• Barbara (8/5): schöne Wohnung direkt am Arno - Die Wohnung war geräumig und sehr gut direkt am Arno gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen, Geschäfte zum Einkaufen sind direkt in der Nähe, ebenso eine Bar in einem kleinen Park direkt gegenüber und einige Restaurants. Ein Zimmer ist zur Straße heraus und ein bisschen lauter, das andere Zimmer ist zum Hof gelegen und etwas dunkel. Das Wasser im Waschbecken fließt nicht gut ab. Die Wassertemperatur im Bad ist nicht leicht zu regulieren. Der Vermieter hat sich aber des Problems angenommen.

• Bryan (9/5): Very adequate for all we needed - The host was very pleasant, chatty, knowledgeable and spoke great English. Gave us some great advice on where to go and what to do. Was in excellent communication with us throughout out stay. Very centrally located with easy access. Large two bedroomed apartment. As with so many of these places in Florence, it was old. I don't mean 16th Century, I mean 40 - 50 years. This meant that the shower and hot water wasnt so great and the decor a bit tired. Some foods that were there for our use had passed their usebuy date. Needed more of a 'women's decorating touch'.

• Andrew (10/5): Awesome. Great host, great location, great property. - Spacious, homely and very well maintained. Big rooms and lots of space for 2-4 people. As it was hot we had the windows open in the night, and it’s down the road from an ambulance station. Nothing too bad, but maybe not great if you have a baby as they are noisy.
• Nadia (7/5): Séjour agréable sites à proximité - L’emplacement est bien; tous les principaux sites sont accessibles à pied. Propriétaire très sympa et arrangeant. Beaucoup trop de bruits de la rue. La seconde pièce n’a pas pu être occupée à cause du bruit des voitures et du restaurant. On a dû partager la grande chambre. C’est dommage car le choix de cet appartement était motivé principalement sur les deux chambres!! Et même dans la grande chambre on entendait le chien des voisins aboyé presque chaque nuit.
• Highland (10/5): Truly enjoyable and memorable! - Manfredi was a wonderful host, he gave great recommendations and the property was beautiful. The location was excellent - in a fun neighborhood with great restaurants, coffee shops, gelato and a supermarket. Great to get out of the crush of tourists!
• Christopher (10/5): Fantastic option for Florence. - Nice apartment just accross the river on the side of the city where locals live and full of great places to eat, have coffee or drinks, without the tourist masses. The host is very helpful and gave us great tips.
• Thais (10/5): Great location, beautiful apartment - The location is perfect and the apartament had everything you need! Comfortable beds, clean bedsheets.Manfredi was super nice and gave us several tips regarding the region. I strongly recommend it! The bedroom facing the street is a bit noisy!
• Arda (5/5): No sleep - Location is good. Only 750 metres to historic places and central. There is restaurants and supermarkets (comad city) around. Design and atmosphere is good the same as what you see at booking.com İts secure has a technologic lock system at door. The host Manfredi was friendly, he gave detailed information and he tried to help us even though we came earlier and wanted to leave luggages at apartment As many Italian thing the design is good but the quality and funcionality is bad. Windows can not be closed properly, there becoming gap because they are very old, and cold air and noise of street is coming %100 to inside. Its impossable to sleep because apartment is located on a street where vehicles, ambulances, police cars and motorcycles are passing till morning. (They were like inside the apartment) No isolation at all. At november heating system was not working, we tried to heat the apartment with A/C and it was poor, at the end both of us are sick now! The apartment would be more clean, general surfaces was clean but inside the microwawe was dirty. There was a extra blanket at gardrop but it was not smelling clean so we couldnt use it. The water in the shower was like a rope, the pressure was too low, In addition, the water is getting cold and heats from time to time. İts so hard to take a shower.
• C (10/5): What a brilliant alternative to an hotel, and all interactions with the landlord were flawless. - The apartment was perfectly situated within easy walking distance to all of Florence. It was also comfortably furnished, and very light. The atypical white window screens obscured what were otherwise beautiful views, and ear-plugs are advisable due to the traffic and the “biergarten” across the street, but these are minor inconveniences relative to the overall quality of the site.
