• Cheznous (10/5): Had a lovely restful time,. - Fantastic host, very helpful. Very easy to get to all the local highlights. Great selection of popular local restaurants. We visited over Easter, and all the local restaurants insisted we reserve a table in advance, as they couldn't accommodate walk-ins. Something to bear in mind.

• MARIA JOSE (10/5): Una estancia maravillosa - El Palazzo es un lugar de ensueño, precioso, muy amplio, todo limpísimo. Ely ha sido muy amable, nos ha dado muchísima información y contestaba a todo con mucha prontitud. Las camas comodísimas, la cocina completa, el baño principal muy amplio y uno auxiliar muy útil y con todo lo necesario. Incluso había en el salón una selección de vinos que la familia fabricaba y que estaba muy bueno. Para nuestro grupo, 7 personas, sitio de sobra para todos. La ubicación, buenísima. Todo a 10-15 minutos paseando. El barrio seguro, con mucho encanto y con mucha vida. Volvería sin dudarlo!

Przepiękny i obszerny apartament mieści się w XVI-wiecznym Palazzo Bucciolini i zawiera zabytkowe wnętrze. Kontakt z menagerem apartamentu bardzo dobry. Bez problemu można bylo wydlużyć pobyt o pół godziny w dniu wyjazdu. Możliwość zakupu win i oliwy z gospodarstwa agroturystycznego należącego do wlaścicieli apartamentu. Wszystko bylo OK.
• John (10/5): Would Recommend: Beautiful Historic Property in Ideal Oltrarno Location (yet still quiet!) - Excellent location in Oltrarno near the main piazza but absolutely insulated from street noise Beautiful historic property with frescoes and elegant furnishings and updated bathrooms Outdoor space we used to enjoy breakfast or aperitivo Elly was helpful meeting us and going through questions The owner quickly resolved a hot water issue we had shortly after arrival The A/C worked well People should just be aware that this is an historic property and so it has its quirks (including the second bathroom being up a set of stone stairs). This was not an issue for us. As noted we had an issue with the hot water at first but Elly was responsive and the owner fixed right away, no more issues after that!

• gerald (10/5): Amazing, immersive and interesting apartment - The apartment is amazing – like stepping into a Renaissance cosplay. It feels as though you’re staying in a living, tactile museum, but only in the best possible way. We had three generations of family with us and everyone was genuinely stunned by the place. Evenings after dinner were wonderful; sitting with wine in the lamplight felt like being inside a painting from the Uffizi. It was fun, and it was beautiful. We usually stay around the Santa Spirito area when we visit Florence, and this apartment was a far more enjoyable, pleasant, and immersive experience than many of the hotels we’ve tried on previous trips. Elly, the host, was brilliant – incredibly accommodating and lovely in every interaction. We loved the place, and the apartment unexpectedly became an integral part of the trip. That says a lot, because hotel rooms usually fade into the background when competing with Florence as a city; here, the apartment played an equal part in the overall experience. If you are looking for authentic Florence, this is a very unique experience, a palazzo of 16th century with authentic magnificent frescoes of Medici's time - a piece of art, furniture of centuries-long history. Impeccable, beautiful, and very comfortable at the same time. Equipped with all you need for a short or long stay. Bed is comfortable. Stayed in November, and it was not humid in apartment. Very warm. Elly was extremely helpful and friendly, and gave suggestions you might want to follow to get off the beaten tourist track. A very rare place, would return for sure. Wine from the palazzo owner's wineyards, which you may buy on site, is good quality Chianti and IGT, worth tasting. Highly recommended!

• Catherine (10/5): Fabulous palace in the heart of beautiful Florence - Wow wow wow it’s an actual palace with original frescoes! Very ornate and comfortable our host Elly was very informative and helpful. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom and huge sitting room complete with wine you can buy and put cash in honesty box which was a nice touch. The location is great too in Santo Spirito with lots of nice bars and restaurants close by and an easy walk over the river to the duomo and Uffizi and Accademia etc. highly recommended this unique property Nothing it was all amazing

• Tudor George (9/5): - Interesting venue with an historic touch which crated a nice experience overall. The check-in was smooth. The apartment is in a good location, all major attractions are in walking distance.
• Christina (10/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay in this apartment again in the future! - The space was gorgeous! Truly felt like we stepped back in time staying in the apartment, in the most amazing way! Was in a quiet but also bustling area of Florence. Far enough away from the city center so it didn't feel quite as crowded. Loved the square that was close to the apartment, so lively and so fun to sit out in it and soak up the atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful for anything that came up during our stay! Also loved that they had wine and olive oil for purchase in the room that was made by the owners! The a/c unit in the kitchen was a little dusty and had a bit of a dusty/musty smell to it when we first turned it on.

The host was very welcoming and gave us a lot of information about the surrounding area. The location was very good and we were close to the centre. As it was stated the property was very old and this the electrics were also old. Be careful with the old lamp wires!

• Ian (10/5): The finest accommodation we have ever stayed in. Magnificent decor, in keeping with the apartment. - It was self catering but had very many cafes nearby. The seats in the lounge fitted the decor very well but were not very comfortable. As the weather was unseasonably warm we found there were number of mosquitos in the apartment overnight, but only one mosquito repellent device for 3 bedrooms and the lounge.
• Leo (10/5): Excellent stay! - The place is very spacious. We really loved the design of the apartment. It will definitely give you the Firenze vibe! There is a mini store just downstairs which is very convenient if you need to buy something. The apartment is also not too far from tourist spots. Great for family. The staff was very helpful and responsive. Would have been better if there was at least some bottled water as a welcome gift. Otherwise, our stay was perfect.

The property itself offered ample space for our party of six. The host, Eleonora, is fantastic and welcomed us to the property with plenty of recommendations, made our stay an amazing experience!

• Marco (8/5): A special accommodation close to the centre of the city - Very kind and helpful hosts, very nice setting Mosquitoes. The apartment is well equipped, I think the extra effort of applying mosquitoes nets would have made us enjoying our stay a lot more (and have a good sleep). A small advice: we were alerted to the fact that we had to book all the restaurants in advance as the were almost full, but the relevant recommendations about them came only after we arrived in the city (therefore too late for booking). Maybe such names, actually very helpful, could have been shared at an earlier stage.

• Sandeep (9/5): Superb - This place is straight out of the story books. A 500 year old building built in medieval times, absolutely gorgeous interiors and very well maintained. The upholstery, tapestry etc is grand. Gave a complete feeling of staying in old times. The host was very helpful as well. The last of sufficient washrooms and bathrooms. For a group of 3 families, we had only 1 large bathroom and another makeshift small washroom. This aspect should have mentioned upfront
