- Maria Gloria (7/5): Soggiorno breve di 3 notti - La posizione, lo staff gentilissimo L’appartamento aveva un soffitto bassissimo, è davvero piccolino per 4 persone. Inoltre bisognerebbe sistemare alcune cose (es. il doccino della doccia era rotto, alcuni piatti e tazze scheggiati)

- Martínez (8/5): Ubicació i atenció perfecte, però cal manteniment. - El noi que ens va rebre va ser molt atent i agradable. Les instal·lacions son correctes i la ubicació era perfecte. El matalàs era molt tou i faltava manteniment de l'habitació. Caldria algun estri de cuina addicional, com una torradora o una cafetera de capsules, també seria necessari algun mirall i algun lloc on poder penjar la roba. El terra era força brut. No hi ha ascensor.
- Monika (8/5): Trotzdem zu empfehlen! - Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um ins Zentrum zu kommen. Auch vom Bahnhof gut zu Fuss machbar. Die Wohnung ist kleiner als sie auf den Fotos wirkt. Sehr hellhörig!

- Joanna (8/5): Basic, characterful flat in great area - The location was amazing. This is like a funky student flat - quite fun, but a bit smaller and less polished than the photos would suggest. Overall, we liked it. There seemed to be a smell - gas? - each time we turned on the hot water, which was worrying. It was smaller than it appeared in the photos, and it could have been a bit better equipped. It's fairly basic, but nice.

Obrigada à Isabella! A cozinha nao tem microondas, mesmo assim conseguimos fazer refeições simples. Para lavar a loiça o espaço também é pequeno, mas com imaginação tudo se consegiui.

On peut tout faire à pied: proche des lieux touristiques et des commerces. De plus, le parking pour garer la voiture était à 2 mn à pied de l’appartement. Nous avons été bien accueillis par l’agence et ils nous ont donné de précieux conseils. Le matelas était mou.Nous préférons les matelas fermes.

- Lasha (7/5): Overall good but check details carefully before choosing - Excellent location. Feeling of an old Italian building. Quiet place given courtyard side. Window blinds unpractical to open and close and we lucked daylight. Bathroom was too small and the shower cabin was tiny; kept bouncing against the glass and felt the risk of breaking it. Bed wall lamps and tables were metallic and kept ringing every time we touched or placed things. Leaving room floor was uneven so was the table leaning on a side.

- Meagan (4/5): Great location, apartment needs some attention. - Great location - very close to the Duomo. Bed was comfy as mattress was soft. Smart tv so was able to access Netflix which was good. As mentioned in other reviews there is no lift which was hard for us as we had bigger cases. Upon arrival the apartment was very tired with broken tiles, it was very closed in and felt dark unlike pictures of other apartments, so this one must not have been renovated. We were expecting a better standard for the price. Broken fixtures and fittings (towel rail not attached to wall) and shower head needed replacing. The biggest issue we had was there were a lot of ants and wood lice in the kitchen on the counter top (so didn’t do any food prep or cooking) bedroom and bathroom which spoilt the stay a lot and made us feel uncomfortable. This was mentioned to the host and they did come out the next day to spray, but this made little difference. Coffee machine leaked on first attempt so we didn’t use again. Overall very disappointed and wouldn’t stay again.

No breakfast included Not a great vibe in the building Had to climb up 60 stairs to get there Lots of things broken inside like towel rail, shelves, no reading light. A very noisy party on the ground floor on our first night - unable to sleep.

- Michelle (3/5): Disappointed - The location was good, easy to find and central to the heart of the city. The room was clean There was a towel rail in the shower wich was very odd, but needn't worry, it didn't work anyway. The place was advertised as an apartment. It was a bedroom with a hob. I did not appreciate being told to take my rubbish out to the bins across the road, which was not across the road, they were right down the street and were public bins. I would say that it was very lazy housekeeping. Overall we were disappointed and couldn't recommend.
- Vanessa (1/5): Would not recommend, would still be overpriced at half the price - The only potential positive was the location but that location was up 3 flights of stairs without an elevator. To begin, they sent additional rules throughout our stay and the day before they asked for us to empty the bins when leaving bringing it to a street away which is ridiculous when spending over 200 euro a night. The noise coming from the stairs and the main entrance door would wake you up early in the morning, you could hear any suitcase, anybody talking and any construction works could be clearly heard from the room. It feels like there was zero soundproofing. There were no toiletries provided and therefore we had to buy our own shampoo and body wash. In the bathroom the towel rails were loose and would come off at either side, the toilet seat was also loose and would move. The shower was incredibly slippery and therefore dangerous and there was no shower mat provided. There was a lot of grime in the corners of the shower. The bathroom door was a frosted glass without handles and it didn't close fully. The net curtain had come off its roller and there was no blind or heavy curtains for the light. Some of the floor boards moved underfoot and others were fixed in a haphazard fashion. One of the bedside tables was leaning on one side. It also seems the buttons for hot water for all apartments was in our apartment which seems like an oversight.

- Gabrielle (7/5): Close to Duomo - everything was good and great, just there was no elevator and a lot of steps - Close to Duomo therefere great location we didnt need to catch any public transport. Just basically walked everywhere. Everything was there, like plates, cups, cutleries, etc. The room and decorations were really cute. Bathroom was aesthatic as well. The room was decorated very nicely. The stairs/steps to go up was killing. We unfortunately got the third level apartment, had to carry our luggage up there and back down. There was no elevator. When we got there the door code thing was not working properly - therefore we had to contact someone there to show us to unlock. It was difficult to understand how the door key work. But we could figure it out after they taught us.
- Zsuzsanna (9/5): Great location and value for money. - It was very cute and the location was superb. No lift, and the aircon sometimes were temperamental.
- Elizabeth (8/5): Great location and spacious accommodations - This property allowed us a central access point to the city while comfortably accommodating our family of 15. The apartments were spacious and had all the facilities we really needed for our stay. There were a couple of maintenance issues, such as burned out light bulbs and a power outage that only affected our building. However the staff was very accommodating and resolved any minor issues within 12 hours of being notified. These issues did not greatly impact the quality of our stay.
- Nicole (7/5): Okay apartment in a nice location - Good location by the Piazza del Duomo; uses electronic door handles for keyless entry. It was convenient to store our luggage at the office before checking in. Having a kitchenette was also handy. Good air conditioning. The apartment was on the top floor, so we had to climb three flights of stairs. The apartment was a bit run down. We had problems with the hot water for a day and a half until we figured out that we had to reset the hot water switch. Our bed was sloping on one side, and there were only mesh curtains.
- Kaneko (10/5): Hidden gem:) - Amazing experience which we were get to feel the living style of Firenze apartment unlike ordinary hotels. Every morning we woke up by beautiful bell rings from Duomo. It was also nice security wise as the entrance itself has a big thick door along with proper digital locks. Once entering, the building is quiet and we loved the quietness at night. The only concern was that there was no elevator as we had to carry up and down heavy luggages by stairs. And as a Japanese, it may be nicer if there was at least a shower curtain to avoid wetting the bathroom floor as we are not accustomed to the European style bathroom.

- Joanne (9/5): We loved it - Fantastic location. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Great facilities in the kitchen and bathroom. Having a lift for the suitcases was definitely a bonus. Aircon worked perfectly. Was advertised on booking.com as a 3 bedroom. This really wasn't true. The upstairs area was very tiny and the bed was not single in size or a pull-out option. Really just a 2 bedroom apart.
- Keith (8/5): A great holiday in a building with old world Italian charm. - Excellent location near all the main sights and easly reach from rail station. generally well appointed, quiet surroundings .very clean and comfortable bed too. Supermarket and convenience stores close by. Faulty electric socket in kitchen, so we plugged the kettle into a bedroom floor socket. Curtains had pulled off thier runners. Shower tray very slippery very easy to fall over, Mat or grab handle needed. Italian only TV channels.

- Catherine (9/5): MDR Duomo Apartment - We loved the location and how easy it was to find and so close to the train station, as well as all of the sites. The apartment was well appointed for a family of 5, with three showers, well stocked kitchen necessities, coffee maker and coffee pods were supplied which was a nice touch. There was plenty of space and excellent air conditioning. Beds were comfortable.

- Paul (6/5): great location but avoid blue apartment at all cost. very noisy - thé location is amazing close to the station and all the amazing monuments the property is very small and noisy the hot water system is in our apartment that services other apartments in the building so it continually works and is very noisy. not great really. this was the blue apartment so avoid at all cost. also located on the 3rd floor. basically it’s a tiny room with a bed and kitchen. coffee could also be provided..

Nothing personal, no baby cot prepared, water boiler is in another Appartement, and was turned off by the people there, so we had no warm water.
