Immeuble ancien, avec beaucoup de charme, et un appartement aménagé avec goût. Nous avons très bien dormi dans un lit très confortable L’appartement est divisé en deux-pièces, une pièce avec le lit, une autre avec un salon où il y a un frigo, un micro-ondes et une bouilloire, les deux pièces donnent sur le jardin intérieur

• Bruce (10/5): The sound of silence, a beauty to behold. - A privilege to be able to experience this property, everything about it, including its excellent location was far above our expectations. Tranquility personified, and extremely comfortable in every aspect. Definitely a must do again. Nothing, everything is perfect.👌

• Aljoša (10/5): Great location, easy parking, friendly owner, clean and spacious apartment - Great location close to city center, parking is sorted in an inclosed courtyard in another building just across the park. Location ins quiet and suitable for families and pairs (there is also a small elevator, but not big enough for a baby stroller). Owner is very friendly and speaks english, so everything was smooth, the apartment is clean and spacious. Wi-fi worked great when we needed it. We really enjoyed our stay here. Only thing might be old windows that don't keep the noise out, but the neighbourhood is very quiet so that is probably never an issue here.

A helpful list was left with restaurants/bars/ buses etc. The apartment is truly amazing and it was wonderful to be left teas/coffe/biscuits/bathroom products etc, We loved the place and the location. It was well placed to visit all of the major sights with plenty of local restaurants and shops.

• Dino (10/5): Fabulous! - The atmosphere of the apartment, the location overlooking a park and being walkable to all the sites made for a wonderful stay. As well, our host was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and there was coffee and tea for the morning available.

Nice and quiet as slightly outside of the centre. Very big space with lounge/dining area, bedroom and bathroom. Additional facilities like microwave and kettle (with tea bags:)). Also, an umbrella to cope with the (unfortunate) amount of rain. Good bus connection to the train station.

The apartments are clean and wonderfully fitted out with beautiful antique pieces. The host Illaria went over and beyond to ensure our comfort while in Florence. Nothing I can think of.
• Roseanne (10/5): Very Special - The biggest WOW factor I have ever experienced in an apartment. When making our way from the train station, we felt we were going to be too far out. It is a bit of a drag with your cases. Once you leave them cases in the room you will then find you are in a good location

• Alexander (10/5): A beautiful apartment in a nice part of Florence adjacent to the city center. - This was an amazing property for our visit to Florence. The decoration was beautiful, the location was convenient to the city center, and Ilaria was a great host. She was very responsive while we updated her on our arrival time and she provided us with complementary bottles of water, a great guide to local restaurants, and a second set of towels when we asked. Ilaria even helped us book a taxi to the train station for our return trip. We also loved the firm mattress. We would absolutely stay here again on another trip to Florence! It is a little far from Florence S.M.N. train station, which we should have realized.

• Alessia (10/5): Beautiful stay! - Such a beautiful property! The balcony overlooking the lush green courtyard was such a Tuscan treat. The apartment was spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable. We were a 15 minute walk to the Duomo, and there’s an amazing cafe/brunch spot right down the street. The street is quiet and across from a lovely park. We would definitely stay here again!

Large apartment with a common area at the entrance, in a splendid old building with a high ceiling. Large living room, large dorm, large bathroom and a small balcony toward a green interior garden. Very relaxing accommodation after crowded visits in Florence.

From the furniture to the drawings on the ceiling, and the magnificent park the house overlooks, everything was stunning. Everything we needed, from the espresso machine to towels and drinking water, was provided. Our host was amazing; she responded to all our questions promptly and was very helpful. By far, it was the most beautiful vacation home I have ever stayed in. If you want to stay in a magnificent house, I highly recommend this place."

The neighborhood was quiet with a park across the street from the apartment, and it was only a short walk to all the main attractions of the city. Your host, Ilaria, will be at your service with information on restaurants, cafes, sites and directions. Also, a beautiful park sits across the street.
• Valerie (10/5): Gorgeous property 👌 - What an absolute gem 💎 we ( a family of 5) loved this place. It was so clean and comfortable. Very florentine, a very romantic building directly across from.a lovely park with playground. So quiet and yet only a stones throw away from an array of eateries and a supermarket. Equipped with a coffee machine and biscuits and water on arrival. They perfect place to unwind after walking around and lapping up all the beauty of Florence. My only complaint was there was no cot available for my one year old. Which probably may not effect the majority of people looking at this property and I would make the small suggestion to have a brush and pan tucked away somewhere for use during stay. Possibly only because I am fussy and had smallies crawling around on the floors.

It feels like you staying at a castle. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and we loved the area. I definitely recommend staying here! Loved everything.

• Nigar (10/5): Memorable stay in Florence. - Ilaria is an amazing host! She was very responsive and organized. When I told her we were on our way, she met us outside the apartment so we wouldn't have any trouble finding it. The building is very secure with many locked gates before you can enter. There is also a 2 person elevator, which was very helpful with luggage. The apartment itself is very charming with beautiful traditional furniture. The wifi and air conditioning worked excellent! There was coffee, creamer, sugar, and tea available. Ilaria left cookies and water for us as well. The shower pressure was great. The location of the apartment is in a local neighborhood with many shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk and a park across the street. We went to the Carrefour Express down the street many times. All the touristic attractions are 20-25 minute walk. Please be aware that you cannot buy bus tickets on board the bus. They must be purchased in the app or from a Tabacchi shop ahead of time. We loved Ilaria's apartment and have nothing negative to say. Ilaria, thank you for a memorable stay in the charming city of Florence!!

The apartment was clean, spacious and beautiful, subtle and sensitively renovated. There was no kitchen but our host provided good facilities for tea and coffee. Ironing facilities were provided on request and that was very helpful.

• Domenico (9/5): We really enjoyed the stay. I strongly recommend "Giardino D'Azeglio". - The apartment is elegant and well maintained. The apartment is pretty close to the Duomo and other famous places in Florence's centre. The price is right for the quality of the apartment. Mrs Ilaria is a good host, very nice and friendly. A powerful fridge would have been better, especially in the summer.
