• Lorena (7/5): - La camera da letto è molto ampia.. la zona giorno un po strettina... ma noi eravamo in 3 e avevamo il divano letto che prendeva tutta la stanza. Siamo stati senza acqua calda dalla sera tardi fino la mattina e anche se sono stati tempestivi a risolvere il problema noi però eravamo già usciti senza poter fare una doccia.

• Paulette (10/5): Je recommande cet appartement dans ce vieil immeuble très bien situé, propre et décoré avec goût. - L'emplacement de cet appartement se trouve au centre de Florence en étant un peu en retrait du bruit et de l'affluence. Très bien situé pour toutes les visites à effectuer à pieds. Rien tout était parfait

• Catania (8/5): - Posizione ottima, a un passo dai principali monumenti di Firenze. L'appartamento è ben arredato e confortevole, l'angolo cucina ordinato e completo di tutto. Ho trovato la pulizia soddisfacente. Nonostante le giornate molto calde la temperatura dell'appartamento rimaneva piacevole anche senza accendere il condizionatore. La zona è tranquilla, silenziosa anche di notte. Le finestre non hanno le zanzariere; lo sciacquone è un po' difficoltoso da azionare (bisogna premere il pulsante con molta forza). Nell'androne del palazzo c'era spesso un odore sgradevole.

• Hyunjung (9/5): Overall, I - I could check-in an hour earlier. And the apartment has good heating so it was very warm and nice. Everywhere is walking distance which was really helpful for traveling Firenze! The property itself was fine, just if you sleeping in the living room you can hear quite a lot of noise.
• Maria (7/5): A pleasant two night stay in a very well located apartment. - The apartment was lovely and the size of the room is incredible, very ample. It is indeed very well located. To shower it was required to keep the hand in the handle, otherwise the water would stop flowing. I'd suggest the check-in time to be more explicit when booking: the info available when searching was that check-in was possible 15:00-23:00 and from the moment the booking was made I selected arrival time 20:00-21:00; From what I understood, a message informing about a late check-in fee after 20:00 was supposed to be sent by someone and by mistake that did not happen, resulting in a surprise upon arrival that only creates distrust and an unpleasant situation for everyone involved.
• Petrinoula (8/5): Incredible location, not the cleanest apartment - The location is unbeatable. Right next to the Bargello and close to every spot in the historic centre. The beds were comfortable and clean. Overall not the cleanest apartment I’ve ever stayed at (beds and towels were ok however). Coffee was not provided. The shower handle would not stay in place and kept turning off the water. We contacted the hosts who came over to fix it. It seemed to work better afterwards. Also there was no light at the building staircase.

• Ana (7/5): Good - The location . The bath tube wasn’t working properly.. I told Patrizia but the problem wasn’t solved! We had to leave at 10.30 and at 10.20 the cleaning ladies tried to open the door without knocking, it was very rude.

Room was big Liked the sitting area with sofa bed The shelf in the bathroom as I hit my head 3 times The shower pressure was weak and faucet of shower was closing on its own while showering so had to hold it in one hand and hold the shower handle in the other hand Wished they had microwave
