• Leah Louise Bell (9/5): Fabulous well equipped apartment in central location - Ricale is in a fantastic central location in Florence, very close to the Santa Maria Novella train station and the tram stop to the airport. There are many great restaurants and cafés nearby, and it is within easy walking distance of the Duomo and other attractions. Although the area outside is very busy, the apartment itself feels comfortable, quiet, and secure once inside. The apartment had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen with thoughtful supplies such as tea, coffee, cooking oil, salt, and even ground coffee for the stovetop moka pot. Great WiFi, comfortable couch and 2 smart TVs. The washing machine worked well, and the laundry facilities were very useful. Communication with the property managers was excellent. Mario was very responsive and answered all questions quickly. Before arrival, we were sent clear instructions and helpful videos explaining how to access the property and use appliances such as the TV and washing machine. We would definitely stay here again. We were very happy with our stay. The only things worth mentioning are that access to the apartment requires walking up two floors of stairs, and the shower cubicle is quite small

• Helen (10/5): Highly recommended! - Private, quiet, secure, comfortable and lovely. Communication and support from management was outstanding. Mario was especially responsive and went the extra mile to solve a scheduling issue for us. The location is perfect. It is central for getting around Florence. It is a 5 minute walk to the Santa Maria Novella train station and less than a 20 minute walk to most of the major sights. The furniture and bed were comfortable and there was plenty of space to spread out. The washing machine was a bonus. Wifi was good and there were plenty of outlets to charge our electronics and comfortable places to sit and relax. The stairs were difficult for us when we had our luggage.

Het appartement is op de 2e verdieping en heeft een goed bed. De meeste bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand. De volgende keer zouden we hier weer willen verblijven.

• Misha (10/5): We enjoy our stay in Ricale. - Location is very close to train station. A very clean and comfortable apartment. We love the decoration. Kitchen equipment and amenities were well supplied. Good internet. We had excellent communication with the owner. He provided clear information. No problem checking in. Nothing. Just bear in mind for older folks, the apartment is on the 3rd floor (US) which is common in Florence. (2nd floor in Europe is 3rd floor in US).

L'appartamento si distingue per la sua impeccabile pulizia, l'ottima manutenzione e la completa dotazione di ogni comfort necessario. L'unità immobiliare è situata al secondo piano, non servita da ascensore. La luminosità degli ambienti risulta limitata a causa della prossimità di edifici adiacenti.

• Isabelle (10/5): Emplacement idéal - Localisation idéale, proche du tramway (à à peine 100m) et tout aussi proche de la gare et à une vingtaine de minutes à pieds des principaux monuments. Magnifique décoration dans l'appartement, avec tout ce qu'il y faut pour passer un très bon séjour Les voisins sont par contre très bruyants (karaoké à 2h du matin en pleine semaine, parlent extrêmement fort dans les escaliers et la télé très fort également) mais à part cela, il n'y a absolument rien à redire c'était parfait

• 권은희 (10/5): - 호스트가 도착 몇일전부터 체크인하는방법, 각종 사용법을 공유해줘요. 친절하고 왓츠앱으로 소통도 아주 원활하게했어요. 그리고 위치가 아주 좋습니다. 걸어서 1-2분정도면 산타마리아노벨라약국도 있고 역으로 아주 천천히 걸어도 4-5분안에 도착해요. 그래서 피사 등 외곽 다녀오기도 좋구요. 히터가 자동으로 설정되어 온도가 적절했어요. 히터는 그동안 다른곳 숙소에서 보았던것과 달리 새로 설치한것처럼보였고 화장실, 침실, 거실 총 3대에요.그래서 춥지않았던것 같아요. 화장실 수압 좋구요. 침대와 소파베드 있어서 4명가족까지 가능한 숙소에요. 저는 가족끼리 3명 묵었습니다. 아주 만족해요~

La réactivité de l'hôte ajoutait une touche de confort. Tout était presque parfait. Des sous-plats pourraient-être un plus par exemple.

• Terzi (9/5): - É esattamente come si vede nelle foto: arredato con squisita eleganza , ha tutto il necessario per passare qualche giorno in tutta comodità. È semplice entrare in autonomia ed è veramente ben ubicato. Abbiamo anche potuto lasciare i bagagli in appartamento qualche ora prima del check in ufficiale, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato e ci ha permesso di visitare la città liberamente. In realtà no possiamo dire che ci sia qualcosa che non ci sia piaciuta. Solo da tener in considerazione: per chi ha limitazioni di mobilità, ci sono due piani di scale senza ascensore; e per chi è molto alto, il letto matrimoniale è di 190 cm.

Everything we needed for our 2 night stay. We were able to leave our luggage a couple of hours before check-in as we were rushing to do a walking tour. Nothing.

It was central, comfortable, clean and near the - We were so close to the train station which was a dream for arriving and leaving Florence. The apartment was located a short walk away from Officina Profumo Farmaceutica Santa Maria Novella, a wine window and Osteria Pastella. A few things tourists seem to love. It’s very easy to get around by foot and we loved staying at the apartment and exploring the city! The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and we would definitely recommend it.

• Simon (10/5): Great apartment! Meeting all our expectations! - It was really clean, well equipped and located very close to the city center. Getting the keys couldn’t have been easier. Very helpful landlords regarding every question or problem. The stairs can be a problem for people with a handicap or medical issues in the leg / knee area but which is compensated by the apartment.

Second floor without lift, but a narrow smelly dark stairs with wet stinky and rubbish on the floor. Smelly stairs, smelly rubbish bin in the kitchen. The mobile AC makes so much noise.

• Carina (9/5): - Die Lage bzw. die Entfernung zum Dom war super! Die Wohnung war komfortabel zu 4 und es war alles nötige vorhanden! Leider ist die Nähe zum Bahnhof spürbar und auch im Stiegenhaus des Apartments hat es etwas streng gerochen. Die Klimaanlagen im Schlafzimmer war sehr laut.

• Miron (10/5): Exceptional - Magnificent authentic Florentine apartments! Here you will really feel yourself in Florence. The interior, lots of space, everything is there for your convenience! Snow-white clean towels and linen, cleanliness and comfort. Excellent location: five minutes to the train station and 10 minutes on foot to Republic Square, the whole center is within easy reach! Near the entrance to the apartments there are many restaurants where you can have a quick breakfast and a supermarket with everything you need. Special thanks to the apartment owner, who is always in touch and offers his help in solving issues.

The host was responsive to our questions. The shower was tiny and didn't have much water pressure. Would have also been good to have curtains in the bedroom as the opposite apartment left a light on most nights that shone into the bedroom.

• Teresa (8/5): Good location and nice size rooms - This property was close to the train station so easy for us to get to accommodation quickly from the train and start sightseeing. Didn't take long to walk to places within Florence. Grocery store close so we were able to buy food to make at home. Restaurants and food places close also
• Rima (8/5): comfortable apartment with kitchenette washing machine and a lovely host to assist on text when need - Location was really good great. The room was comfortable and big for a family of 4 restaurant next door and the food was delicious. the stairs were a killer and trying to take up 4 big travel bags up to the 3rd level was a bit difficult but one you are in to was fine.

The apartment was beautifully styled and featured an excellent kitchen and facilities. We even used the washing machine, which was extremely handy. The hosts were fantastic and very communicative. They even came straight over to the apartment to check an electrical issue and unobtrusively fixed it, and were so lovely. An excellent stay.

• Andris (10/5): Great location in an interesting building. - Excellent location close to the rail station and the major attractions in Florence. The building is of an older generation and has character. The facilities are modern, but the cupboards and decor seem to be from between the wars and have character. All very clean even if fading paintwork. Lots of space. Many nice eateries nearby. Not a problem for us, but being on the second floor without an elevator could be an issue for some.
