• Valentina (9/5): - Proprietari gentili e disponibili, check in semplice, anche tenendo presente che causa traffico siamo arrivati abbastanza tardi in serata e loro sono stati estremamente gentili. Alloggio spazioso, posizione comoda. Letti abbastanza comodi. Serramenti abbastanza isolanti (purtroppo Firenze resta una citta rumorosa durante la notte, soprattutto nel weekend, quindi senza tappi per le orecchie è difficile riposare se non si tollerano i rumori esterni). Presenti coperte e cuscini in quantità, asciugamani per tutti, tv e wi fi funzionanti. L'unico punto dolente è il bagno. E' molto stretto, il water ha di fronte un muro che rende impossibile sedersi dritti se si è più alti di 1,60 mt, bisogna mettere le gambe di lato. I sanitari sono datati anche se comodi, ad eccezione della doccia che risulta macchiata, il muro posteriore è annerito a causa dell'acqua che cade costantemente sul muro e il tappetino presente è usurato e presenta delle macchie scure. Il doccino è piuttosto usurato e non facilissimo da regolare. Abbiamo trovato il lavello della cucina non pulito con residui di cibo e il cestino della cucina non svuotato, ma il resto della casa era pulito, quindi può essere che come ci ha detto la proprietaria sia stata un'unica svista dell'azienda di pulizie a cui non sento di dover dare un grosso peso.
• scruffs (7/5): Excellent location - The location of the apartment was excellent and it's authenticity, charming. A couple of things could be updated. The shower over the bath is quite old and however you direct the water, the floor seems to get wet. There are no plug sockets near two of the beds which is challenging.

• Linda (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment had everything you needed. The location was fantastic. All attractions were in walking distance. Check in was very easy and Alessandra was lovely. Highly recommend this accomodation. I wish we could have stayed longer.
• Jean (8/5): Great apartment in the city center - - The location - beds, sheets and towels were clean and tidy - the apartment did not feel hot even though it was 25-30 degrees Celsius. We had fans for each room - kitchen was good The shower is in a bath tube that has a plastic anti-slip mat. The anti-slip mat was clean, but the bath-tube itself was dirty and the walls in the shower area were also very dirty. I think the walls in the shower/bath area had accumulated filth for months. It was gross seeing that.

The bathroom shower was uncomfortable and definitely needs an upgrade. Not having an elevator with the amount of luggage we had was difficult. But that was actually on us as I didn’t realize how many stairs there would be from ground level to apartment..

• Kc (9/5): Exceptional location with a few tradeoffs - Location was exceptional. With an excellent location in the centre of town comes some tradeoffs, such as the level of noise at night. This didn't prove to be a major problem for our family. The one bathroom is very narrow which can be difficult to navigate with 5 people getting ready for the day each morning. There is no elevator as can be deducted from the listing. The apartment is on the second floor. Manageable since we are a young family. There is no washing machine as per the listing, but there is a laundromat very close by.

• Kris (8/5): Can’t beat the location and spacious bedrooms! - Fabulous location, very nice host, spacious apartment. My only suggestion would be for an update to the bathroom, the shower in particular was not very functional and was difficult to maneuver. Installing a proper shower head and full shower doors would be a welcome upgrade to keep the water inside the tub.

• Britt (9/5): Superb - Amazing location. Super central, everything is an easy walk from the appartement. The appartement was very big. The communication was excellent, the host waited for us when we arrived, we could do an early check-in, all was perfect. Not much, there is only one bathroom as explained in the booking and there is no elevator, also explained in the booking the steps are quite steep for older people.

• Andrew (5/5): Memorable for unintended reasons - Location of the apartment is great, compared to the sights, security of the apartment was very good. Fans in the rooms helped a little, but the bedrooms are warm on summer nights - opening the windows allows in the street noise. The bathroom shower is small, slippery as positioned over the bath and the shower screen is dangerously mounted. Floor tiles are very slippery when wet. The toilet area of the bathroom is so narrow, knees touch the wall when seated. For the girls, it was easier to sit side-saddle. There was no ice in the ice tray. The beds are hard and the pillows too soft. There is no double glazing to keep street noise out. One of the bedrooms has glass doors affording little privacy. The curtains on the bedroom windows are very thin, making sleeping difficult.

• Leslie (9/5): Superb - Lovely airy apartment. Easy to find and easy access. Good soundproofing in the bedrooms but a tad noisy as we needed to leave bathroom window open. But anywhere in the centre would be a tad noisy..

• Lyn (6/5): The apartment was nice but I couldn’t cope with the stairs. - The position was good, the size was good with large bedrooms and plenty of hanging space. It was nicely renovated and presented. The kitchen had enough equipment. It wasn’t so clear on the website that there would be two very long, steep flights of stairs to negotiate every time you left and returned to the property. The front door of the apartment was very tricky to open.

Plenty of room for the 5 of us to sleep and relax when needed Clarification on description would be helpful as it states “free Toiletries” but after a few days they do not replenish. Minor bathroom maintenance was required. Host was very responsive.
• Karen (8/5): Practical location - Large rooms Equipped kitchen Practical location Easy contact and support of the hosts (Alessandra and Tommaso) - Only one bathroom (and a bit hard to move around) for a 5 people was a bit challenging. - The property has sound proof windows which is helpful but some nights the people coming from restaurants and bars nearby would be very loud and woke us all with loud chatting and singing - One of the three rooms has an old “transparent”door which doesn’t give a lot of privacy to those staying there

• Troi (9/5): Fantastic location - Fantastic location in an historic building. The apartment was comfortable for two couples or if you have a family. The location is very convenient to all the great sights in Florence. We booked the apartment knowing it didn’t have air conditioning but thought it would be ok with the fans and windows open. However it was very noisy with the hustle and bustle of the city. They do have sound proof windows but if it was hot out so we had to open the windows. I would stay here again in the fall, winter or spring but the summer was hot.

Without Air condition bit difficult to manage in summer. - Very good host who personally came to give us the key and they let us in much earlier than the normal check in time. Location was excellent in middle of the town within walking distance of shopping, Super markets, restaurants and attractions. As Air condition was not available the house was too hot to live especially in the peak summer also as in main area so you can not keep the windows open as the sound makes it difficult to sleep. The smell of moisture was also difficult to bear. Kitchen utensils provided were old and refrigerator was also not working well.

• Crisarji (10/5): Outstanding stay in Firenze - The suite is located in a special place,you can move from there to everywhere in the downtown.. If you liked the place in photos,when you see it live it is gonna shock you!, it is huge and so we'll maintained that it is hard to believe that it lays in the center of Firenze, also the attention of Alessandra was outstanding.. No elevator, though it is understandable cause it is impossible to add one in that sort of building,so if you travel with some seniors or someone who has an injury(knee,foot,arm) please take that into account..

• Luis (9/5): Perfect - The hosts are very attentive, the flat is very well located, it is very well equipped and comfortable. Everything is great. It is not suitable for people with limited mobility as it is a second floor and there is no lift.

• Μαρία (8/5): Very good - Silver sword Suite is a beautiful home in the center of Florence. The location was amazing and the staff very helpful and friendly. It was also very clean and well kept. The downside to being in the city center was that it was quite noisy and that was especially annoying at night. There are soundproofing windows (only in the bedrooms) and although they helped a little they did not block out all the noise. The bathroom is very small but the rest of the house is quite spacious and equipped with everything you might need.
• Deborah (4/5): Not a good value. I have visited Glorence many times and have stayed in wonderful places. Unfortunately, this was not - The location. The floors were dirty, the toilet wasn’t attached to the floor, the internet was horrible and the host wanted to argue with me when all I was doing was letting her know that we didn’t do that.
