- Liudmila_007 (10/5): - Уютный домик, чистота, замечательная отзывчивая хозяйка, удобное расположение, исправно работающая сантехника, тихо работающий холодильник, хоть и маленький, но с морозилкой, наличие мыла, зубной пасты и туалетной бумаги. О метро писали почти все, но по факту у нас трамваи под окном шума издают больше )) Рядом церковь св.Анны и круглосуточно работающие магазины. Очень чистое, но синтетическое постельное белье - для меня всегда дискомфорт. В целом ночью должно быть тихо, но мне не очень повезло, компания молодых местных ребят что-то очень шумно отмечала в беседке рядом с домиком до трех часов ночи. Ну и соседей тоже слышно хорошо. Но вины хозяев а этом нет.

- Jaye (10/5): Lovely apartment. Centrally located, safe, quiet and well furnished. Reliable owner. - Solo traveller, staying for four nights. The guesthouse is a small building within a wide and rather nice courtyard of 1980s late soviet era houses; super charming, always felt safe. They have three studio apartments there, two doubles and one single as I understand. Apart from the occasional slight vibration from the Metro that runs under it (until about midnight) it is absolutely quiet yet central. Yerevan Centre is a surprisingly small place, you can easily walk everywhere from there. An SAS supermarket as well as the Metro is about 5 minutes walk, a smaller, bit more expensive supermarket is next door. Everything you may ever need is provided, except for a stove and an oven. But then: a washing machine! Extra props for these jars of Nescafe and tea and the straightforward 3 am check-in. Female owner / my contact speaks good English. Not super cheap in Yerevan but if you are looking for comfort and peace of mind, you may well consider it. Would stay anytime again. Lots of cups and everything but not a single large plate. (Guess though, this will have been changed by the time you get there..) The place has not much personality, bit like living in an IKEA showroom. But hey, who really would hate IKEA?
- Ekaterina (10/5): - Отличное месторасположение. Удобства совпадают с фотографиями, внутри есть все необходимое, включая полотенца, средства гигиены, стиральные принадлежности, фен, утюг, вай-фай. Очень чисто. Звуки метро действительно слышны, но к ним довольно быстро привыкаешь. Также домик находится в окружении других многоквартирных домов, на улице бывает шумно: играют дети, эмоционально общаются взрослые, но это также не постоянно. В целом, некритично.

- AndrewLilya (10/5): Лучшее качество за деньги - #1. Высота потолков. Да! Да, это #1, ибо я внимательно прочитал описание и оно полностью совпало. Люди писали про высокие потолки, но живя там 3 ночи, чувствовалась некая дополнительная свобода. #2. Расположение. Самый центр, 5 минут до Касакада, а там тур автобусы. #3. Хозяйка. Я ее видел каждый день, но она нисколько не беспокоила, а с другой стороны всегда готова была помочь. Ничего улучшить нельзя. Есть минус - метро под номером, поезда грохочут, но это я знал. Кажется, что цена для такого места уже низкая, возможно, из-за грохочущего поезда метро. Да и не так это мешает.

- Arletta (10/5): Great stay, I will always stay at this place during my holidays in Yerevan - Great location, few minutes of walk is Opera, Cascade, Republic Square and other main attractions, near is also supermarket, metro station, bus stops. Helpful and nice owner who speaks English and Russian. Apartment at the highest level, everything new and functional, exceptional cleanliness. The apartment has all amenities, cleaning products, laundry detergents, shampoo, soap, several types of coffee and tea, sugar, cornflakes, honey, etc. The stay was excellent, I recommend it to everyone, especially couples. My rating is 10+
