• Roman L. Lapin (10/5): Perfect - Overall, it was the perfect base for a few nights! The host Armen was incredible and made everything seamless during our stay. The location of these apartments is absolutely fantastic, making it easy to walk to anywhere in the city centre. Even though there is a neighbouring apartment, the soundproofing is great and we had no issues with noise. The unit features a small but very convenient kitchenette, a nice clean bathroom, and excellent Wi-Fi. Everything was great, just a heads-up: the apartment is located on the 'one-and-a-half' floor (split level).
• George (9/5): - Лучшее место расположение! Соседние здания: Консерватория и Опера; самый центр Еревана Отзывчивый хозяин, всегда на связи, идёт на встречу просьбам. Огромная кровать с хорошим матрасом Много пространства, высокие потолки, большой общий метраж Вся необходимая посуда (для чай, кофе, вино, бренди), столовые приборы. Есть стиральная машина Эстетика пространства и кресла - в помещении приятно находиться, в креслах удобно сидеть, есть два сценария освещения (общий потолочный + ночные прикроватные светильники), на полках вазы, есть мини барная стойка. Долго думал. Если прям придираться: напор воды в душе слабоват. Но даже с этим недостатком, на следующую поездку будем искать возможности поселиться там же
