• Nino (5/5): I wouldn’t go there again. - The apartment was truly clean, and the staff was always ready to help. The house has an extremely small bathroom. To take a shower, we had to go in sideways. They only provided shower gel, not shampoo. And for two nights, for two people, there was only one tiny bar of soap. The water boiler was making a loud, disturbing noise all day and night—it was awful.

L'appartamento era perfetto e c'era qualsiasi cosa potesse servire, tutto in ordine e pulito. Sicuramente lo consiglierei a chiunque dovesse venire a Firenze. Posizione perfetta vicinissimo al centro e anche per il posto auto.

• Vanessa (9/5): Un deux chambres agréable à proximité du centre et de la gare de Florence avec des hôtes très dispon - Très bon accueil de Pamela qui a suivi notre arrivée par des messages WhatsApp et a su nous conseiller sur l'arrêt de tram à proximité de l'appartement. Elle nous a donné beaucoup de conseils et un plan et une feuille reprenant de bonnes adresses (restaurant, pâtisserie,...) De plus une bouteille de vin, d'eau plate et d'eau pétillante nous attendaient à notre arrivée. L'appartement est proche de la gare et du centre, il est très bien équipé et son atout est les deux chambres séparées. Le seul petit bémol c'est la taille de la cabine de douche qui est un peu petite mais fonctionnelle avec eau bien chaude

La situation est bonne car on peut rejoindre le centre de Florence à pied assez rapidement. Le tram est aussi disponible juste en bas de l'immeuble. La gare n'est pas loin pour ceux qui rejoindraient Florence par le train.

• Sara (9/5): Rilassante e piacevole - I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Accoglienza molto ben preparata; molto apprezzata anche la bottiglia di vino. La stanza era piacevolmente riscaldata, organizzata e pulita. Posizione comoda non lontana dalla stazione e dal centro città. La doccia era appena un po' stretta, e di tanto in tanto l'acqua calda sembrava esaurirsi più in fretta del previsto. I cuscini un po' scomodi, ma immagino che, su richiesta, sarebbero stati sicuramente cambiati.

Ottima la posizione vicina al centro con fermata del tram fuori casa (la tratta è di 5 minuti), ma raggiungibile anche a piedi in circa 20 minuti. Il proprietario Matteo è accogliente, disponibile e molto simpatico, Al nostro arrivo ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni su locali e ristoranti. • Amador (10/5): - Pamela fue muy amable. El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario. Nos volveríamos a hospedar sin duda. A 25 minutos andando del centro. Como consejo a futuros huéspedes: a pesar de que el alojamiento en los alrededores sea línea blanca, es para residentes y puedes ser multado. Recomendamos, tal y como nos comentó Pamela, el parking del hotel de enfrente, the social hub, que vale 10 euros el día, es cubierto y con videovigilancia. Muchas gracias por todo.
• Vanja (9/5): - The apartment was smaller than shown in the pictures, but still functional. It was clean and had everything we needed. It is located only 15 minutes of walking from the center, so we did not use the tram at all. The check-in was super easy, the host waited for us in front of the building with the keys. She was nice and very informative. We were lucky with the parking, there was always a free parking space in front of the building. The bed is a bit too soft.

• Salvatore (9/5): Ottimo veramente - Do 9 perché secondo me la perfezione non esiste; nel nostro monolocale (2 persone) c'era tutto, non mancava nulla, compresi lavapiatti e prodotti per pulire la casa (compresa aspirapolvere) e la piccola toilette. Ovviamente vi era anche del caffè, e bustine per tisana e thè. Inoltre proprietari gentilissimi e perbene; ci hanno fatto trovare anche una bottiglia di vino per il benvenuto.... Aggiungo la posizione della struttura, a soli 2 km circa dal centro, con tanto di tranvia costantemente disponibile di fronte alla stesso stabile.Sarà un punto di riferimento se dovessimo ritornare. Se proprio devo dire qualcosa, magari un frigorifero più grandicello non guasterebbe.

• Vdajana (9/5): Ad un passo del centro di Firenze - L'appartamento piccolo,però cey tutto necessario.Veronica è stata molto accogliente e gentile. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere facilmente il centro di Firenze. La doccia era un po' piccola e i vicini si sopra erano rumorosi fino tardi.
• Angelica (9/5): A gem in an excellent location - The owner was super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond the expected service. The apartment is beautiful and well-furnished. The shower is nice, with good pressure, fast hot water. The owner left a bottle of wine and was excellent with communication. There were kitchen essentials like oil, salt, pots and pans. The bathroom was very clean, with a window for ventilation. The apartment is on the 3rd floor above ground in a nice building with an elevator. The tram to the main train station (Santa Maria Novella) has a stop right in front of the building. I would definitely stay here again anytime I'm in Florence. 100% recommended! There wasn't really the possibility of natural light, but the overhead light in the main room was very white, like natural lighting, so I didn't suffer too much because of the lack of light from outside.
• Špela (9/5): Great value - The location and the apartment were great, close to the city center but still in a relatively calm area, the beds were comfortable and the rooms big. A good complimentary bottle of wine as well. The accomodation has parking, however it is street parking - the host made sure we got a spot on arrival, however we had plans to leave the city for day trips, which we couldn't in the end, because we probably wouldn't get the parking space after returning. The location is close to the ZLT, soo make sure you don't accidentally drive there - google doesn't always take the 'safe' roads.

O Loft possui elevador, água quente, torre quente que ajudou a secar as roupas, ar condicionado, fogão e demais utensílios para preparar refeições e café ! Nosso anfitrião foi atencioso e solícito, nos recebeu pessoalmente com um delicioso vinho. Não era exatamente como na foto, mas fomos bem servidos.

• Di Felice (9/5): Soggiorno a Firenze straordinario - Il proprietario è una persona straordinaria., si è persino preoccupato di prenderci un posto macchina gratuito davanti l appartamento. All arrivo ci ha regalato una bottiglia di vino e 2 bottiglie di acqua. Stanza pulita e super attrezzata di tutto. Purtroppo di notte si sono sentite in due o tre occasioni le porte degli altri appartamenti sbattere quando qualcuno rientrava ma questo non è certo colpa del proprietario. Consiglio di mettere un po di olio alla porta del bagno che cigola quando si apre. Grazie di tutto.

The place is very cozy, modern, very clean and you have everything you need for your visit to Florence. The beds are very comfortable, I had the best sleep in years:) and it is very quiet! The apartment is close to the center, really 15 min walk away or you can take the train that stops right accross the property. It was really an amazing place to stay. The only thing that I would reccomend to you is if you arrive by car - park in a garage, not on the street.

• Chenyan (7/5): Good - The location is great, being close to the train station and bus stops. The bedding and bathroom were both clean and tidy. The host was very nice. However, the window ventilation is poor, making the room feel stuffy. Particularly disappointing was the air conditioner. It looked very old and didn t work well. Even after running for half an hour, the temperature wouldn’t drop – it remained uncomfortably hot. It took about an hour on the highest fan speed to barely maintain around 26°C. The highest setting was also extremely noisy, while lower speeds were ineffective against the heat. Additionally, the water in the shower was not enough. The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater, so after one person showered, the next had to wait about 30 minutes for enough hot water to become available again.

There were all the facilities except for the washing machine. However, there was no supermarket and laundromat nearby, so it was very inconvenient. The room and shower room were very small, so it was inconvenient.

He give us tips on how to navigate Florence, where to eat, what to do. Simply put- he was the best. The apartment was good enough for what we needed- we stayed for 2 days in Florence, the apartment was right across the street from the train which took us into the city- easy access. Just more options on pillow sizes ( as the ones on the bed were too soft for me)- other than that, all was well :)

• Patsuda (10/5): Spacious and clean place with good hospitality - The apartment is spacious, clean, and with an equipped kitchen. Things are just like what you’re seeing in the photos. It’s just 2 tram stops away from Firenze S.M.N. and takes you less than a 200-meter walk to the place. The building has an elevator so it’s good if you’re traveling with luggages. Also, the area is safe and quiet at night for you to get a peaceful sleep. A big plus is the host. We met Veronica in person as we were checking in. She gave us a quick tour of the apartment and provided us with a paper containing a full list of recommendation for restaurants, street food stores, and all the stuff. She’s caring and very responsive - promptly fixing a tiny issue with the shower door and checking us if everything is alright. Basic condiments, tea, and more importantly a complementary Chianti wine are provided. Highly recommend anyone coming to Florence to stay at this place.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable and had a tram stop located across the road and it was less than a 10 minute trip to the centre. Our host was friendly, charming and helpful and even gave us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift! The apartment is in an older building but this didn’t detract from it in any meaningful way. There is nothing really negative to say.

• Cristina (10/5): Exceptional - Veronica and Matteo were very nice and ready to help us. They prepare for us a list of recommandation for food, stores and places were we can find the best icecream in Firenze. They also offered us a bottle of good red wine that we enjoyed în the evenings. The appartamenti was very clean, comfortable and very closed to the train station. -
• Neringa (10/5): Exceptional - We liked everything, starting from the efficient communication of Veronica to the comfortable stay at the Apartment. Veronica is a very welcoming and accoomodating host. She gave us all information about the area, and provided us with all necessities, even the wine! Parking space was a huge advantage, and the central part of the city is just a 10 minutes walk. So our stay was perfect. Thank you, Veronica!
