За день до прилета по WhatsApp пришла подробная инструкция как попасть в квартиру. Хозяйка всегда на связи, как и ее помощница Ана Лаура. Один важный момент: в квартире все электрические розетки только местного стандарта. Поэтому обязателен переходник для зарядки гаджетов если у вас привычная для России электровилка. Хороший матрас. В квартире ночью тихо. Отлично высыпались. Важно: в 5 минутах пешей прогулки от дома находится супермаркет Carrefur, который работает до 22.00

• Guest (10/5): Muy buena experiencia - El departamento está muy bien ubicado, no está tan lejos del centro y tiene varios mercados y almacenes cerca. Muy bien calefaccionado, limpio y nuevo. La anfitriona majo, es una genia, siempre disponible para responder nuestras dudas. Un detalle que me gustó mucho fue que contaba con productos básicos como detergente, aceite , sal, café etc. es muy atento de su parte. El edificio es tranquilo y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente.
• Philippe (8/5): Schönes Apartment, sehr schlecht gepflegt - Das Apartment ist groß, warm mit Fußbodenheizung, ruhig und hat eine sehr gute Lage. Man ist zwar nicht ganz im Zentrum, muss aber nur zehn Minuten über einen Hügel zur Hauptstraße hinunterlaufen, die im Gegensatz zur Gegend, in der man wohnt, sehr touristisch und laut ist. Man hat mit dem Carrefour einen großen, gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt und eine gute Bäckerei gleich um die Ecke, allerdings ist Ushuaia im Allgemeinen auch überschaubar Ich musste drei Tage damit verbringen, hartnäckigen Schimmel im Bad zu entfernen, der wahrscheinlich dem schlechten Lüftungsverhalten vorheriger Gäste geschuldet ist, was aber auch wiederum verständlich ist, weil die Lüftung einen sehr anstrengenden Lärm verursacht und das Bad kein Fenster hat. Hoffentlich ist er mittlerweile weg, aber die Sauberkeit wurde in diesem ansonsten sehr schönen Apartment leider allgemein stark vernachlässigt. Die Beschichtungen der Pfannen/Töpfe sind zerkratzt, die mit einem lockeren Bezug oberflächlich bedeckte Couch ist fleckig, der Wasserkocher verrostet, der Abfluss stinkt und der Boden ist nur oberflächlich gewischt, sodass man barfuß sehr schnell schwarze Fußssohlen bekommt, was das Erlebnis mit der Fußbodenheizung wieder zunichte macht. Ich kann die sehr guten Bewertungen von davor leider nicht nachvollziehen, weil Schimmel einfach sehr gesundheitsschädlich ist und auf sowas von einer offenbar sogar zertifizierten Unterkunft besser geachtet werden muss

• Tomasz (9/5): Good value for money - Large room, reasonable price. This room could easily become premium if they did just a few tweaks, but then the price would probably get higher and I wouldn’t stay here :) The kitchen would benefit from few more plates and utensils, but we did manage get all meals done with what we had.
• Magdalena (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice clean and quiet apartment! The kitchen could use better utensils, current ones (plastic soup spoon and noodle spoon) are not a good fit to make anything. Besides everything we needed!
• Traceadventures (6/5): Pleasant - Good water pressure, hot shower. Clean room. Payment process annoying. The ad said they take credit card but we had to pay cash. This impacted our on-the-ground budget and money is hard to come by in Ushuaia. No soap provided for shower No tea towel in kitchen for drying dishes. The room would benefit from a blind or curtain on the balcony door because the days are so long in summer. Sunset after 10pm, sunrise at 3am. Need to wear earplugs to bed so you can’t hear the services running through the walls from other apartments.
• Yishaiya (10/5): Exceptional - Really nice, clean, comfortable apt, it has everything you need for a couple of days in Ushuia. Nice bathroom, hot water and good heating.. Not the closest to the center, but its a near enough and has a big supermarket close which was great for us :)
