My room was spotless, and a special mention to Filiz from housekeeping—she was so kind. When I received flowers, she immediately brought me a vase to keep them fresh, which was such a thoughtful touch.

We were also delighted to find several thoughtful little surprises waiting for us, which immediately made us feel welcome. We had dinner at Champs, and the food was excellent. What made the evening even more memorable was the staff ,they were exceptional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every detail was taken care of. The breakfast was an absolute delight, with a fantastic selection and high-quality products. I would especially like to thank the lovely lady at the omelette station, who was incredibly kind and welcoming every morning. Another detail we truly appreciated was the mobile internet device provided by the hotel, which allowed us to have internet access outside the hotel during our stay ,such a thoughtful and useful service. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was perfect. We felt truly pampered throughout our trip. It was a weekend full of pleasure and relaxation. A special thank you to Kagan from the Bell Team, who truly went above and beyond to assist us with dinner reservations, transportation arrangements, and even helping us fix a suitcase. The concierge made things at ease for me: borrowing an umbrella, storing my luggage while I was visiting other cities in Türkiye, getting breakfast boxes when my flights were early in the morning like at 3am. Overall, the service was excellent from the front-desk receptionist to the bellboy - courteous and prompt. My room was nice and clean with useful amenities, more importantly quiet. Restaurant was very affordable, with great food variety and taste.

First and foremost, I have to mention Ali , a waiter (casualty). He noticed my morning routine right away and made sure everything was ready just the way I liked it, without me even asking. His thoughtfulness and gentle presence made me feel completely at home. Amir, another wonderful waiter, also deserves a big thank you. He was always quick, and attentive, adding a bright start to every morning. Together, Ali and Amir made breakfast something to look forward to every day. A special mention goes to Chef Amineh, whose warm smile and positive energy filled the restaurant. Her dishes were delicious, but it was her happy spirit that made the atmosphere feel so welcoming. Top notch facility and staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful including Bushra, Nour and Aygul. breakfast was superb and a must!
- 204joserobertod (10/5): Outstanding! Extremely satisfied with Barcelo Istanbul - Being our first trip to Istanbul, we were initially lost about where to stay in the city and which hotel to choose. As Barcelo is always a good reference from Spain (although they are not in our homeland Brazil) we were lucky to decide to take a week and stay at Barcelo Istanbul. The hotel is modern, clean and all services we used were excellent! Rooms are big and comfortable and location allowed us to visit all main city attractions easily. We were impressed by the staff’s efficiency and attention. The HR is certainly doing a great job! A special thanks to the outstanding professionals who helped us Ms Busra, manager at breakfast, Ms Amineh, who prepares the best omelettes in the world (obrigado!), Mr Hussein who is an example of efficiency, courtesy and dedication, Ms Mineh who always offered immediate room service and cleaning (together with the gentlemen responsible for the room cleaning in our floor - always perfect and fast!), Ms Dilara from front desk (and others as well) who helped us solve all things at our initial days and the staff at Champs with our already friend Abdurraman and the permanent attention of Ms Elif. I am sure we could keep listing all the qualities from so many other people who work at this hotel. Thanks for making our trip really special!

Hotel security was clearly well thought out. The staff was magnificent; inobtrusive, but always ready to help. The breakfast was outstanding. Honestly, I cannot think of any way they could have made this hotel a better experience.

I would like to especially commend Ramazan from the concierge for his kindness and support. The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained, featuring an excellent central location that offers great value for money. Cleanliness is a priority here; my room and all the areas I visited were spotless. The breakfast in the morning is diverse and generous, with a wide variety of options available. Additionally, the spa, located on the top floor of the hotel, provides beautiful views and is well-organized in terms of scheduling and treatments. The two managers at the reception were also very competent and helpful.

- mummat2025 (10/5): Fantastic Hotel by Taksim Square. - This is a Fantastic Hotel right near to Taksim square. The breakfast buffet was always freshly prepared and with many options including freshly cooked omelettes. I loved the honeycomb and simit. The restaurant was very well managed and there’s always someone to help you from the friendly and polite staff. Nice to see that families are well cared for but an over 16’s seating area would make the experience more relaxed for older guests. Room service was good but more expensive than Elite hotels. The complimentary water was appreciated. The deluxe room was beautifully clean and spacious. The housekeeping took very good care of us especially Merel who was our favourite person. There is a panoramic view of the city from the roof top accessed via the spa staircase. The reception desk was very welcoming and helpful especially Omer who explained everything well. The only thing I would improve are the TV apps (to include Netflix too) as we couldn’t connect it to YouTube via Bluetooth or screen share. I chose Barcelo from past experience and because the beds are always very comfortable. The standard of service is well worth the 5 stars. Thank you to everyone at Barcelo for a wonderful stay.

The hotel and the room were spotless and in perfect order and the staff friendly and helpful! the manager who looked after our room, Birol, did an impeccable job and helped us upon our arrival and waved goodbye when we left! the Guest Experience Agent, Büsra, was also a lot friendly and helpful! if we'll have the opportunity we will be very happy to return!

Bursa employee was very kind and answered all our questions. I hope to ‘go back to this great clean, hotel. Our room was quiet. The bathroom area was very nice with a shower and jacuzzi. The Spa offers professional lymphatic massage and the Hamman bath. Thank you ladies you made me feel better after my surgery. The morning buffet was amazing offering American, Mediterranean and Turkish cuisine.

We had a junior suite which was big with a private traditional hammam which was lovely. Breakfast buffet was included in my reservation and it was very good. The only thing that made me unhappy was the prices; everything was in Euros in the country of Lira! Crazy expensive drinks and food in Hotel. Anyways, it was a pleasant stay and might try next time. Thank you Barcelo Taksim! :)
