• Claudia (9/5): Soggiorno confortevole a pochi passi dal centro di Ushuaia - Struttura confortevole molto vicina al centro di Ushuaia. La stanza non è grandissima ma è molto accogliente. La cucina dispone di tutto ciò che serve. Da sottolineare anche la disponibilità e gentilezza dell’host Pablo e di Raúl che ci ha fatto fare il check in e ci ha dato molti consigli su attività da fare in zona. Consigliatissimo anche per il rapporto qualità prezzo.
• Josh (10/5): - Perfect apartment for the price with everything you need for short stays. The manager, Raul, is incredibly kind and couldn't do enough to help us out with anything we needed. We'd have stayed here much longer if it wasn't booked up. Thanks for the great stay! Nothing!

• YENY GOMEZ (10/5): - La ubicación, una calle muy tranquila. Cerca de la calle principal y cerca de comercios. Pablo siempre estuvo atento en todo y Raúl hizo una recomendaciones excelentes. Son unas personas excepcionales
• La.Gauto (9/5): - La habitación super calefaccionada, la atención de Pablo el dueño y Raúl que nos hizo algunos traslados estupenda. Tenía lavarropas lo que nos facilitó volver con todo limpio y seco. Super recomendable! Queda cerca del centro sólo que las calles son muy empinadas al subir. En 2 ocasiones se cortó el agua por mantenimiento que estaban haciendo pero fue con previo aviso del dueño. No dificultó para nada de todos modos esto en nuestra estadía.
• Agata (9/5): Superb - Very cosy and warm studio. Everything was in place. The shop and restaurants are just up to 200 meters. Go to pizzeria Deguito. The harbour and Atlantic Coast is very close. Also lots of shops in the vicinity. Very nice and helpful personnel. They have good offer for airport transfer also.

• Silvia (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the place, very typical local house with the view and 5 minutes walking from the main road. The apartment is huge and fully equipped, even with washing machine. Pablo and Raul were amazing, always asking how is going and giving us the best tips about local activities and how to avoid super turistic places. We loved Ushuaia!
• Ho (10/5): We now have friends in Ushuaia! - The owner and his friend, Raul and Pablo, were very friendly and helpful. They waited for over an hour for us at the bus stop when our bus from Punta Arenas arrived 1+ hour late. The next day Raul drove us around the town to show us the lay of the land, so to speak. On the second day Raul showed us the region around Ushuaia for over 8 hours. We ended up in Tolhuine, a small town over 100 kms away where we had lunch. Raul stopped at all the interesting spots: waterfalls, lakes, vistas etc. He was enthusiastic and seemed to know every tree and rock! His love for Ushuaia is contagious. On the last day he took us to the airport. Noticing that we had some extra time before departure, he drove us to different spots around Ushuaia, each with spectacular view or interesting local history. For us Raul was not an apartment owner, a driver or a guide. He was like an old friend who wanted to share his live of his town with us. He ended up asking us for so little. It seemed to have barely paid for gas and the wear and tear of his car. Pablo, who speaks English, came by the apartment to say hello and goodbye. He changed some money for us and his rate was better than Western Union or the places we found later in Bariloche. We now have friends in Raul and Pablo. We strongly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again when we return to Ushuaia. The beds were narrow but we found the same everywhere in Argentina. The sheets were thin but clean.

The location is very close to the San Martinez street (downtown), you have washing machine, toaster, tea maker, was clean and the best part of this accomodation is Raul, who will help you with everything you need, was our guide for 2 days and is better than any travel company in the city. Thank you very much for everything and for showing us and letting us know how beautiful this part of the world is.❤️ -
