• Adnana (9/5): Mi-a plăcut tot, Erevanul este o destinație excelentă pentru un city break reușit. - Apartamentul este foarte spațios și luminos. Din balcon se vede o priveliște superbă spre cetatea Erevan. Patul este confortabil, așternuturile foarte curate și moi. Se află intr-un cartier liniștit și pitoresc, din fața blocului se ia autobuzul care va lăsa direct în centru care se află la aproximativ 3 km. La 50 m de bloc există un restaurant Dimitrovi Tonratun cu mâncare tradițională, personal foarte fain și sociabil, deschiși să primească turiști și să îi servească. La fel în apropierea blocului găsiți cafele, aprozare rustice, magazine cu de toate și la capătul bulevardului mallul Erebuni. Ideal ar fi să investească puțin în modernizarea băii și a bucătăriei.

• Bagdasaryan (1/5): - Локация и наличие парковки Квартира на первый взгляд хорошая. Но она на столько была грязной что описать словами не возможно. Волосы везде и даже в холодильнике. Грязная плита и вся мебель. Нет телевизора. Интернет так себе. С кондиционером не разобрались. Единственный плюс это доброжелательные соседи и локация !
• Mane (1/5): Avoid it if you can. Filthy apartment, the bed broke the moment I put my bag on it. - The owner should arrange deep cleaning and refurnituring as now it does not comply even with bare minimum you expect.

• Shervin (10/5): owner of home have made best traveling for me. - a super woman and her mum they were same as my family, i lost my wallet in street at 23 oclock night, (money and passport), the owner of home(ms.sona) wanted to take a free taxi for me to come back my home, and help me to solve that problem, and gave me another suite for 2 days as free. she and her mum are so kindly, and so clean. this apartment is very well, near to bus stop, near to erebuni mall, near to a big park and small park with game tools for children in front of apartment, near to supermarket and zerox and copy store, so clean with full accessories, 2x double bed, many additional matters, high-speed wifi, cloths washing machine, air condition, large bathroom, owner is not only an owner, she is a good pitier sister for all passengers, I offer this suite strongly . nothing, all things very well

• Hama (6/5): Pleasant - the apartment has air conditioning and internet, but in the area at this price this apartment is expensive. there was not even a napkin.. old kitchen... no TV. Maybe it's a budget option...
• Hakob (10/5): MORE THAN GOOD - My stay in this apartment was amazing. I loved everything about it! The location is great, it is close to Erebuni Mall (where you can buy everything you need and eat in the food-court), it is right next to the public transport stations. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. You can find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including washing machine and air conditioner. The weather outside was freezing cold, while it felt like summer in the apartment. The hostess is a kind-hearted and nice woman who tries to help the guests with every single question. The communication with her was easy and delightful. I totally recommend you to book this place if traveling to Yerevan. Everything was perfect!
