La ducha, una pesadilla, el agua caliente se corta de improviso, no hay alfombrilla en la, peligro de resvaalar, no facilitan shampoo. No me facilitaron un adaptador para poder cargar el telèfono... Hay lavadora, no hay detergente ni para una colada.... Termine pagando más de lo acordado en Booking, total de 800.- dolares, cuando en Booking 723.- Porqué...? Recomendable ? ? ? Sólo por su ubicación ? ? ? Sólo por las vistas ? ? ? Yo, por supuesto que no ! Pero, que cada uno, saque sus conclusiones !

- Jorge Almao (10/5): Excelente ubicación, comodidad y vistas increíbles - La vista es espectacular desde todos los espacios del departamento y realmente hace la estadía muy especial. El lugar está muy bien calefaccionado y completamente equipado con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. La ubicación fue clave, ya que permite un acceso muy cómodo tanto al centro como a la costanera. Sin dudas, una excelente opción para alojarse. Lo único negativo fue la sensación de que se terminaran las vacaciones y tener que dejar ese hermoso departamento, porque realmente nos gustó todo.

- Ana Paula (9/5): O apartamento é bom, a falta de transparência nos valores por parte do booking é pessima. - A acomodação fica numa excelente localização, perto de tudo, o apartamento é confortável e completo, a máquina de lavar é um diferencial para estadia, principalmente para quem fará trilhas pois as roupas sujam e molham. A acomodação exige o pagamento no local e em espécie, se for pagar no cartão, cobram 10%, além disso, tem uma taxinha básica de 70 dólares que o booking não informa de maneira clara e você só descobre quando o proprietário vá te cobrar o pagamento, o que gera desconforto pois a primeira coisa que se pensa é que estão te enganando. Reclamei com o Booking e nada fizeram, informam que essas características estão no anúncio, mas não estão de forma clara, só procurando muito. Ao fechar o valor, o que aparece para você não considera os 70 dólares surpresinha. Vale olhar outras acomodações para compras se realmente vale selecionar esse apartamento. No nosso caso, pagamos no total com a taxinha e os 10% pois pagamos no cartão, mais quase 800 reais além do que foi apresentado no Booking. A experiência foi péssima e custosa.

- Bruce (6/5): Ushuaia with a view of the harbor - Location is very good, with a great view of the harbor and close to St Marten, the primary shopping and eating street. The washing machine was a definite plus for us being on a longer trip. Noisy location. Busy streets and the windows do not keep any noise out. The hot water needs to run quite a bit in the bathroom prior to counting on it to shower. Some basic kitchen utensils were missing but able to be purchased a few blocks away.

La vista al Puerto y canal es fantastica El precio es elevado, pero si no piensan alquilar auto la ubicación es espectacular cerca de todo.

- Thomas (10/5): Comodidad con vista - La vista es hermosa y el apartamento es perfecto para visitar Ushuaia. Éramos 5 adultos y nos acomodamos muy bien, las camas son muy cómodas y el espacio se sentía como en casa. Muy bien ubicado, con lavadora (siempre útil) y calefacción funcionando perfectamente. El servicio fue muy bueno, siempre atentos y dispuestos a resolver cualquier inquietud. Muy recomendado! No encontramos jabón de baño ni shampoo, y los elementos de cocina podrían ser más completos, por ejemplo una cacerola para huevos y dejar sal y aceite que a veces uno olvida comprar. Por todo lo demás, muy recomendado.

Spacious bathroom. Friendly, timely, helpful check-in. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We loved it. Being the first building along the waterfront was well worth it, but expect a little traffic noise if you are sensitive to that. For us it was well worth it (ear plugs at night worked great for me). Would stay here again for sure.

- karina (1/5): סיוט, יחס מחפיר ולא אנושי - ********ישראלים להתרחק!!! אנטישמיות ברמה גבוהה אם היה אפשר לדרג את השהות בציון 0 זה מה שהוא היה מקבל. יחס מבזה ביותר מצד המארחים. הסיוט התחיל כאשר הגענו והתברר כי נצרך לשלם במזומן, דבר שלא היה מצוין בעת ביצוע ההזמנה. בתור חבורה של מטיילים צעירים התשלום במזומן הקשה עלינו מאוד זאת ללא כל הבנה וסימפתיה מצד המארחים. לאחר מכן קיבלנו כללים נוקשים ביותר, שהיו בשפה העברית, דבר אשר הראה בבירור את הסלידה מישראלים. נאסר עלינו להביא אורחים אפילו רק לארוחה, שוב פעם דבר אשר לא הופיע בעת ביצוע ההזמנה. המארחים לא אפשרו לנו להביא חברים לארוחת שבת אשר נחשבת קדושה בעינינו ואף איימו לקרוא למשטרה! השיא היה בעת ביצוע הצ'ק אאוט. אנחנו רצינו לעשות צ'ק אאוט בשעה 10 והמארחים חשבו שאנחנו איכשהו מנסים לדפוק אותם ולהשאיר את הדירה הרוסה - דבר אשר לא היה לו אף בסיס! הדירה נשארה נקיה! המארחים דיברו בצורה לא נעימה וציינו כי תמיד ישראלים עושים בעיות והמשיכו להתעקש איתנו על אף שמותר לנו לעשות צ'ק אאוט בשעה 10:00. לסיכום, לא הייתי ממליצה לאף אדם להתארח במקום הזה, במיוחד לא לישראלים או ליהודים.

- Nada (10/5): Fantastic location same as cleaniless and confort. - My arrival was delayed, but my host was waiting for me and helped me to get to the apartment - it was really nice Mybe is just my impression, but I want to extend 2 more nights, and the hosts said it's booked. The day of my checkout, they told me I can stay until 11:00, which I asked (what was fantastic), but I have a feeling that nobady coming into the apartment as check-out is at 10:00. For me looked that they dint want me to stay as I was paying by card not by cash - but nothing to do with host that mast be owner if my intuition is correct at all. As soon as you go out of apartmant in the corridor, you lose your we-fe connection - very inconvinient specially if you want to call Uber.

- Matheus (9/5): Perfect location, and good value for the money - Property was exactly as advertised: nothing fancy, but also nothing lacking. Perfect location for those that want to explore central Ushuaia without requiring a car: it was very central, close to the port, the main comercial/tourist street, easy to get into/out of, most of the famous/recommended restaurants are within a block or two, transfers for all tourist attractions either pick up here or nearby. Host (Sebastian) was lovely, and very helpful! All in all, strongly recommended.

- Yoko (9/5): 港が一望できる素敵なアパートメント - ウシュアイアの港と山々を一望でき、朝陽もも夕陽も楽しめる、清潔感があり広々としたアパートメントです。ツアーの集合場所まで3分で行けます。また同じブロックに美味しいレストランやお土産屋さんがあります。インテリアも綺麗で気分良く過ごせました。 ビルのエントランスの鍵がとても開けにくく、入れないことがありました。（部屋の鍵は大丈夫でした） アルゼンチンの鍵に慣れていないためなのか、オーナーの方に言っても特に対処はなく、たまたまいた同じアパートメントの方に何度も助けてもらいました。

- Brian (9/5): - Great views and location, helpful host, clean apartment. No instructions on the heat, or tv, so had trouble initially regulating the temperature. Also, the place was missing basics such as a can opener, corkscrew or any spices or oil,, but the owner did provide quickly when asked.
