• García Betoño (10/5): excelencia - La pulcritud, comodidad, todo excelente. la dueña y su asistente, estaban en todo momento, para satisfacer cualquier necesidad que tuviera. En un radio de 5 calles ,hay zona comercial .Todo para abastecerse, inclusive si se desea comer afuera. Tenes una parrilla llamada " Dieguito" ,ambientada en el mundo futbolero. También en las inmediaciones esta el bar irlandés Dublín , dos panaderías, varios supermercados, fabrica de pastas (eureka). etc

• Garcia (10/5): Muy buena estadía, y la dueña muy atenta a todo . - Me gustó que tenga microondas, heladera, cocina, tostadora etc y utensilios de cocina , así como también yerba, te , azúcar entre otras cosas lo que hace que uno evite llevar cosas y facilita el comer si uno no tiene ganas de ir a un bar/restaurante para cada comida. No está en pleno centro pero caminando se llega a todos lados muy fácil y tiene cerca rotiseria, supermercado, kioscos y muchos locales . Está todo muy bien, ideal para estadías cortas de cuatro 5 días. Xq sino puede sentirse pequeño, pero aún así es más cómodo q una habitación de hotel

• Chih (10/5): We highly recommend booking this place, it was a great value find in Ushuaia! - We had an amazing stay here. The room was spacious and well equipped with a small kitchen so we were able to cook breakfast. It’s well located and only a 10-15 min walk to most places in town (bus terminal, penguin tour, restaurants, grocery stores, etc). Claudia was a very friendly and responsive host. We were able to message her on WhatsApp with questions and requests. For some people, it may be a bit noisy with cars passing by or neighboring residences since the walls were pretty thin, but we didn’t have an issue.

• Gary (7/5): Great For One Night Stay - Comfortable and good size. Coffee provided. A little noisy. Breakfast was marginal and not very healthy.

• Terry (10/5): Our hostess , Claudia, was delightful. She made herself very available to us and was very helpful. - The hostess provided us with bread milk, juice, Fresh fruit, and many other goodies to snack on. The kitchen had a stove and microwave as well as a grocery store several blocks away for other foods. The location was at the top of the hill. Walkable but a bit of a challenge especially if trying to wheel suitcases on the very poorly maintained and uneven sidewalks. You need a taxi.
• Lou (9/5): Warm home in Ushuaia! - Cute apartment on the hill, some 500 m from the center. Fully equped ((including breakfast provision for the entire lenght of the stay). Fast internet and TV channels. Interestingly, you can watch Russia Today, but not CNN or BBC !!? Claudia is polite host but a swift, energetic lady, too, that can help with any problem that occurs such as, for example, airport transfer or currency exchange. The appartment opens directly to the street, so it could get noisy. But it is convenient, too, to get in or out.
