• Agostino (1/5): Total unaccountability and disregard for our needs. - Location was convenient and space inside was adequate. There was no WiFi and the balconies were small. We had work to do and could not do it because of the WiFi situation. This completely ruined our trip and the whole experience.

• Anjali (9/5): Neighbours with the Palazzo Pitti! - - Exceptional location next door to the Pitti palace and moments from the Ponte Vecchio. - The pictures don't do this place justice - it is so spacious and has the wow factor when you walk in! - Hot water, comfortable beds and a really well stocked kitchen, bathroom, utility etc for your holiday needs. - Really well suited for families with kids giving them lots of space to relax in. - The sofa bed was extremely comfortable and probably more so than the normal bed as it was a bit firmer! - There was the occasional mosquito which was surprising. - The wooden stairs, although gorgeous, were creaky. This was a problem at night as it disturbed the people in the sofa bed at the top of the stairs. - Perhaps a stairgate may be an idea to prevent any accidents in rhe middle of the night especially for those sleeping in the sofa bed.
• sue (9/5): Stay here! It’s fantastic! - Location was amazing! Walk to everything. Super clean and very comfortable beds. Top notch! A little noisy in the front rooms for light sleepers. Just wear ear plugs. There were mosquitoes in the room which was odd for December.

En veldig hyggelig dame tok oss i mot😀 Jeg hadde problemer med å sjekke oss inn. Det var vanskelig å forstå. Når vi først kom inn i Leiligheten var alt perfekt.
• Nicola (10/5): An excellent spacious apartment in the heart of Florence - It is so rare to find an apartment that is bigger and better than it looks in the pictures! This really is an excellent apartment, very well equipped and in very good condition. It had everything you need and is in a brilliant location in the heart of Florence. Although this is booked through Booking you have to deal with an agency and the registration online is very long-winded. You have to specify your arrival time to meet someone to collect the keys. We were delayed due to train strikes and it cost us 25 euros extra! Also there is no key lock box and only one set of keys so this made the family logistics harder coming and going from the apartment. The bedroom at the front of the apartment is quite noisy on the road but nothing that ear plugs would not cure.

• Vilas (10/5): Beautiful and perfect location - Definitely the location. The property was beautiful. The host was great. Minor inconvenience, the AC in both the rooms made loud grinding sounds. It gave us a sleepless night, but soon we got accustomed to the sounds.

• Natalia (10/5): Spacious, quiet, and perfectly located — loved it! - We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was very spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and feel at home. The central location was perfect — everything was within walking distance. Despite being in the heart of the city, it was incredibly quiet inside — we couldn’t hear any noise from outside at all. Would definitely stay here again!

We arrived from Mexico , we being traveling for 24 hours and Lorenzo the guy in charge to open did not show up, we contact him , he say “fill the form and pay city tax otherwise I will not go to open “ we told him we have no internet , please come and provide 10 minutes of internet to do that , he say “ No , send a email to booking “ we where there for 1 hour , we had to find a restaurant to provide internet, to fill his form, otherwise he say No … very bad attitude.

• Rodeo_reg (10/5): Wonderful accommodation and location - We loved the location - everything is walkable. The property itself is magnificent and exceeded expectations. The area felt safe and family friendly. I would recommend it to anyone. The flat is cool, even on hot days, and tastefully decorated. We found the communications with the host difficult and frustrating which added unnecessary stress to an otherwise wonderful stay. I am still waiting for an answer to the two questions I asked before departure. The message received on the day of arrival said to WhatsApp the person who will meet you if have any questions. I tried to and discovered that they are not even on WhatsApp! Replies to the message itself went unanswered. They were friendly and helpful in person, but as we could not contact them the moment they'd left I have no idea what we'd've done if we'd've locked ourselves out of the flat say. We scanned the bar code in the flat that it said would allow us to contact Sweetstay directly, but it said that it couldn't find our booking and therefore wouldn't allow us to make contact! The apartment itself is so good that it's a shame that the host company's communications are not on the same level. If they can improve this, it would absolutely be a five star place to stay.
• Sergei (2/5): Drilling and hammering nonstop all day long - Location was great - in theory There was construction going on in the building with loud drilling and hammering non stop from 8 AM until 5 PM. When we reached out to the managing company (it is professionally managed by SweetStay) their response was just that it’s a residential property and they don’t know what’s going on in the building. Also, the apartment was not clean at the check-in time, they just started cleaning in then, so it took another 2 hours before we could really use it.
• Ron (9/5): Beautiful place to stay with my family. - Location is excellent- right in the middle of it all. Easy walk to anything you want. Plenty of room for 2 teenagers and 2 adults. Well laid out with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was clean and well equipped. Overall very comfortable and I would highly recommend if you are traveling with 4 or more people. Communication through Bookings is not the best, I would prefer WhatsApp. This was not the fault of the property but there was construction going on in the building during our visit. Jackhammering from 8a-6p (intermittently). Made it challenging to relax after walking around or touring in the morning. At night (2 nights of our visit) we had a homeless man playing Beatles songs on the flute outside our window until 8p or so. I love the Beatles, but I get PTSD now if I hear All you need is love - which was played over and over again. This is not the fault of the property, just the things you need to deal with when you rent an apt.
• Gina (8/5): Great accommodation. - Location was amazing. Apartment is beautiful and clean. If you’re driving it’s impossible to get to without racking up ZTL tickets. Should’ve gotten more direction from the person checking us in. He seemed frustrated that he had to wait as I navigated Florence trying to find it.

It was very spacious. unfortunately there was temporary construction work on the above apartment but I receive a refund. Also the Sweetstay terms and conditions provide for additional fees in case of check in after 6pm which we discovered only one once arrived (very small prints).

• Cristina-andreea (9/5): Superb - Great location, helpful greeter, great apartment design and a good amount of useful facilities No HDMI cable The damage deposit cost (supposedly to be returned within 7 days of processing) was almost as high as the booking price. I think there should be more transparency about it so people can decide if they still afford to book.
• Holly (8/5): In the heart of it all. - Extremely helpful staff. I locked us out and someone came to meet us within 20 minutes. The apartment is in an excellent location! 1 minute from Ponte Vecchio. Electric shutters in every room block out noise - a bit of street noise some nights, but nothing that woke our baby, who slept in the front bedroom. Good portacot for babies too. Home from home. And a lift, cafe next door, restaurants a few steps away, and Conrad supermarket two.m minutes walk away. Perfecto. Under the bed was a bit dusty, but we let the property manager know. An oversight from the cleaners. Nothing else.

We couldn't have been happier with this apartment. The dishwasher was unplugged but it was fixed almost immediately. Property managers were very attentive.

• Rebecca (8/5): The apartment is in a great neighbourhood, walking access to all you need and a peaceful sanctuary at the end of the day - The location was super close to Ponte Vecchio and Pitti Palace and gardens. The supermarket was just around corner, as were local bars and restaurants. The property had nice high ceilings, and a great sense of space. The rooms were generously sized. The apartment was secure and quiet whilst being central. We would definitely stay here again. The sofa is getting a bit tired. Unfortunately the apartment was not supplied with any basics such as dish cloths, handwash and toilet paper in all bathrooms. Come expecting to purchase these items. It did have pantry basics.
