• IBAIEDER (8/5): - El apartamento es amplio con dos baños que para cuatro personas está muy bien. La atención de Giovanni ha sido excelente. Está un poco alejado del centro. El precio es alto para la zona y siendo un tercero sin ascensor pero viendo lo cara que es la ciudad, igual es lo normal.

• Catarina (10/5): Exceptional - The property was in an excellent location, super close to all the main sights in Florence but also in a quiet area of town. The apartment itself was very comfortable with all necessary amenities. The host, Giovanni, is extremely welcoming and super nice. He was kind enough to wait for us to arrive after we suffered a few flight delays, and welcomed us with a smile even though it was quite late. He provided coffee in the apartment and showed us around the property. Giovanni also provided recommendations for a restaurant, supermarkets and a café that was simply divine. I definitely recommend Il Civettino if you’re travelling to Florence and, if I ever return, I will stay here again. Thank you once again Giovanni for your warm welcome.

• Sandra (9/5): Superb - Two bathrooms was great. Air conditioning functioned well. The location was quiet, yet near to all attractions and amenities (grocery, cafe's, restaurants). Full size fridge met our needs and washer worked well. Little balcony was a refuge. And we didn't have to take out garbage as was true in Venezia. Lots of stairs! Washer didn't spin dry last time we used it. Toilet seat in hall bathroom wobbled.

Super friendly and super helpful. The place was so clean and specious. It has everything you need for travelling. Washing clothes and cooking was our priority and this place fulfilled all our needs exceptionally. Definitely recommend to stay at this place. NA

The apartment is comfortable and clean and close by are small shops and a restaurant. It is within short walking distance from many interesting places. Be prepared for 3 flights of stairs with luggage.

• Jodie (9/5): Fantastic find in the heart of Florence without outside noise - The location was perfect for exploring Florence. The apartment was also a lot bigger than it looks on the pictures. The host was really accommodating and helped us with enquiries before and during our stay. Air con was also much needed and powerful The only thing to note was the steps up to the apartment, kept us fit but one to be aware of if you have mobility issues.

The kitchen is well appointed and there is room to eat at the table. Only five minutes walk from the Duomo, this place is quieter than the more touristic streets - a real bonus.

He prepared the apartment to be comfortable for all the 4 of us with high attention to details. Location is great with very nice restaurants at 4 min away in a small piazzetta or one just across the street. For a great breakfast try Pino’s sandwiches at 5 min away. They are to die for. The main attractions are no more then 5 - 10 min away in any direction. Thank you, Giovanni!
• José (8/5): Very good - The host was very cheerful and kind. He left us coffee, water and other things at our disposal. He also turned on the AC prior to our arrival. The apartment is at walking distance from the most iconic sites in Florence. The place was very clean and tidy. One of the bathrooms is very small and it can be a little awkward to use, specially for large people. There are no TVs.
