
- Tsaturyan (10/5): Great choice. - Super central location. Couple of hundred meters from Republic Square. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. 24/7 supermarkets right downstairs. All was good, thank you.

- Larisa (8/5): Best view in Yerevan - -View & location is superb -Quick check-in/out -Elevator in the building -Quite neighbourhood -Spacious apartment -Warm -while our stay (1 week) we experienced at least 3 times water/power outage, then from chats we found out that it’s nothing new for Yerevan, but be ready for this if you’re working from home -there were no toiletries provided -would be great if there were more plates
- Din (1/5): Horrendous. Do not book. - Where do you start? THE WORST self contained accom with some really bad practices. checkin is terrible and confusing(bloke meets you at a place of his choosing and you follow him to a narrow path ). 1 half a roll of toilet paper that had been previously used and wet, so wrinkled. NO more 2 the cooking equipment is scarce& terrible and it was dirty. 3 so you go to wash up, and there’s no washing up liquid/ sponge or tea towel to dry so you have to go to buy your own. 4 one bath towel each and one floor mat. nil else. I think you can see where I’m going…. it’s rubbish accom and not worth staying at . Unless you're ready to clean and tidy it up yoursel which i did .highly recommend finding somewhere else until they fix their housekeeping and other practices. The bloke is petty and vulgar and in want of a right understanding of this industry.Towels aren't fit for humans to use.Had to clean everything so that we could actually use the closets. Money down the drain.
- Victoria (10/5): Very satisfied and lucky to rent this flat - Amazing location, the 24/7 store in the building with groceries and food court. Museums, opera, theater etc by walking max 10-15 min. One of the few buildings with the city view from the high floor. We were really lucky to rent this one! The only thing is that taking the elevator sometimes took a while. The usual problem of any high building. But it worth it anyway.
