• Sharon (7/5): Comfortable and compact - Nice location in the old town. Short walk to Ponte vecchio and duomo. Great restaurants nearby. Fully stocked so can self cater. Very friendly helpful host. 4th floor with no elevator so consider that if travelling with elderly. Also description says city views but that isn’t really accurate - the view is someone else’s back yard. Description also refers to “reception” which is a little misleading as there isn’t a reception - however the host is responsive if contacted via WhatsApp

The location of the apartment is fantastic and the apartment is well equipped with good wifi, a tv and everything you need for a city break stay.

• Aina (7/5): Un pis simple, petitó i sense ascensor en una ubicació IMMILLORABLE - La ubicació és immillorable (barri tranquil i a prop de tot), i tenint en compte els preus desorbitats que hi ha a Florència, aquest apartament té un preu força acceptable. La neteja podria ser millor. És un apartament en un tercer pis sense ascensor. El labavo és estretíssim, de manera que si hi ha algú que superi el 1.90 d'alçada, anar al wc a fer les seves necessitats li serà força incòmode.

• marian (10/5): Amazing! - This apartment is great! Great host, very clean and great facilities. The location is exceptional, right near the river, the main train station and getting into central florence is a short and easy 10min walk. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Florence
• Akemi (8/5): 快適なアパートです！ - とても快適に過ごしました。オーナーも親切で丁寧でした。部屋は2ベッドルームなので友人とゆっくり過ごしました。キッチンの設備も全て整い、スポンジ、洗剤、洗濯機も完璧。でも乾燥ができないので、部屋干しです。シャワーも狭いですが、問題ありません。私達は、いつもキッチンで料理をして食べました♪クーラーもしっかりきいてほんとよかったです。ありがとうございます。 鍵の開け閉めが難しかったです。夜は階段が真っ暗なので、iPhoneで灯りを照らしました。

• Misaki (9/5): Nice cozy accommodation and convenient location - Convenient location, frequent communication, very attentive and caring host. The property host's collaborator Francesco patiently waited for us to give the key and instructions of the apartment when we arrived, even though we were late for 30 mins (I told him we would arrive at 6pm for check-in but ended up at 6:30). He was super kind and even carried our luggage up to the 3rd floor where the apartment is located. The room was comfortable and spacious for 2 people, will definitely stay here again! Only thing I would say is there is no elevator in the building so you would have to carry up/down your baggage when you check in/out.

• Melissa (10/5): Extraordinary hosts with a charming and well-prepped apartment. - Imagine everything you might need to spend a week in an apartment and you will understand how amazing it is that this apartment is well-stocked, but completely uncluttered. There are bedside tables and lamps, things to cook and clean with, washing machines (one for dishes and one for clothing), and a place to hang your clothes inside. The towels were wonderful as was the air conditioning (3 units!!). And everything was scrupulously clean. The bathroom was long and narrow, but we found that with two different sliding doors, two people could be using the space at the same time without any issues (one showering or using the commode and the other brushing their teeth, for example). Just added to the Old World charm of this apartment. We walked pretty much everywhere very easily, ate a wonderful meal around the corner, and truly enjoyed this little spot. We also greatly appreciated our hosts. They were extremely responsive and extremely helpful beyond anything we have found on Booking.com to date. FYI-You have 50 stairs to get to this apartment, so this is not for anyone with mobility issues, but it really was not that big of a deal and it really was 100% worth it! We felt very sheltered and safe. A wonderful, comfortable stay. Thank you so much!
• Ozgur (9/5): It was comfortable, safe and enjoyable! - Perfect Location! Very close to the train station and walking distance to most attractions. We didn’t need to use any public transport. The towels and bedding were very clean. It was perfect for our family of three. The area around the apartment was safe. The kitchen was fully equipped. It was easy to access Francesco and the host, Alberto, anytime we needed help. He was very kind and even helped us rent a car. A little construction was going on but the work was almost finished and it seemed within a few days everything would be finished.

• Inna (10/5): Very good fully equipment apartment in Florence. - Very good apartment with everything that we needed. Fresh bed lining and towels. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Location is 10 out of 10. We did not use taxis or buses - most landmarks are near the apartment. 15 min to Duomo Florence on the foot. A small bathroom, but it was not a problem for us.

• Douglas (10/5): Perfect Apartment in walking distance to everything Florence has to offer. - Everything about our stay in this apartment was wonderful. From the beginning, our host, Alberto, was helpful and kind. Our flight was delayed and he was able to accommodate us and was waiting when we arrived. He took the time to explain everything in the apartment, answered all of our questions, and offered helpful advice and recommendations for our stay in Florence. He was easily accessible and answered any questions we had during our two week visit, always responding quickly. He also arranged a very early morning taxi for our departure to the airport and that was one less thing we had to think about. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and modern. It was perfect for our family of three. It's location was great for us as there are so many restaurants, shops, and museums within walking distance. The train station is about a 15 minute walk and that made it easy for day trips outside of Florence. The street is quiet and the area around the apartment is clean, safe, and well lit. I would highly recommend this lovely space and accomodating host, Alberto. Nothing!
• Jezrael (10/5): Overall we were very happy with the property and the location and Alberto was a warm and helpful host! - The property had a washing machine and clothes rack and complete kitchen with microwave, toaster, fridge and essential utensils. the bathroom was nice with separate toilet and sink. The location was superb. close to the Arno, in the San Frediano with a lot of nice restaurants. 11 minute walk to Santa Maria Novella and around 12 min to Ponte Vecchio. there is no elevator in the building.
