Apartamento super agradável, as fotos do booking representam extamente a realidade do apartamento . Muito bem espaçoso. Ficamos em 6 pessoas e fica muito tranquilo. A varandinha é um espetáculo, para ver a paisagem lá fora . Cozinha bem completa. Tudo que precisamos de utensílios para fazer comida em casa tinha disponível. Um ponto negativo é a água dos banheiros . Se 1 pessoa estiver tomando banho no banheiro da sala , na chega água quente no banheiro do quarto. Tem que ser 1 banho de cada vez . E o outro ponto é uma sugestão que sempre deixo e faz muita diferença para quem está chegando. Deixar 1 pacote de papel higiênico e 1 garrafa de água. Só tinha 1 rolo de papel higiênico no apartamento todo e já na chegada já tivemos que arrumar correria para conseguir mais pois 6 pessoas chegando de viagem o papel higiênico não dá nem pro começo.

Lamparitas de poca potencia pero incandescentes!!! Cambiar a LED de igual potencia mejorará la iluminación sin aumentar el costo y con menor impacto. Algunos detalles de limpieza que no lo hacía impecable.
EDSON (10/5): Melhor opção em Ushuaia - A estadia foi fantástica. O apartamento é muito bem localizado, próximo de restaurantes, supermercados e casa de câmbio. As camas são bem confortáveis e os banheiros bem limpos. Além disso, tem um terraço bem bacana.
Verified traveler (6/5): Ushuaia-The End of The World - My stay was decent at Gente del Sur; I stayed here because it was convenient and close to the port. The apartment would accommodate 4 people; 2 - twin beds and one queen size bed. The room was divided by a cubby system with hanger space (on both sides of the room), which divided the room in half. There was a full kitchen, bathroom, and a living room/ TV with a small eating area. Two blocks to the center of town… No complaints initially…at night, when you turned on the light in the bedroom area, the lights blinked on and off all night. I tried to unscrew the lightbulbs, but that did not work. I turned the lights off and used the desk light on the opposite side of the room to have a dim light at night. The following day, I contacted the office to let them know about the blinking light. They asked me if the electrician could come when I was

Ioannis (9/5): Excellent stay - Excellent Airbnb in the city center, very close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Extremely comfortable, spacious, and warm, with adjustable radiator heating, a nice bathroom, bright lighting, excellent Wi-Fi, and comfortable beds. Οffered also, large storage space, free of charge, for luggage, located relatively close to the accommodation There was no privacy between the rooms, as there was no door to close between the rooms or between the rooms and the rest of the space.

Near the shore, convenience stores, restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. The apartment amenities are superb! the kitchen utensils are really helpful! The host is very kind to offer us late checkout.
