Nicely updated two-bedroom, two-bath apartment that comfortably holds four. Has washer and dryer there to use, as well as a full kitchen. Wonderful host who is nearby, easy to reach and seemed to do whatever she could to be helpful. Restaurants, grocery stores, bus and tram very close. Host furnishes items for you to make breakfast and you can make just about anything.

• Raja (10/5): Sweet spot Florence - Francesca is an amazing host. The apartment is in a perfect location (walking distance from both Central Florence and the train station). There are numerous restaurants, grocery shops nearby making it very convenient not to mention a tram stop for quicker access. The apartment is also well stocked with numerous breakfast items and a washer / dryer unit which was so helpful to us. The place is spacious, two separate bathrooms and nice beds and a living area to unwind and have dinner. Perfect host, perfect place makes for a perfect stay!

• Christine (10/5): Absolutely wonderful appartment and host! - We can't imagine a more welcoming and accomodating host. Francesca went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed and more. The appartment was wonderful, spotlessly clean, light, spacious, very well equipped and well positioned in a safe and quiet road. We walked along the river into Florence each day, though there is a bus stop nearby. Parking was organised for us by Francesca. All in all we were more than happy with our stay!

• Karen Rose (10/5): Perfect stay for a family in Florence - We loved everything about La Firenze Sogna. The lovely Francesca met us upon our arrival, showed us around and gave us tips on where to go and what to eat (definitely try out the restaurants she recommends!). The flat is warm and spacious and contains everything you need for cooking and laundry. There's even body wash, shampoo, make up remover pads and cotton buds in the bathroom. I really appreciated the little details like a laundry basket for our clothes, hooks for towels and coats, place mats on the dining table... so many things that are often missed in holiday rentals. Nothing was too much trouble for Francesca who checked in with us via WhatsApp throughout the week to see if we needed any more breakfast food. She even went to the extra effort of buying us a memory foam mattress topper for our bed when we mentioned that we found the springs in the mattress uncomfortable. We slept fantastically well for the rest of the week. Breakfast is fantastic. There are cereals, pastries, cakes, biscuits, cheeses, meats, yoghurts, fruit, eggs, teas, coffees... everything you need to prepare a delicious continental breakfast that suits everyone in the family :) The location of the apartment is a little out of the way but the walk along the river into central Florence is beautiful and there are plenty of tap-on bus routes and tram connections if you'd rather not walk. Nothing, it really is as good as the reviews suggest!

Elle a été disponible à notre arrivée et tout au long de notre séjour, prenant le temps de nous donner de nombreux conseils de visites et de restaurants, Le réfrigérateur et les placards étaient remplis de bons produits pour le petit-déjeuner et les pauses. L'appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé. Tous les produits de salle de bain était de qualité. Tout était parfait.

Alles war sehr unkompliziert, sehr nette Vermieterin. - Die Wohnung liegt in einem gehobenen Stadtviertel von Florenz, etwa 20 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Zentrum. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie wird mit Frühstück vermietet, d.h. die Vermieterin hat den Kühlschrank mit Frühstücksartikeln sehr großzügig gefüllt und wir haben uns das Frühstück selbst zubereitet. Frisches Brot muss man sich allerdings selbst besorgen. Es gibt die Möglichkeit, eine Garage für 25,00 Euro/Tag über die Vermieterin Francesca zu buchen. Francesca selbst ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns Infos zu Stadt und Restaurants gegeben und hat uns einen netten Empfang bereitet. Die Matratzen in der Wohnung sind in allen vier Betten nicht gut. Durchgehangen, bei mir sogar bis auf die Federn in der Matratze.
• Breuer (10/5): - Francesca - die Vermieterin - hat uns herzlich an der Wohnung empfangen und uns einen Parkplatz für unseren Mietwagen ganz in der Nähe besorgt ( € 25,00 pro Tag ). Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben - perfekt. Die Lage in einer Seitenstraße direkt in zweiter Reihe am Arno ist großartig. Francesca gibt nützliche Tipps und erkundigt sich, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Ganz herzlichen Dank Francesca:-) Nichts

The accommodation had everything we needed a short walk from city centre, but very easy flat walk. It was perfect

Le frigidaire et le garde-manger débordent de nourriture, il y a bien plus qu'un petit déjeuner qui est fourni. Quant à notre hôte, Francesca, elle est tout simplement extraordinaire. Accueil chaleureux, générosité, gentillesse, toutes les qualités réunies pour nous offrir un séjour parfait. Je reviendrai sans hésiter, et je recommande fortement cet appartement. Absolument rien.
• Nunziata (10/5): Perfect!! Loved the location and the property was fantastic. - The property was great. The street it was located on was very nice. The house was spacious and had plenty of rooms for us. 2 large rooms with double beds and a bathroom each. 1 single bedroom. The owner was friendly and the kitchen was well stocked with food for breakfast. You could walk to attractions or catch the bus around the corner. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you Francesca.
• Claire (10/5): La Firenze Sogna August 2025 - The host was exceptional, could not do enough, and was always on hand if we needed anything. Extra breakfast supplies for the apartment, cleaning products, or taxi's prebooked. When we arrived there was a bottle of wine cake and nibbles for us which was so kind. The fridge had meats, yogurts, multiple fruits, cheeses, butter, milk, various juices, water. The cupboards had cereals, numerous cakes, biscuits, various breads, jams, honey, Nutella, banana and apples. Plenty of toiletries and loo roll. The apartment had 2 double beds and 1 single bed with plenty of blankets and towels if needed. Wifi services worked great. I did not sleep well due to feeling springs everytime i turned, My daughter said her bed was the same but also creeked. The tumble dryer had broken front, kettle plug comes out of the wall when trying to change the plug, sink taps were wobbly, and the freezer was full of ice, unable to open 2 draws. The court Yard was so overgrown. There was no way to access this anyway, and only one bedroom window looking out the street, making you feel a little trapped in.

• Kristina (10/5): Lovely apartment, perfect location, and the friendliest welcoming host. - We liked absolutely everything at the apartment. It was in a great location, quieter, but still a close walk to the busy centre of the town. Francesca thought about everything in detail when setting up her property. We felt like we were at home. Very clean it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect stay with teenage daughter 😊 There was plenty of breakfast ambient, coffee, tea erc. and a nice gesture from Francesca on arrival with prosecco and traditional Italian sponge cake. The whole family loved our visit here, and we definitely want to return. Thank you 😊 We loved everything 💜

It is very clean, it has a fully equiped kitchen, it is near the center of the city and our host, Fransesca, helped us with everything we needed. She pays attention to detail so she can make the stay of her guests unforgettable. I only wish we had more days! Highly recommended!

She provided us wi - The property is beautiful and very clean in a great area and at walking distance to the main attractions in Florence. The host left a ton of food for breakfast although we only spent two nights and went to the local market to leave us fresh fruits. The mattresses are spring mattresses which were not very comfortable but that wouldn’t prevent me from staying there again.

She explained everything about the apartment and also recommended places to go and have dinner. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, modern, the refrigerator was stock with milk, fruits, yogurt, cold meats, eggs, juices etc and also a pantry full of sweets and bread for breakfast. Washer, dryer and cleaning supplies which was super helpful. Our stay at Francesca home was outstanding, thank you once again!!!

• Oliver (10/5): Perfect stay - Francesca is an amazing host and goes out of her way to make sure your stay is as comfortable as it can be « a home away from home ». Our apartment was very clean, tidy and comfortable with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). Perfect size for a family / friends stay. The apartment is around a 15 minute walk from the main train station and had no problems (even with the heat) getting around Florence. On check in, Francesca took the time to explain the apartment features, what to do in Florence. She is a wonderful host. Breakfast is provided and was plentiful and enjoyable. Coffee, milk, eggs, various breads and cakes and biscuits, hams cheeses, more than you could imagine! Plus fresh fruits. Will definitely stay again whenever our travels leads us back to Florence. N/A

• Tracey (10/5): La Firenze Sogna and Francesca as hostess is the absolute best of the best. - My husband, daughter and I travelled throughout Italy for three weeks this April/May. We stayed in a number of lovely apartments and villas during this time. Hands down, La Firenze Sogna was the absolute best of them all! The apartment is large and airy, immaculate, comfortable, and has a great location within walking distance to popular sights and lively neighborhoods in Florence. Most importantly, the host Francesca gave us superb tips on best local restaurants and gelato. Francesca went above and beyond leaving us with a full fridge of fruits, meats, cheeses, and more. She helped us make restaurant reservations as well as getting us cabs on a couple of occasions. I give Francesca and La Firenze Sogna my highest endorsement. Do yourself a favor and book this property. Nothing-this property is fantastic.

Francesca had catered for every need, the apartment was beautiful and just perfect for our group of 2 couples. It had everything - from baby nappies and pet bowls to umbrellas and a first-aid kit, nothing was lacking in this amazing property. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials, but these weren’t needed as Francesca provided an incredible breakfast for us, with meats and cheeses, fresh fruit and yoghurts, there was also a plentiful supply of breads and cakes with a toaster if needed. She met us on arrival and spent time with us explaining how to get the best from our visit to Florence. Thank you so much Francesca! Nothing at all!
