• bkarido (9/5): Karidova - Страхотен, голям апартамент с отлично местоположение. Две големи спални, две бани, дневна с трапезария и диван, много добре оборудвана кухня с всичко необходимо. Удобни матраци и възглавници. Апартаментът е в хубав квартал, близо до трамвайна спирка и до много голям супермаркет Coop с топла витрина. Трудно самонастаняване. Изпратеният линк с инструкции не работеше и едва след повторно изпращане успяхме да влезем.
• MOBIL DESIGN ARREDAMENTI (8/5): - Appartamento molto grande e spazioso, ben tenuto ottimo per 3 coppie o famiglie numerose. magari cambierei i letti mettendoli tutti singoli cosi all'occasione chi ci và per lavoro non dorme insieme ai colleghi. il televisore non era connesso alla wifi e i canali sono tutti incasinati, mancava lo spazzolino per pulire la tazza, uno dei condizionatori della camera matrimoniale non funzionava.

• Carlo (8/5): Perfetto per una famiglia. Pulito, spazioso ed ottima posizione. - Indicazioni per il check-in chiare, appartamento spazioso e dotato di tutto. Camere e bagni molt lo puliti. Posizione strategica vista la vicinanza alla fermata del tram T1 che porta a Santa Maria Novella in 15 minuti. Ascensore estremamente lento e poco funzionale. Essendo l’appartamento al terzo piano fortunatamente abbiamo potuto farne a meno.

Mobile in cucina vecchio tutto rovinato, posate sporche nel cassetto, letto matrimoniale di una stanza che faceva tanto rumore appena ci si girava, ecc. L'appartamento è abbastanza grande e ha potenziale, ma per affittarlo bisogna anche mantenerlo e renderlo appetibile. Parcheggio difficilissimo da trovare. La prima sera ci ho messo davvero tanto a trovarlo.

• Benoit (5/5): A améliorer - L'appartement est bien situé (arret du tram à 2 minutes, et moins de 10 minutes en tram du centre ville). L'appartement est grand, bien équipé, avec 2 belles salles de bain. Chambres spacieuses. Les lits sont très inconfortables (grincement et penchés vers le milieu, ce qui nous fait rouler vers le centre du lit). L'insonorisation inexistante de l'appartement. Les voisins du dessus sont très bruyants et on les entend très fort.

La consiglierei caldamente a chiunque cerchi comodità e ampi spazi. In sintesi, si tratta di una casa eccezionale. Se si esclude il piccolo intoppo olfattivo iniziale (facilmente risolvibile con una manutenzione più costante dell'aria), la qualità della struttura e la sua posizione la rendono una soluzione di prim'ordine. La consiglierei caldamente a chiunque cerchi comodità e ampi spazi.
• Yushuang (7/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und sauber, aber die Ausstattung ist ziemlich alt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut – nicht weit entfernt gibt es die T1, die direkt ins Stadtzentrum fährt. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Aufzug reagiert nicht sehr gut und lässt sich oft nicht öffnen. Außerdem sind die Nachbarn ziemlich laut – zwischen 22:30 und 1:30 ist der Fernseher deutlich zu hören.

• liunet (9/5): - L'appartamento è veramente bello, ben fornito, spazioso e silenzioso. I letti sono comodi. Adattissimo se si deve stare per più di una toccata e fuga Per usare l'ascensore c'è bisogno di un telecomando che però si trova in casa. Quando si arriva alla struttura la prima volta quindi, tocca fare 3 piani di scale a piedi. Se qualcuno ha problemi di deambulazione, o è da solo con bambini piccoli, può essere un problema

• MARIANA (10/5): Excelent - A fost foarte buna locația,curățenie impecabila,camerele mari,luminoase și călduroase Am avut parte de tot confortul,căldură,apa calda și tot ceea ce e util într-o bucătărie.Baile au fost mari,spațioase și utilate cu tot ceea ce ne trebuia .In concluzie ,o cazare excelenta pentru a ajunge să vizitați cu ușurință toate obiectivele turistice ale minunatului oraș Florența.Cu gazda noastră am păstrat tot timpul legătura și s-a asigurat că totul decurge ff.bine.Am conlucrat foarte bine pe toată perioada sejurului.Cu siguranță vom reveni .... Totul a fost perfect pentru noi!

• De Vita (10/5): APPARTAMENTO TOP - Appartamento bellissimo, luminoso e molto confortevole. Pulizia top. Dotato di tutti i confort. Cucina attrezzata, ho cucinato come se fossi a casa mia. Anche l' host è stato gentilissimo.... Siamo arrivati prima dell'orario concordato per il check in e non ha esitato neanche un attimo a farci entrare in anticipo nell'appartamento. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!!! 😁

Beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything we needed: a microwave, a stove, a coffee machine with capsules, a dishwasher and a fridge. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. Electronic key was a good option to enter. I'd love to come back again.

• Maite Barrios (8/5): Fin de semana largo fantástico en Florencia - El apartamento es muy grande, estaba muy limpio. No tuve ningún problema para acceder y con el tranvía está muy bien comunicado. La verdad es que nos gusto mucho y tuvimos una estancia bastante agradable El principal inconveniente que tiene el alojamiento son las camas. Los colchones no son cómodos y las almohadas tampoco. Creo que ganarían mucho si los cambiaran.

• EnzoFi (9/5): - Appartamento grande e comodo. Zona collegata bene con il tram per andare in centro. Non c'era posto per parcheggiare nemmeno a pagamento nella via dell'appartamento. Abbiamo lasciato l'auto in un parcheggio a pagamento presso un tennis club in zona.

Communication avec l'hôte et accès à la propriété très simple. Cuisine et machine à laver sont un plus Grand salon Très bien pour les familles et groupes nombreux La climatisation dans une des chambres ne fonctionnait pas, les lits sont bruyants et vieux.

• Anél (9/5): Quiet neighbourhood, huge rooms, tasteful decor - The aircon was fantastic, the place has large, bright rooms, but with shutters so you could block out the sun if needed. The two bathrooms were very handy. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the place felt safe and secure overall. The hosts were easy to reach when needed. The lift was insanely slow - it was faster to walk up, but it was quite a number of stairs. I also really needed a parking spot, but for the price there was nothing else in the area that offered parking.

Supermarket also few minutes away with everything we needed. Clean and large apartment for family of 5. The staff was awesome and very helpfull. I would stay here again if I go to Florence

Superb Restaurants in easy walking distance. 2 bathrooms was great. Suitable really only for 2 couples as it has 2 double beds. Sofa bed only suitable for a child. lift was extremely slow. Did not have a working toaster for bread. Could not turn on heat pump/ air con or wall heaters ourselves. Seems to be automatically controlled.
• Elisaveta (8/5): Could be worse. - Was nice and clean. Big rooms. In one of the bathrooms, the drainage was blocked so every time showering was like being in a swimming pool without you wanting. We had only one capsule of caffeinated coffee left by the host additionally three more decaffeinated. Which was a bit strange. Too far from the city centre. Very slow lift.
