• martina (7/5): Ottima posizione - Ottima posizione. Appartamento luminoso e spazioso. Non dispone di ascensore ma le scale sono ampie. La comunicazione con l’agenzia che gestisce l’appartamento è risultata piuttosto macchinosa: sarebbe preferibile ricevere meno messaggi, ma più chiari e organizzati. Avrei inoltre gradito una maggiore cura nella pulizia. Il bagno, infine, avrebbe bisogno di appendini e di qualche superficie d’appoggio in più per risultare più pratico e funzionale.

• Gregory (10/5): Comfortable, stylish apartment in a perfect location! - The Anita apartment was in the best possible location - very close to the train station, and central to everything that we wanted to see. There were excellent restaurants close by, a fantastic bakery with great coffee, and easy access to the major sights in Florence. Even a wrong turn was fortuitous, as we found a fantastic cashmere boutique! As for the apartment itself, it was very stylish and comfortable, with good water pressure in the showers. The led lighting in the bathroom was a fun touch - especially for my youngest - and the beds were very comfortable. WiFi was good in the apartment, and we appreciated the ability to do laundry. We did need to go find laundry soap, but were able to find an Asian market very close by that sold laundry soap pods by the individual piece. Our only regret was not staying longer! If/when I come back to Florence, I would be thrilled to stay here again!!! It would have been nice if there had been laundry soap in the apartment - that's not something most people will have with them. The only other thing that would have been nice is a second set of keys - maybe that's something I should have asked for, but it limited us somewhat.

• Nayda (8/5): Overall very good accommodation in an excellent and convenient location. - A nice modern apartment in a very central location, well equipped with all you need for a city stay. Extremely clean and well maintained. Easy access to all the sites. Check in process was straightforward and communication from the management was quick. There is a distinct smell from the laundry room and bathrooms - I think they could benefit from better ventilation.

• Toon Wan (6/5): - Good location. Not far from the train station and walkable to shopping and attractions. In one of the rooms, the right side of the bed doesn't have the support. Overall the beds are not very comfortable.

• Mary (10/5): Location location location - Stunning property, and would recommend any day. Pictures are a 100% accurate, and the apartment is just beautiful. Our unit had a lift which made travelling with big bags easier. Great location, close to the train station, and all major attractions, it's also great value for money. We received very precise check-in instructions before we arrived, and when we got to the apartment we had to phone to be let in the first time, but after that you do have keys. So please make sure you can phone. Nothing, I would just recommend that the company maybe have an option for WhatsApp calling or messages in case travellers only have data and cannot phone to be let into the apartment.

• nina (9/5): Comfortable apartment in the heart of the city. - The apartment was spacious, comfortable and spotless. I loved the bathroom, especially the tile tub. It was the perfect place to relax with family after a long day....very homey. The location is very convenient...right in the middle of tourist attractions. I didn't like that I had to call the host to get into the apartment...would rather have had a lock box or something on site, but this was a minor issue, since the place was perfect in every way.

• Victoria (9/5): - Beautiful spacious apartment. It’s is newly renovated and the bedding and bathrooms were very spacious and comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Entry into the apartment was difficult. The entry process asks to send a message through WhatsApp on arrival to the address however internet coverage in the street wasn’t great and we had trouble for a while getting in contact with the property manager. Suggest they send someone to greet guests at the door instead. Also, we lost power to the apartment twice when using the dryer.

• Rita (7/5): We had a good time, the location was good. - Good Location and clean property. No one to meet you at the property and go over basics of the apartment. When asked to please call us a cab to the train station I was told I haven’t been able to locate one, you can call in 5 minutes and get it yourself, it’s busy here. When arriving at the property we spent 30 minutes trying to get into the lockbox to get the key. Staff was sent to come open it and was able to get it open. The lockbox is broken at the latch and needs to be replaced so other guests do not have to experience this.

Tea and coffee on arrival but no milk Laundry room They have a restaurant near the Uffizi gallery, worth going for the wine alone. If street noise doesn’t bother you, nothing to worry about. It got to me late on at night as one of the bedrooms is above a restaurant on what seems the busiest little street in Florence. Kitchen equipment is limited but then again who goes to Italy to cook.

Staff easy to deal with One bedroom was above a restaurant which had its door banging incredibly frequently as the night got later, customers and staff until eventually closing. You would then get the same as deliveries were made very very early in the morning Very limited English speaking tv even after trying all combinations in the settings. Be Nice just to hear news.

• Simonette (8/5): Apartment centrally located and has 2 bathrooms with washer and dryer. Very big plus!!! - It’s close to train station and to main tourist area. It has washer and dryer. It’s on the 2nd floor and has an elevator. Living room / dining area roomy. Bedrooms are big enough and has 2 bathrooms. In our last night in the apt, we lost electrical power. Customer service was responsive and was able to send someone to check out. Unfortunately power was not restored and we were moved to a different apartment. Although smaller than what we had, it was okay. They reimbursed us for the extra expense of a cab as it was almost midnight. They eventually refunded us for one night stay which we very much appreciated No TV in the bedroom and very small bedside table. Bathrooms are clean, however, water is leaking out of the shower door and ruining the wooden floor. We felt bad about this and pointed it out to customer service to get shower door seal fixed to prevent further damage on the flooring

Laundry is a plus. Loud in the evenings due to activity on the street. no wifi in the main bedroom, both showers need some maintenance as they both leak water, especially the 2nd smaller bathroom - water just pours on the floor.

The property had no lift or bath as advertised and was advertised with pictures of rooms which were not actually at this apartment . There were 6 flights of dark stairs up to the property on the 3rd floor . The bathroom was accessed from the living room so when using the sofa bed in the living room this is something to be aware of . The other beds were small doubles .

Most importantly the staff was very communicative and approachable. Tv had Netflix. Kitchen was fully furnished with a beautiful welcome pack. The check in process was well communicated. We had a great time in Florence because of this apartment. Nothing much to comment. Only that the tv needs replacement as it has a shaded area in the screen which distorts vision. Also the wooden flooring of the common washroom is falling apart and needs repairs.

Sometimes, corridor stairs lights were shut off. Had to park at a 15 minutes walking distance because Florence has many specific transit rules that make driving and parking around the city very difficult. Host could have better explained this situation. No shower soap.

Location was perfect for walking to all major sites. Very spacious and updated apartment. Bedrooms were large. Bathrooms were fabulous. We really loved having a washer and a dryer in the apartment to use. Would highly recommend the apartment to anyone. Fireplace does not work. Description of the apartment on Booking.com needs to be updated to say the fireplace is no longer functioning. We were warm enough so didn‘t need the fireplace - but were disappointed when we arrived and realized it did not work.
