• Clemence (3/5): Not very pleasant - I stayed there before 2019 and the hotel was new renovated and clean. The clientel changed and created this new mess. Would not go there again. Quiet place.

Если кто ещё поедет из знакомых, буду им рекомендовать. - Доступная цена, уютно и чисто, хозяин гостеприимный, относился доброжелательно, быстро заселились, без проблем продлевали. Прямо напротив остановка автобусов городских и пригородных. ходят. В 15 минутах ходьбы заведения есть, Ереван Сити, банки для размена денег. WiFi не очень хорошо доставал до 3 этажа, само местоположение у дороги шумное, но это не критично было.

• Vasileva (9/5): - В апартаментах было всё, что указано в описании. Есть всё необходимое. Уютные и чистые комнаты. Матрас удобный. Доступен инвентарь для уборки. Удобная кухня и ванная комната. Благодарны хозяину, за то, что он был доступен и быстро отвечал на сообщения. В шаговой доступности магазины. Рядом с апартаментами остановка автобуса. В целом в этом гостевом доме хозяева поступают по золотому правилу: «Поступайте с людьми так, как хотите, чтобы они поступали с вами». Ночью в этом районе Еревана на несколько часов отключают воду. Wi-fi есть, но слабенький.

• Patrik (8/5): Yerevan - Staff was very friendly and helpful everytime we needed help, lady came and fixed our problem. Clean rooms, staff apparently takes care of it. Good value hotel Easy and free parking We were explained everything and communication with staff was perfect Mattress overslept and both beds make much noise. This was serious problem for us. Toilet splashing mechanism was broken Google navigation not showing correct address, better to use coordinates instead or type "Avak Medical Clinic". We were then explained by manager where to go and finally found it.
• Krzysztof (10/5): Exceptional - I had a very pleasant stay. The host was very friendly, location is excellent when you get used to city’s public transportation. Will definitely stay again! Something should be done about unstable wi fi and warm water in the shower. Apart from that, it’s an excellent spot!
• Sarka (8/5): Small accommodation for a competitive price - Cozy small apartment with all amenities including hot water, toiletries, hair dryer etc. Small kitchen with equipment and surprisingly three people can fit in very well. Very nice and forthcomimg manager/owner, would definitely recommend to others to stay. The best are two tea and coffee vending machines straight outside of the building. Also bus No. 74 towards the main city stops just in front of the building which is a massive plus. Far from the centre and in the winter it takes at least 2 days before the AC can heat up the room properly. First time the place is hard to find, because Google maps mark 39 Tigran Petrosyan at a location which is 1.5km distant from the real location.

• Anonymous (5/5): It was rather moderate. Struggled to sleep most of the night because of the noise from the road and loud barking of dogs - I am not sure. Too far from anywhere. If you want to go to the city, need a long taxi ride or by bus. The apartment is located by the very busy road. Hard to sleep by the noise if you’re a soft sleeper. No hot shower.
• Gnasegaran (8/5): Nice - Very well equipped room. Clean and spacious The google map on booking.com brought me to a different location. But the host re-directed to the property with clear instructions. The mattress is a bit uncomfortable to sleep in. Definitely needs a replacement.

• Alfred (10/5): Exceptional - Honestly, everything was amazing. Kostandian is incredibly kind. Friendly and helpful. He made me feel right at home. Helped me locate the busses to the center(which is just a few steps away from the front door). I came to Yerevan when the weather wasn't the best, so I asked where I could buy an umbrella, and he was so kind as to let me borrow one. The apartment was nice, cozy, and clean, and I enjoyed having my balconies. Cookingware and everything is provided. Amazing stay, amazing staff. I highly reccomend staying here. It may not he directly in the centre, but everything you need is very close by, and as I said the public transportation is pretty much right at the door. This was my first time in Armenia and definitely not my last. But I know this is exactly where I will be staying when I come back!!! 10 out of 10 I highly reccomend!! I like everything. Everything was perfect

Mattresses were worn (you could feel the iron), almost no hot water, cooking plate didn't work, wifi was really poor, located in an industrial area (above a garage and next to taxi parking), a lot of noise from the street, no private parking
• Corina (9/5): Great stay in Yerevan - Lovely host, our plane was delayed and he waited for us with no problem, very kind. The instructions were clear, and we had a great stay over several days. There was cleaning service on one of the days. The AC was working great. Two little balconies to hang out clothes to dry etc. Very quiet at night. I would stay there again! Not much, it was a pleasant stay, it was pretty challenging to order taxis to the city centre from there because all the apps require an Armenian number but we always managed to flag one down eventually, I think the taxi rank is nearby.

The heater in the shower didnt work that caused inconvinience due to cold water supply. Far from city center
