- Guest (10/5): - Очень приветливая хозяйка, все рассказала, показала и была на связи. В квартире центральная система вентиляции (не отрегулировать), было отлично (несмотря на жару на улице). Хозяйка позаботилась и принесла дополнительные покрывала, чтобы мы не замерзли ночью. Нам не пригодились, но приятно, что она об этом подумала. Спасибо большое за вашу заботу.

Very well equiped accomodation and an extremely helpful host Marina, as well as her daughter. As other reviewers already mentioned, a bit more incoming daylight would be great.

- Aleksandr (9/5): Great stay in the heart of Yerevan - Very good apartment. It is one bedroom but it is huge and spacious. There were four of us andnit was pleasant stay. Also there is a balcony/terrace with a table and chairs that I was using to work all day. Location is also great: the very center of Yerevan with everything within couple minutes walk. Bars, restaurants, banks, shops, very cool park with plenty of fountains right around the corner. The Republic Square is in 5 min and Opera is in 10 min. Apartment has a central cooling and heating system so you can choose you air temperature as you wish. There were up to 37 Celsius but it was always cool inside. The owner is very nice and kind woman with perfect English. She helped us with any question. The apartment is located on the first floor and all buildings in the Yerevan center are extremely close to each other. That's why not much of a view there and the worst thing for me is that almost no direct sunlight. I do really like bright light but apartment was a bit dark.
