• Sabina (9/5): - Location was great for the price you pay.. Walking to main museum was a great deal. It was forth floor. No elevator and if you have luggage is a bit of a challenge especially if you're old as I am 😊

Ci ha raccontato con passione la storia della struttura ed è sempre stato pronto a rispondere a ogni domanda, con risposte davvero istantanee. La posizione è ottima e la struttura è perfetta per gruppi numerosi: noi eravamo in 7 e gli spazi erano comodi e ben organizzati. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero eccellente. Ad accoglierci abbiamo trovato anche un graditissimo omaggio: panettone e spumante, un gesto che ci ha fatto sentire subito i benvenuti. Consigliatissima, torneremmo senza esitazione!
• Nardella (4/5): - Posizione eccezionale e ampiezza appartamento. L’appartamento necessita di profondi lavori di sistemazione che non intacchino l’autenticità storica dei locali. Sopratutto i bagni e le porte dei bagni che non si chiudono e lasciano sempre una fessura che non consente di avere la giusta privacy. Inoltre sarebbe richiesta decisamente una migliore illuminazione. Scala molto ripida e stretta ma è normale in questo contesto. L’importante è saperlo.
• Elisa (10/5): Consigliato!!! - Appartamento decisamente ben strutturato, accogliente e pulito. I letti comodi e oltre ai prodotti in bagno erano presenti anche delle tisane in cucina. Il proprietario carino e disponibile. Ottima anche la posizione. Molto consigliato! Unica pecca la mancanza dell'ascensore
• Roger (4/5): - En ninguna parte de la descripción del alojamiento se especificó que hay que subir cuatro pisos sin ascensor. Tampoco de explicó que si se llega en coche debe aparcarse temporalmente a una cuadra para descargar equipaje pues la zona es restringida. Más transparencia en las descripciones y limitaciones del alojamiento sería apreciado.
• Federica (4/5): Soggiorno fiorentino - Struttura logisticamente molto comoda La casa è molto vecchia (ex convento) è fredda e umida. In tutte le stanze ci sono gli split con le pompe di calore ma di sera non funzionano, le disattivano. Inoltre l'appartamento si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore, le scale sono ripidissime. È davvero disagevole salire con la valigia
• Sophie (9/5): Parfait pour un séjour en famille. - L'accueil, la disponibilité, la serviabilité (un problème d'eau résolu super rapidement). Le séjour très agréable pour passer un moment en famille après les journées de visite. La documentation et la bibliothèque présentes dans le logement.

• Viviana Oliveira (8/5): Fomos muito bem acolhidos e recomendo acima de tudo pela simpatia e boa disposição do proprietário. - O senhor era muito querido e muito simpático. Como nós não sabemos falar italiano, mesmo não tendo nada a ver com a casa, ele ajudou-nos a comunicar com outras pessoas. Faltava o secador e alertamos e ele no próprio dia levou um para a casa. Tem um mapa em casa com várias indicações e teve a dar-nos dicas de ontem comer, onde irmos visitar, onde podíamos tomar um copo. Foi muito bom mesmo! Para além disto tudo, ele também tem a casa equipada com temperos e alguma comida. A casa como está num centro histórico é normal não ser tão moderna mas não vejo isso como algo negativo.

• Lisa (5/5): Great location but very basic accommodation. Very musty smelling with poor lighting and bedding - Good location close to centre of town. The building was built in 1400’s and was very basic. Poor lighting, uncomfortable bedding and quite musty smelling. Lots of dark winding stairs (55 to be exact) to enter the apartment.

• Albertus (8/5): A family group of 9. - Location, airconditioning, in all rooms. Good place to stay for a family. The steep staircase to the fourth floor to carry up your luggage, the restricted street access by car to the property.

• Nickerson (10/5): Exceptional - This place is beautiful and full of character! It is so close to Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore that you can hear the church bells ringing. It is a fantastic location, and the host was very helpful!
• Caitlin (9/5): Absolutely wonderful and would stay again! - It was a beautiful property, very spacious, and a good value! The host was kind and attentive. The location is fabulous for walking to the main attractions, and it was quieter than the busier parts of the city. Plenty of beds, towels, space to sit in the living room, and having two bathrooms for our size of group (7) was really helpful. The pictures of the place does not do it justice. We did not have enough toilet paper, hand soap, or dish sponges (the one provided was heavily soiled). The hot water would go from cold to scolding at times (though this is something we experienced in most cities and is likely a norm).

• Kayley (7/5): Good - Good location. Great insight into living near the heart of Firenze. Friendly helpful host Given that it is an old historic property there were a lot of does and don’ts. For example, you had to turn the water pump off at the fuse unless you wanted to hear it cut in and out all night. This can be problematic if you wanted to flush toilet in the night

This was very difficult for elderly travellers Very poor lighting. beds were firm but not well made so not comfortable for sleep. The place needs money spent on it. Note said to turn tap off to avoid water pump coming on but tap dripped so pump kept coming on keeping us awake.
