- Laura (6/5): Great location for getting around however a noisy location at night! - The location was fantastic however having a hospital down the street made for a very noisy night! The bed was awful!! We have never stayed in an apartment where we had to remove the trash. That was odd. Perhaps it’s a European thing! The light bulbs were missing or broken in the bathroom, and the apartment is in need of an overhaul! Not the cleanest place we have stayed!

- Natalie (10/5): I would definitely recommend this place! - The location of this apartment was better than perfect! Walking distance to all major attractions. Almost opposite the apartment is a bus stop that takes you to the main train station ( about 15 min travel). From there, you can take a tram to the airport. So easy, cheap and convenient. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. A couple of supermarkets are very close. The Apartment is very big for European standards, we did not expect this. Bathroom has a fancy shower and spa jets. Took us a while to work out how to use it. We did not use the kitchen much, only the fridge but though it's got everything you would require if you wish to cook. Everything is very clean and the bed and pillows are comfortable. If you travel by car, there is a secure parking 3 min away for 30 euros per day. Easy to get in and out. I would definitely recommend this place. Nothing
- Kim (7/5): Great location, very roomy… but not much effort out in by hosts to make you feel welcomed - The location was amazing. easy walk to train station. around the corner from Duomo and east walk to most locations! I don’t feel any effort is put in to assist tourists… There’s no contact with hosts, which is fine but no information package left about Florence or the room itself… except to remove all your rubbish at need of stay… WTH! And no wine glasses… seriously!!! Pillows and bed are not overly comfortable and road below is fairly noisey!
- Sonal (8/5): Very good - Very nice apartment, close to dumo. Walkable to all touristic attractions No Soap or shampoo in the apartment. We had booked for 4 adults so sofa cum bed was not comfortable to manage for 3 days.
- John (4/5): NOPE - Location was 11 out of 10, no doubt about that! But tgat where it stopped. There we two light bulbs broke off in the socket in the bathroom vanity, that's dangerous, WTF??? There is a versatile shower assembly, too bad only 2 of the seven shower heads worked, WTF??? Bathroom floor and corners were FILTHY, never again. No plug for the kitchen sink, no ironing table, no sharp knife just to cut bread, no strainer, no spare garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc , etc., etc., etc. No cleaning supplies, unreal. Location is great but that is where it stops¡!!!!!!

- Jacqui (10/5): Incredible location & great value! - The location is PERFECT. 5 minute walk from the Duomo, 5-10 minutes from all other major sites. Very spacious and the bathtub was a lifesaver after walking all day! I really appreciated the elevator too. Great kitchen & amenities. The bed was not the most comfortable but it was good enough. There was a LOT of street noise, but we were able to sleep comfortably using white noise apps on our phone & that’s not something the property can control anyway.

- Sharon (7/5): Great place to stay - Great location. Very close to Duomo, supermarket nearby. Cafe downstairs. Well equipped kitchen. Laundry is shared with apartment next door. Very large bedroom with a couch. Very hard bed. Hospital at the end of the street, sirens occasionally during the night.
