• Jacob (10/5): If I go to Florence one more time, I will look for this apartment first! - An ideal apartment in excellent condition, located right in the heart of the city. The hosts are welcoming and friendly—couldn’t be better! I wish all apartments to reach this level!

• Natalia (7/5): Ótima localização, mas não é ideal pra quem quer sossego. - A localização é exatamente uma quadra da Duomo, perfeito! com micro ônibus na mesma quadra, é bem equipada, tem tudo! A pessoa que nos ajudou com self chekin foi extremamente educada e nos auxiliou muito bem. Tem carrefour pertinho, e bastante lojinhas de souvenir baratas, e também achamos muito fácil andar pé na redondeza, inclusive até a estação de trem fomos a pé. A rua é muito movimentada e o barulho ecoa dentro do apartamento, não tem vedação nas janelas, e são jovens bebados gritando durante a madrugada inteira, muito complicado de dormir, já vi esse comentário nas outras avaliações, mas achei que fora da temporada seria mais fácil, mas até cataram parabéns as 3h da madrugada. O apartamento fica no terceiro andar, com muita bagagem fica bem difícil.

• Hugo (10/5): Great experience ! - Great apartment, and very warm host. Annamaria was very closed to ensure the quality of our experience. Location is great! Just some steps far from Firenze Duomo. Comfortable to visit by walking all main atractions of the city. Apartment is incredible big, large rooms. very well equiped. I strongly recommend this option in Firenze. Apartment is in a 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Advantages worth this effort, but it is important to know about this point

• Carlo (8/5): Great modern apartment in a great location - but there is noise and no lift - A Beautiful apartment right in the heart of Florence, central to everything. Apartment itself was very comfortable, modern and well appointed. But sound proofing was not good. Whilst , I read this in other reviews, I thought how bad can it be ? I slept with ear plugs in every night so I couldn't hear the street noise at 4am. Didn't like the lack of sound proofing , and there is no lift - so if you have heavy luggage like I did - it will be a nightmare getting it up to the room.
• Momakat (9/5): Top location for your Florence vacation - The apartment is literally 1 minute from Domo, top location, cafes and restaurants nearby as well as a grocery shop. It's on the third floor of an old building without an elevator, which is not an issue. It is very spacious, and has two bathrooms with toilets which is always a plus when with the family. There's an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine. Everything you need for a longer stay, although for me personally, an espresso machine in an Italian apartment is a must and here there was only a stovetop coffee maker :) There's a large TV but who needs a TV when in Florence. It is indeed quite noisy during the night, especially on the weekends, and the windows don't insulate the noise very much, but this is the price of being in the city centre. The rooms have extremely high ceilings and although on the outside was hot for that time of the year, inside it was a bit cold and fortunately the rooms are airconditioned. The host was very responsive and we could even leave our luggage before we checked in because we arrived earlier in Florence (the train station is 10 min walking distance and 10 min by taxi which is around 12€). Osteria del Proconsolo is a great place to have your dinner and it is next door. There's an additional city tax of ~4€ per adult per day which is common for historical Italian cities, and has to be paid cash to host. - an espresso machine in an Italian apartment is a must and here there was only a stovetop coffee maker - the windows are not soundproof and thus not much weatherproof - the wifi was really poor and almost unavailable in one of the rooms
• Anja (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful experience at this apartment in the heart of the city. It's spacious, clean, and perfectly located. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making our stay hassle-free. Highly recommend!
• Inês (7/5): Good - Top location, right in the center of florence. Apartment clean and host very friendly! A lot of noise during the night, making hard for people to rest. No coffee machine and poor wifi.
• Mary (10/5): Excellent. I would stay here again. - Love the space and location. The space gave us opportunity to unwind after a long day, without having to just sit on a bed. Everything we needed was there and the host was very helpful. This has nothing to do with the space, but you can hear people's voices well into the wee hours of the morning.

I disliked that the building does not have an elevator. It is tough to carry all the luggage up to the 5th floor.

• Dragos (8/5): Very good - It was big and the location was right in the center of Florence. It has everything that you need in the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, very clean. The windows have a poor isolation, from the bedroom is ok lets say, but from the kitchen / living room, awful, you could hear people speaking on the street like they were with you in the room, and dispite of its looks, Florence is not a quite city over night, especially in the center... The photos of the room is in their advantage a bit, the furniture and everything felt quite old.
• Anonymous (8/5): Very good - the location is very good, and the apartment is big and comfortable the heating didn’t function very well, but the owner of the apartment could kindly brought us some blankets. It is important to know that it is in the third floor and there is no elevator, we had to got up all our luggage by stairs.
