• Dolores (10/5): - Silvia, the host, is wonderful. Very friendly and helpful and easy access. Answered very quickly. Location is excellent and close to whatever you need. Close enough to bridges to other side but far enough from the tourist crowds and noise. The loft stairs a bit precarious. You do get used to it. The ceiling upstairs low but I am a shorter person and it was ok.

• Akshay (10/5): Excellent location and superb host! - One of the friendliest hosts we have met. Silvia met us upon arrival, explained everything about the property well, and gave us tips on what to do in Florence. She was readily available for anything we needed. She made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Her apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. And the location of the apartment is excellent, we were able to walk and see everything we needed to see very easily without having to rely on a car or transportation. The steps to the nook are a bit narrow, but after going up and down a few times it is easy to use. Also, if you are tall, just be careful to not bump your head. I bumped my head a few times but that was my fault, not an issue with the property.

• Pedro (10/5): Uma opção excelente para uma viajem excelente. - A localização, embora não totalmente central, tinha vários comércios perto com boa qualidade. Zona muito calma. A anfitriã Silvia foi espetacular, desde as indicações, dicas para jantar ou beber um vinho tinto de qualidade. A casa é muito confortável, a casa de banho muito prática, assim como a cozinha. A cama era igualmente confortável.
• Patricia (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay at La Casa Bianca. - Location is excellent. Apartment has updated bathroom and kitchen. Very clean and well appointed. The bed is very comfortable with plenty of bedding. Excellent heating and cooling system. Sylvia is amazing and couldn’t be more helpful. The only concern we had were the stairs to the bedroom. They are rather precarious. However, we managed okay and there is a sleeper sofa on the main floor as an alternative.

• Kelsey (8/5): - Silvia was a fabulous host and was very helpful with restaurant suggestions, providing maps and walking routes for our time in florence. the apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed. There was noise from the other apartments or the hallway late at night - not something the apartment has control over.
• Leona (10/5): - Silvia was an amazing host! The location was perfect with great restaurants and all the attractions nearby. The stairs for the bed upstairs were a bit shaky so bare that in mind if you are afraid of heights.

We had an issue with our key one evening, it was resolved super quickly. Room is tastefully decorated, comfortable and very clean. Recommended The stairs up to the bedroom/mezzanine are quite small and steep.

• Travt (10/5): Lovely apartment in a great part of town - Silvia, the host, is super welcoming and the apartment is in a lovely part of the city. You can walk to all the important sights on foot, but you are not directly located in the ever so crowded city centre. When we arrived neither heating nor cooling the apartment was necessary, I think therefore the air became noticeably damp over time. It's nothing to worry about when you just stay for a few days though.
• Fred (10/5): Perfect place across the river! - Our hostess was excellent providing us some great help and tips about visiting Florence. The apartment was clean and well equipped and very well furnished. The piazza down the street was perfect - a happy buzz of activity, restaurants, music but not the crush and chaos you find across the river. Local shops are nice, some local artists. Neighbors were friendly and helpful.
• Zharin (7/5): Good - The location is not too close to the tourist sites and yet not too far to walk to the sites. The cleanliness and security are top notch. The host was very informative It was very cold at night for us coming from the tropics😅 and the sofabed was a little hard on the back.

• Orellana (10/5): perfection <3 - Sylvia was the best host! Her energy was infectious; she was very communicative and provided us with amazing hospitality throughout our stay in Florence. The apartment was super clean and very quiet. The location was also great, right outside of the heavy traffic areas but perfect walking distance. 10/10 would recommend, we cannot wait to stay again in the future :) nothing!

The host was amazing and gave us lots of good recommendations including an enoteca down the road. Very clean and lots of amenities. Fantastic value. Nothing
• Arno (10/5): Great place, great host! Would like to stay again. - It was nicely decorated. Very clean. All the necessary utilities were provided. The street is quiet, but close to everything. Silvia is a great host, very friendly and helpful. It’s not really a negative and we didn’t have any problems at all, but the stairs to the mezzanine may not be for everyone 😊

The apartment was very clean, spacious and very well equipped, with everything you might need. There are also a lot of nice bars, restaurants, as well as markets/supermarkets nearby which is very convenient. Silvia is an extraordinary host. She waited for us in front of the building, gave us directions, and recommended places worth visiting. She was very involved and responded very quickly to all our questions during our stay. Everything was perfect :)
• Eileen (8/5): We enjoyed our stay here. Silvia , the host was amazing. She met us as arranged and gave us many ideas on what to see in - Apartment was clean and spacious. Air conditioning worked well. It was within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants and all of the sights of Florence Stairs to bedroom were a bit precarious. Low ceiling in bedroom was also something to be cautious about. Bed might be better on main floor.
• Maire (8/5): Beautiful, comfy, spacious, clean apartment in Florence - Beautiful spacious, clean apartment, comfy bed, great shower. Our host, Giula, gave us lots of information on what to do in Florence. The apartment was a little too warm when we arrived and she asked us how we liked the temperature. She adjusted it to suit us in her app, and it was just fine after that. We loved the area, very close to the Pitti Palace and the Boboli gardens, and not far from the Uffizi gallery. The bed is on a mezzanine, the ceiling is very low and the stairs up are a bit flimsy. Very difficult to negotiate in the dark if you need to go to the loo in the middle of the night without waking partner! I would have liked a kettle. Other than that everything was perfect.
• Raman (8/5): Very good - Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Silvia is a great host. She helped us with getting a adapter right away and it was a big help. Great location.
• Svetlana (10/5): Exceptional - 10 of 10! Everything was perfect! Located in my favorite area of Florence, very centralized but without crowds of tourists. There are a lot of nice bars, shops, supermarkets nearby which is very useful. If you have a car, the garage parking is just in 50 meters. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, very nice designed and is equipped with everything you need. Silvia is an amazing host, she provided us with all information we needed, we felt ourselves as we are hosted by our dearest friend. Tip - there is also very nice shop DiVin Boccone just next door, with very nice cheese and meat, and they have very impressive wine cave. So don’t miss it.

• Omar (10/5): Great location and beautiful apartment - Awesome location, away from the busiest places in the city but at the same time, it’s only 10 minutes away from everything + awesome host. Silvia was very helpful and attentive when we arrived at the property. All excellent.
• Kate (5/5): Passable - The location was very good. Centrally located and very easy to walk everywhere. Check in/out was easy and everything was sparkling clean. The apartment is very sparsely furnished, no drawers for clothes and no coat hooks for damp coats. I had booked for 8 days and I did not find the facilities adequate for that length of stay. There is an extremely noisy bar close by with people outside until the early hours some nights.
