• Olga (7/5): - Расположение. Все необходимые магазины рядом. В шаговой доступности два парка. Очень скрипучая кровать (любое шевеление и скрип) и уставший матрас. Запах сырости под мойкой. И пора заменить или вычистить стиральную машину. После стирки белье воняет плесенью.

• Климова (9/5): - Отличное расположение, практически центр. Гостеприимный хозяин, чистый, вполне свежий номер. Единственный минус - санузел... Были в марте, отопление от кондиционера туда не доходит. Ну и сыро, поскольку душ просто за шторкой, вода льет на пол.

• Наталья (10/5): - В номере есть все, что необходимо. Утюг, удлинитель, фен, плита электрическая, чайник , кондиционер, машинка стиральная. Есть посуда и даже масло растительное, моющие средства. Хозяин приветливый, подсказал где можно недорого и вкусно поесть. Всегда был на связи. Кровать удобная, для двоих комфортно. Нам, девочкам было трудно диван раскладывать.

All in all it was a great deal for the price and located right in the heart of the city. The shower is basically the whole bathroom and could be in a better shape.

Shopping centers and great restaurants were just a few steps away from the accommodation. It was less than a 10-minute walk to Republic Square, and I definitely recommend this apartment to others.

Unfortunately, it rained heavily the next day after I arrived, and the strong wind seemed to blow the roof off! I hid under the quilt and listened to the whirring of wind and rain. The probability of encountering such a situation should be 1%, but I still encountered it.

• Gian (9/5): Cozy Apartment near Republic Square - A cozy small apartment near the republic square of Yerevan, near a supermarket, near many shops, and very easy to find. The apartment has almost everything you need for 6-7 days, and Artur, the owner is always available and ready to help you and answer your questions

• Illiyas (5/5): I liked the location and how clean it was but the facilities can definitely be better - Was clean Bad shower, 1 knob to control hot and cold water you will end up waiting atleast 10 minutes to get the temperature right. Very squeaky bed cannot even turn in your sleep.

Next door you can find a good supermarket open from 8 to midnight; a restaurant and some nice cafeteria and shops. The apartment have a good size, comfortable couch, a good wi fi signal (I worked online and for me it was good). You can find also a kitchenette and a fridge. The bathroom is a bit small but everything works fine. The owner is very friendly and helpful. In case you want to be picked up at the airport the price is 5000 dram

The bed and the mattress has to be changed. Not very comfortable. There are 15 stairs to the unit, just a reminder. Also water leakage in the bathroom. If this is fixed I give 10/10

• Pinco&pallino (9/5): OK QUALITA'/PREZZO APT INSONORIZZATO, CONSIGLIATO - OK QUALITY/PRICE SOUNDPROOF APT, RECOMMENDED - Posizione: A circa 5-10 minuti a piedi dal centro Struttura: All' interno di un cortile, sopra un centro estetico vi sono 2 appartamenti raggiungibili tramite rampa di scale sconsigliata a chi ha problemi motori. Appartamento come da descrizione, aveva tutti i confort ( consiglio di leggere le altre recensioni in merito, molto fedeli alla realtà). Doppi vetri che permettono un isolamento pari ad almeno il 95% del suono esterno. Faccio notare che essendo in un cortile e non sulla strada principale, le auto di passaggio sono veramente molto rare. Pertanto l' unica rumorosità può avvenire dal rientro degli ospiti che salgono la rampa di scale per recarsi al loro appartamento. Proprietario: Arthur, una persona sempre sorridente e disponibile ad ascoltare ogni problematica, aiutare e consigliare come muoversi per la città. Non parla inglese ma si serve del traduttore, questo non ha creato assolutamente nessun problema. Ritiro/ Restituzione chiavi appartamento, senza problemi. Location: About 5-10 minutes walk from the centre Structure: Inside a courtyard, above a beauty center there are 2 apartments reachable via a flight of stairs not recommended for those with mobility problems. Apartment as described, had all the comforts (I recommend reading the other reviews on the matter, very faithful to reality). Double glazing that allows insulation of at least 95% of external sound. I would like to point out that since it is in a courtyard and not on the main road, passing cars are very rare. Therefore the only noise can come from the return of guests who climb the flight of stairs to go to their apartment. Owner: Arthur, a person always smiling and available to listen to any problem, help and advise how to move around the city. He doesn't speak English but uses a translator, this created absolutely no problems. Collection/return of apartment keys, without problems. Appartamento: Letto con materasso un po' troppo duro, ma ci si abitua, se dovessi consigliare qualcosa, cambierei il letto ( materassi compresi) Pulizia: Buona ma da migliorare, in bagno e nelle vicinanze del letto ho trovato capelli. Apartment: Bed with mattress a little too hard, but you get used to it, if I had to recommend anything, I would change the bed (mattresses included) Cleanliness: Good but needs improvement, I found hair in the bathroom and near the bed.
• Michael, (7/5): Fantastic studio apartment, with the worst mattress - Kitchen and bathroom brand new and functionel Location was super I had two nights where I slept very uncomfortable , due to a very old and bumpy mattress (maybe from the Soviet time). Absolutely not ok and my back still hurts :(

• Alexandre (8/5): Very good - Location and very well structured Like all the comments, the real issue is the bed: a problematic mattress for those with back issues like me, and the sheets don't stay on the bed. Tip: grab the duvet from the closet to line your bed and improve it a bit. It's a shame that the owner of the property doesn't replace the mattress. It would be a perfect 10! Also, it could use a small work desk. This was sorely missed for me as I needed to work a few days.

The room was clean and well prepared and the AC was very good as well. The room includes all the facilities you might need in a stay. The mattress can be changed into something more comfortable. The bed cover is also not the best. The shower works in a weird way.

• Juan (8/5): average apartment - Really nice location, walkable to everywhere. The host was nice, trying to help with everything I needed even helped me with the COVID 19 test place. The host does not speak English and google translation is not good sometimes. The address on booking is not accurate, the apartment is not on the street, have to go through a gate, which took me quite some efforts to find it in the night. when I arrived, WiFi was not working, but host came to fix the problem.

Apartment smells mold very bad, inside the fridge was food from previous guests and the most important Bed… you can’t sleep on it, because the mattress very old and you can feel every metallic spring that comes out!!!
