Cerca de los mejores restaurantes y supermercado. Bien calefaccionado. Buena ducha. Camas comodas. Cafetera de cápsulas y de filtro. Cocina completa. La verdad, estuvo todo bien.

• Susan (7/5): This was a great location to enjoy a few days in Ushuai and the host provided some excellent local recommendations. - The views from the corner windows! Location was ideal. Sparsely furnished, beds are not very comfortable, sheets are thin and scratchy. If I had known ahead of time that payment was required in cash or bank transfer, I would have been prepared. A bank transfer requires several steps to verify the account which can take a few days to process.

• María Eugenia (4/5): DOS NOCHES sin INODORO - La vista y la ubicación Que el alojamiento ofrece dos baños y en realidad es SOLO un baño completo y un toilette. Desde que llegamos el inodoro del baño estaba tapado, no se podía usar, quedaba flotando y no drenaba. Vinieron a arreglarlo pero no le encontraron la solución por lo que durante DOS NOCHES no pudimos usar ese inodoro. O sea solo la última noche tuvimos dos inodoros que se podían usar. Tengo video de lo que estoy afirmando. También la pileta de la cocina tampoco drenaba. Es decir el departamento esta bien puesto y tiene linda vista y ubicación pero carece de un adecuado control de las instalaciones. Se dieron cuenta de la falla del inodoro y de la pileta de la cocina cuando ingresamos y quisimos usarlo. O sea, ofrece dos baños cuando en realidad se trata de un baño completo y un toilette. Fue muy molesto tener que lidiar con esto y pasar dos noche yendo a usar el inodoro del toilette alejado de los dormitorios. Eramos dos mujeres mayores y esta situación n os ocasión bastante malestar. Y ´pagamos por 2 dormitorios y dos baños para tres noches. La única compensación fue hacer un late check out cuando nos deberían devolver dinero.

• Kathleen (10/5): Comfortable lodging and stunning view to give lasting memories of your visit to Ushuaia! - The view from our apartment (Beagle Chanel and the mountains) was worth the price alone (which was reasonable for our family of 3 - cheaper and better than a hotel). We sat and drank our coffee in the morning looking out our windows to the seabirds and ships coming into port and in the evening saw the sunset on the mountains. Incredible! The apartment was really close to the tourist port to get excursions, easy walk to the museums, restaurants, grocery store and shopping. Our host was very communicative before during and when we were leaving. He was very helpful in giving us recommendations of places to go, restaurants etc. Highly recommend this apartment If you are visiting Ushuaia for a couple of days or longer. Everything was great.

• Stefanos (6/5): The apartment is nice, central but very expensive. Would opt for something else if revisiting. - The apartment is as shown in the photos, with very nice views of the beagle channel, spacious and simply decorated. It’s location is very very good. Really close to everything. The owner was always very quick and accurate in responding to any help we asked: ie organizing a taxi for the airport when leaving and made sure we managed to make the arrangements. The price we paid was at least 2 times of the prices we paid at almost any other hotel/hostel during our 3 week in Argentina. That is mainly due to the blue dollar/ official dollar rate imbalance and the fact that almost all orher places accepted cash in pesos (exchanged in blue dollar rate) while the price was converted in pesos in official dollar rate. In short a quick search of available places in 1-2 hotels in Ushuaia we saw, proved much cheaper while equally nice. Any way we had decided to pay this price when booking and accept a 10% discount offered for paying cash in euros. A second complaint is that the owner offered only some very basic information at check in. We didn’t really like the suggestion we followed, although it was really really popular. A third minor problem is that the second bedroom is sometimes noisy (a sound of water dropping- is it below a neighbor’s bathroom with little soundproofing?). The rest of the place disn’t have the problem. Finally there is no curtain or blinds for the large windows at the front that you see in the photos. But that is probably the case in other buildings in Ushuaia as well.
