La propreté est irréprochable, j’ai surtout apprécié que tout était mis en œuvre pour qu’on se sente comme chez nous (nouvelle éponge mis à disposition sur l’évier) c’était très appréciable. Très bien situé également, très proche du centre-ville. Il manquait un miroir dans la chambre ou dans le couloir.

• Jenny (6/5): Location was great but noisy - road works outside building and renovations in apartment below - Great location on the edge of the central historical area. Lots of amenities - supermarket and food market 5 minutes walking distance. There are numerous eateries and bars in the area too. Customer service responsiveness was good but not all issues addressed. Has a washing machine. The external front door locks were difficult to open. Road works on the main road in front of the building made access difficult. Renovation works taking place in apartment below was very noisy throughout our stay. Wall between the adjoining apartments is very thin so can hear everything in one of the bedrooms. The hot water runs out after one shower.

• Arianna (8/5): Il soggiorno nel complesso è andato bene e ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative! - Buona posizione sia rispetto al centro che per il quartiere. Bell’appartamento e bagno, pulito. Silenzioso nonostante la zona trafficata. Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà nel prendere e risistemare le chiavi (cassettina un po’ sottodimensionata rispetto al mazzo), ma soprattutto i 2 portoni di sotto sono risultati molto difficoltosi da aprire (la chiave non girava). Probabilmente le serrature necessitavano di essere lubrificate.
• Flemming (4/5): Desværre ikke et behageligt ophold og da vi ankom måtte vi stå i kulden i 35 minutter og vente på at de gad tage telefon - Der var pænt rent og beliggenheden ok i forhold til centrum. Badeværelset var pænt og fungerede perfekt. Tæt på indkøb og veludrustet køkken. Gode persienner som mørklægger. Generelt var lejligheden ikke behagelig at være i. Der står den er lydisoleret, men der var meget larm fra den store trafik i området. Sengene var utrolig hårde, med hårde puder. Der var et lille bord med 4 stole, som var det eneste sted man kunne sidde at slappe af, men Stolene der, var desværre meget hårde og ubekvemme at sidde i. Derudover er der kun en meget blød 2-personers sofa man synker lavt ned i og som så Heller ikke føles behageligt. Kolde vægge uden andet end tomme billedramme på væggene. Stikkontakter hænger skæve og løst, opvaskemaskine skyller ikke ud og låge hænger.

Есть все необходимое для проживания Не понравилось, что за детскую кроватку берется оплата, в отличие от других отелей Италии, где нам предоставляли детскую кроватку бесплатно.

• Adeline (5/5): Confort acoustique déplorable - Le contact avec les gestionnaires de l’appartement est facile et ils répondent aux interrogations sur l’on peut avoir Le logement est très mal isolé phoniquement, un groupe occupait un autre logement à côté et on entendait tout, sachant que les toilettes et la salle de bain étaient derrière la cloison de la tête de lit!!! Ils ont fait la fête jusqu’à 3h30 du matin , heureusement s’ils n’occupaient le logement qu’une nuit!!!

Makuuhuoneiden lukot eivät toimineet ollenkaan, seinät olivat ohuet ja ulkoa kuului ääniä, seinät olivat hieman likaiset/kuluneet.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Maybe they could add some amenities on the toilet.. it would level up their apartment.

• Benita (1/5): Disappointing attitude - Central Not enough toilet paper for 4 people for 2 nights. Had to ask for more which they did bring but landed buying unnecessarily, especially when watching our spend and our exchange rate is 20:1! Front door to street was difficult to unlock and manager told me that he wasn’t sure what to do about it!!!!👀👀

• Javier (9/5): Muy Recomendable - El departamento estaba impecable, muy bien equipado, bien ubicado, supermercado cerca, transporte publico cerca, excelentes equipos de aire que fueron vitales en el verano, buen baño, muy cómodo. No funcionaba la clave del box para recoger las llaves, llegamos cerca de las 22:00 muy cansados luego de un viaje largo y tuvimos que esperar cerca de 30 minutos que llegara el cerrajero, quien luego de otros 10 a 15 minutos no pudo solucionarlo y me dejo su propio juego de llaves del lugar.

• Hugo (8/5): Very good - Comfortable facility, in a location at walking distance from key places to visit. Very good beds too. I initially received an street door key that wasn’t working properly, and when complaining about it (by phone), the personnel kind of treated me as someone that has never used a key. Some improvement on how the deal with customer complaints would be desirable.

• Sergio (9/5): Superb - The location was amazing and the apartment was very modern. The beds were really nice and the kitchen was really good. The house was really nice and warm and overall it was a good stay There are a couple things that really need some work. Hot water was very scarce. In the sense that you got a 2 min hot shower before it turns really cold so it was really not a nice experience to bathe. The other thing was the pillows which were like bricks haha you get used to them but the first day was rough.

The customer service was excellent, responded timely, and accommodated our last-minute request to checkout 1 hour later. Instruction to enter the building and apartment was very clear. The building has an elevator, which was very convenient. The location is good, just a short walk from different cafes, gelatos, and restaurants. Near a bus stop. We had the Dante apartment, and the shower door leaked out water and made the towel mat soaking wet. It's not a big issue. Other than that, I still highly recommend this place for a nice stay in Florence.

• Alina.i. (4/5): I do not recommend apartment "Dante" to those who need quiet at night to rest. - The location is excellent for sightseeing and shopping. Most of the main tourist attractions are within walking distance and there are restaurants, grocery stores and shops nearby. The apartment is clean and the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for preparing a breakfast or a light dinner. "Dante" and "Virgilio" are two separate apartments. In the apartment "Dante", where the windows face the main street, we couldn't rest at night because we could hear all night long the noise of cars, motorbikes revving their engines, horns, car alarms. It was so loud it was like we were right on the street. I would have liked more supplies such as: washing machine detergent, coffee, paper napkins. There was available: dishwasher detergent, olive oil, salt, pepper. Although it wasn't really a problem, the first impression of the apartment when we entered was unpleasant, because in reality the apartment has serious signs of wear and tear that we didn't notice in the pictures on Booking. But the apartment is clean and didn't bother us that much. I think a new paint job would do it good.

• Makrig01 (8/5): Cosy flat in a very interesting area. - The neighborhood. Many cosy bars and cafes close by. Also a nice street with boutiques in short distance. The Mercato has many options of fresh food. Centro is close. It is highly recommended for young couples, friends and professionals. Our student daughters were very happy with the vibrant area. Both the flat and the area are safe. Owners were very helpful polite and welcoming. Reactive and prompt in any of our request. The apartment had it all. Especially if you want to cook inside you had everything available. Very practical and complete. Distance from train station is in the opposite direction and demands 30 mins walking, yet the flat is closer to airport. It could be higher the standards of cleaning, but the truth is that for us is the most important criterion and strict.

Apartment was spotlessly clean and well furnished. It would have been better to have at least one mirror outside of the bathroom, preferably one in each bedroom. Other than that, it was great. Phoning to get in the outside door was a little difficult because the answer machine message was only in Italian. It took us a while to realise that we had to choose option 2. After that, it was all easy.

• Alex (10/5): Exceptional - They say all roads lead to Rome. It should lead to Firenze instead. For such an amazing location, this accommodation rises up with top star rating . Placed in a more than reasonable distance from the city centre, the walk towards it is sprinkled with little mesmerising local gems of art and cuisine. After a day in the city, the flat welcomes you with a cosy and clean atmosphere. Ideal for a family or group of friends. Even more, the neutral design is unique , modern. The kitchen is equipped with everything one’s needs , including an ironing board land iron(a lady would understand how very important this is when travelling ).The bathroom is modern , equipped with a hairdryer and travel sized soap&shower gel. You can hear the vibe of the city from the decently sized balcony. The communication with the host was remarkable, the house acces was easy, the directions offered for a first time traveler to Firenze offered by the host upon booking was nothing more then clear, making it very easy to know how to get there. Highly recommended. Thank you for completing our Holliday beautiful memories.

Bathroom door is not locking - if you are travelling with friends it may cause some inconveniences. Before check in cleaning might be better.
• Susan (8/5): Beautiful city Could walk to most places - Rooms were comfortable. Cloth washer. The shower leaked . We rented 5 places in Italy and 3 of the showers leaked. Had problems with the keys kept getting locked out but they sent us a new set and they worked fine. Impossible to get a taxi . The management even tried to get us one but they couldn’t. Waited over an hour on the side of the road before we were able to get one. Unbelievable There are lots of stairs to get to it. There was an elevator but we didn’t know how to use it

• Richard (1/5): Terrible - It was reasonably clean Staff were appalling, aircon didn’t work, hot water scolded my daughter, shower didn’t work properly and leaked onto floor so made the bathroom very dangerous, light fixtures were hanging off wall and front door handle came off in my hand. When issues were reported we were told someone could come out but didn’t see the point in having someone come as we were there for 2 days. After the report we were offered half the cleaning fee back. Tried to get in contact with manager but they never got back to us. After having a bit of dialogue with an operator we have had radio silence from them and have sent many messages. Terrible place and would not recommend
• Geet (2/5): NOT recommend for the family specially with kids, - The AC does not work effeciently we were not able to sleep during our stay. It was too hot. Our kid was also not able to sleep. We could not even open the window as it is near to the main road, too much light coming in and very loud, NO supermarket or bus ticket machine/shop (Tabacchi) nearby. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was too loud. The apartment walls are too thin you can hear the top or the neighbour apartment.

There is a garage next door to the apartment instead they automatically direct you to a garage with valet service, where you have to arrange gor car pickup in advance… Kitchen had induction stovetop, but pots that did not work on induction…

It was a bit farther away from the center, so if you don’t like a 15-20 min walk to the apartment, you should be fine. There was a very convenient bus around the corner that dropped us closer to attractions.

• Tracy (10/5): Comfortable stay in a local Florence neighborhood - Location wonderful to access transportation and get to local market, shops and restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable for 4 persons for almost a week. Great hot water and water pressure.
• Anna (7/5): Good location. If you’re sensitive to noise this isn’t for you - The bedroom backs on to the bathroom of the adjoining accommodation. There is no sound proofing. You can hear everything through the walls when the neighbours use toilet or flush or use tap or shower. The neighbours woke me up throughout the night every night using their bathroom and also showering very early. Obviously the neighbours didn’t realise they were disturbing us but if you’re sensitive to noise this isn’t the place for you. The place was quite clean but a huge dust ball cam out from under the bed when we walked in and some of the towels didn’t seem clean.
