• Mette (8/5): Godt sted tæt på centrum - Duomoen er i gåafstand fra overnatningsstedet og det er egentlig rart, at man er lidt væk fra "al larmen". Lejlighedens køkken er udstyret med de fleste ting man har brug for. Der manglede dog lidt sæbe til at vaske op i (som ikke var blandet med vand). Vi havde vores barn på 9 måneder og klapvogn med. Vores værelse lå på 1. sal og der er ikke elevator. Vi oplevede ikke Firenze som værende super klapvognsvenlig, så vi havde ikke brug for den alligevel og det var derfor ikke et problem. Hvis man har mulighed for at bruge bæresele, vil jeg klart anbefale det. Rengøringen i lejligheden kunne godt være lidt bedre - tæppet og sofaen trænger til lidt kærlighed.
• Rublevska Yuliia (9/5): - The accommodation was lovely. The beds were comfortable, there were clean towels, and soap and shower gel provided for travelers. The kitchen was fully equipped for comfortable cooking. The location is great — within a 15-minute walk to any museum or historical landmark. There was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment, but I am very sensitive to it. Once you get used to it, it’s fine. The kitchen is well equipped, but there was no sponge for washing dishes (not a big problem to buy one, but I kept forgetting to do so).

• Marine (7/5): Emplacement top, ne comptez pas sur la clim. - L’emplacement est super, sans avoir des contraintes de bruit ! Nous avions choisi ce logement notamment car il avait la clim. Elle est tombée en panne le deuxième jour et après un premier échange avec le personnel, plus jamais de nouvelle…! Pas de solution trouvée et même pas de réponse pour s’excuser de la gêne. En plein mois d’août, avec 40 degrés, une fille de 4 ans et enceinte, c’était quand même un gros point noir.

• Ivanka (8/5): Overall good - The location of the apartment is great. Close to the train station, shops, restaurants and main attractions. The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, the smell of cigarettes in the apartment was quite unpleasant. Even though it says no smoking, someone definitely smoked there.

• Dean (9/5): Bologna was great - Very helpful host. Nice apartment in a very good location. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It's not far from the train station and also close to many restaurants. Only comment would be that it needs a new kettle!

• Yibing (7/5): The service it’s not responsibility to their guests! - Nice location We ordered a four nights stay in this hotel from June 24 to June 28, at June 27 evening 10 o’clock my purse got a stored at the dinner restaurant, including the door key. At at 10:15 we try to contact this hotel host Many time and many different way , We need help to open the door , but there is no answer ! we called many time. No respond. We contact the host on WhatsApp no response ! We emailed Booking.com to explain the situation . That night 6/27 we cannot go back to our hotel room . We have to go looking for a different hotel to stay . Me and my daughter in the dark at a strange city walking on the street search for hotel because the host did not take five minutes to come open the door for us . This experience for stay in this hotel it is so painful. . I cannot believe they charged us, but they do not open the hotel zoom door for us things happen like this. This at US it couldn’t ever happen. This Airbnb should be removed from the nest of Booking.com.!
• Amy (7/5): Not worth the money - It was spacious and the area wasn’t far from shopping. The night before our arrival I was asked what time we’d be getting into Florence. The staff informed me that check-in wasn’t until later but that we could drop our bags off at the facility (originally I was going to leave them at bag storage at the train station). When we got to the apartment I messaged the host and was informed that normally we could leave our bags but that he has other check-ins and so I’d need to wait (roughly 3 hours). I informed him that I had a baby and that it was very hot. The floors were also dirty so we left our shoes on after discovering that. We had to buy extra toilet paper as well as they only left us with 2 for the week. The facility itself was nice but I wouldn’t stay here again. I hope the communication amongst their staff improves for the sake of their guests.
• Matthew (3/5): Modern guise, beneath a lack of basic amenities. - Modern, nice bed, good kitchen and smart tv. First and foremost the air-conditioning did not work. We moved from apartment to apartment looking for air-conditioning and thought this would be the right one. Upon getting here, the air-conditioning didn’t work all two nights, and because the apartment has poor ventilation it meant we had to open the windows and were riddled with mosquito bites afterwards. The man who was supposed to be our contact ceased communication with me after I told him that we would like to request compensation for a portion of our stay. We’re not even sure if the AC maintenance people came because we saw no difference. Also, be weary of using the wachine machine as there isn’t anywhere to dry with the sun. Expected more for a 4 star.

• Kathryn (8/5): Very good - Enormous flat in a convenient location near the train station. There were only two of us and we hardly knew what to do with the extra space! Bed was comfortable and kitchen was equipped with plenty of dishes. We loved that there was a washing machine - not available in all apartment stays here, and it definitely felt like a luxury to have some extra clean clothes after so much traveling. We did need to provide our own dish soap and laundry detergent, but this apartment was such good value for money (and there are plenty of stores nearby to get what you need) that this was fine for us. Some people have commented on safety, but we did very feel safe here. Street noise was not really a problem at night and we were able to sleep well. There was a little bit of a smell but we got used to it quickly. This does not reflect on the cleanliness of the apartment - we felt the apartment was clean, honestly I think it was the Florentine street smells that wafted inside. Our neighbors were noisy and we could always heard them talking and clomping up and down the stairs, but they seemed to also be short stay tenants so perhaps noise is not always an issue.
• Anton (8/5): Good for couple's stay to explore Florence - Perfect location close to train station, central market and downtown. Walkable distance to almost everything to see. Apartment freshly renovated and has all needed appliances in good condition. Windows facing busy trade street and sound proofing could been better, sometimes passing scooters/ garbage trucks wake you up. Sofa is not good for sleeping even for child, queen bed is OK for two adults.

• Angela (6/5): Pleasant - Apartment is huge Location is great Beds are comfortable We had issues with the apartments and trying to get it sorted was painful and time consuming. We ended up having trades people in the apartment during our stay which was very annoying and inconvenient.
• Ai (9/5): Great accommodation for a family vacation. - Great location, 1 min walk to the Mercanto Centrale. Everything is in walking distance. The apartment is well equipped and air conditioned. Easy check-in and check-out. The entrance and the staircase was quite narrow, so carrying up and down suitcases and a stroller was a bit difficult, but the staff was very friendly and helped us carrying up :)

The apartment was impeccably clean and located in a prime spot, close to all the attractions. It provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The hosts were attentive and accommodating, ensuring a memorable experience. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Florence

• Irismaida (9/5): It was great overall! - It was very spacious, the kitchen and bathroom were great and big for european standards. The location was also great, very close to the train station and many really nice restaurants. The only thing is that particular neighborhood felt a little empty and shady after dark, but it was close enough to the crowds that we weren’t particularly worried.
