Sem dúvidas a localização foi um diferencial, fizemos muitas coisas a pé pela rua principal pois o apartamento é no início da rua San Martin (principal). O apartamento também muito bom, com tudo que precisamos para uma estadia confortável, pude fazer café e cozinhar um dia para matar a vontade de comida brasileira, o apto é muito equipado. Voltaria com certeza! Não tem estacionamento, deixamos nosso carro na rua mesmo, deu tudo certo.

• Luciano (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, half block from the main center street and there is a supermarket around the corner. The apartment is very well equipped, with all the stuff needed for cooking. Quite new building. Comfortable bed. Many supplies available (salt, coffee, sugar, oil, soap). Really good for the price. I went in summer, and it was extremely warm. The temperature could be regulated, but not sure if I did it wrong, the apartment still was warm so I needed to open the windows to cool it down. For winter, this will be a positive aspect.

• Johan (10/5): An absolutely stunning stay in Ushuaia - The apartment was great, comfortable with under floor heating and it is very well located, close to down town and the costenera. The laundary in the basement was also great.
• Kok (9/5): Relax - Lift, new, clean. Good internet for meetings and classes. Near Main Street but not too near. Quite. Close to supermarket. Old TV difficult to connect with smart device.
• Floor (9/5): Good place for a decent price - Nice little studio equipped with everything needed. Easy and flexible to check in and out with the key locker outside. Only downside is that the window curtains didn’t work very well so there was bright light coming in at night.
• Paola (8/5): Very good - Good communication with the staff. Excellent location of the property. Beautiful view. Peaceful, quiet and easily accessible from the bus terminal

• Mark (9/5): Superb location for nice apartment; we would love to visit again - It is impossible to beat the location of this comfortable apartment. It's right between the start of Ushuaia's most important street for tourists, Ave. San Martín, and the big museum complex; also about 3 blocks from the tourist info center and dock from which all tours depart; a couple of blocks from the (vital) only currency-exchange ("cambio") business in town; 1-1/2 blocks from one of the best restaurants ("Volver"); and ditto from the nearest supermarket. We easily walked to nearly all in-town attractions, shopping, and dining spots (like the excellent Kaupé) and were able to hail cabs nearby with almost no delay (because they are constantly dropping folks off in this zone) for trips to the airport, the train, the National Park, the Martial glacier, etc.. We got breakfast almost every day at Tante Sara only 1 block away. Since it is an apartment, the building is quiet (unlike some of the tourist hostels with lots of party animals). The laundry machines are on the bottom floor-- be sure to ask the hostess for tokens before you need them. One hopes the owner will install an exhaust fan in the bathroom which tends to become too humid even with the window open. The kitchen crockery, utensils, and cookware could stand to be refreshed.
