Guest Reviews
- Kev (1/5): Bad - Nothing My fiancée and I recently rented an apartment for our vacation, and unfortunately, it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. From the moment we arrived, it became evident that this rental was far from what we had expected.
To start, the owner of the house wanted extra fees after arriving there. Then, the water supply was unexpectedly cut off, leaving us without basic necessities and disrupting our plans. Additionally, the lift was out of order. But the problems didn't end there.
The water pipes in the building had significant issues, and as a result, we faced blame from neighbors for problems that were clearly beyond our control. This situation was not only frustrating but also quite embarrassing. The worst incident occurred when I was taking a shower, and water began flooding into a neighbor's apartment due to faulty plumbing, so one of the neighbors came up to try to open the door! This invasive and humiliating experience left us feeling utterly uncomfortable and unwelcome.
As if our stay couldn't get any worse, we were shocked to find out that the neighbors were demanding money from us to repair their decade-old plumbing issues. It's inconceivable that we were held responsible for problems that predated our arrival. This demand for payment felt like an unjust attempt to take advantage of our unfortunate situation.
Our vacation, which was meant to be a time of relaxation and enjoyment, turned into a nightmare filled with stress, discomfort, and conflicts with neighbors. We felt as though we were not only inconvenienced by the apartment's numerous problems but also unfairly targeted and exploited. This lead to us to call the police; they came and solved the problems.
In light of this deeply disappointing experience, I strongly advise against renting this apartment to anyone seeking a peaceful and enjoyable vacation.
- Georgios (10/5): Exceptional - The staff is excellent kind and very helpful and great location. Thank you very much.
- Lilit (10/5): Amazing apartment, highly recommend, will come back!! - The location was soo good, only 12 min from Republic Square, the facilities in the apartment were everything we needed and the balcony was a very nice add to our morning coffee routine 😁 Also, there are lots of handy shops like supermarkets and pharmacies around the corner. The bed was firm, and we slept very well there. Air-conditioning worked perfectly, and so did the shower, tv, WiFi, laundry machine and kitchen facilities. The hosts were super friendly and helped us with any questions we had. There was an iron but no iron board, I would highly recommend getting one.
- Re.zz (8/5): Very good -
