• Rachael (8/5): Excellent location, beautiful accommodation. - The location was perfect to tour the city centre. The building is ancient and lovely. Paolo was very responsive, helpful and nice. Noise at night from the street behind the piazza was quite disturbing but nothing earplugs won’t help.
• Barbara (8/5): Prijetno - Stanovanje je na odlicni lokaciji, okusno opremljeno in v urejenem okolju. Problem je hrup z ulice, zlasti v nocnem casu, ko se obiskovalci nocnih lokalov derejo po ulici,okna so stara in se vse slisi, zato smo bili vsi neprespani. Potrebno bi bilo zamenjati okna oz. jih obnoviti ter namestiti vecslojna okna.

• Valerio (10/5): Visitare una bellissima e storica città da privilegiati. - Appartamento bellissimo e curato. C'erano a disposizione tutti i comfort possibili. Zona stupenda e centralissima, nel cuore della storia. Uscire dal portone e vedere piazza signoria non ha prezzo. Soggiorno indimenticabile. Solo qualche schiamazzo notturno, vista la vicinanza con una birreria.

• Darya (10/5): - Отличная квартира! Супер расположение — прямо в центре города. Есть лифт, что редкость в историческом центре Флоренциию. Просторная, чистая, со всем необходимым для комфортного проживания: есть кухня, стиральная машина, кондиционер в каждой комнате и даже небольшая гардеробная. Очень удобная планировка. Определённо рекомендую!

• Aleksandra (8/5): This was how it looked like to live in the medieval palace (Palazzo Uguccioni) - In the centre of everything you have to see and visit while you are in Florence. Don’t take a chance if you need internet. Neither your own mobile network or wireless internet in the apartment works. So you have to go outside to get a signal.

I’d definitely stay again! - The location right in the Piazza Della Signoria was excellent and is central to all of the sites to be seen. It was clean and comfortable. Host was excellent. It can be loud at night due to the location, but I was prepared for that since I read the reviews.

• Sarish (8/5): It was good while it lasted - Staff was very quick to respond and quite knowledgeable. The bathroom definitely needs to be upgrading especially the flush. The ac was another concern.. it wasn’t that strong.

• Tracy (3/5): Ruined by a very unhappy, Cleaning Lady - It was very nice and spacious and in a good location. However, as nice as it was, it was unfortunately spoiled by the cleaning lady who showed up four minutes after checkout time, and then just stood at the door, humming and high and being miserable because I was making her wait a few minutes. I understand it was my fault for not being out at 10 AM, but I hadn’t been feeling well and I was getting my stuff together as quick as I could and having her standing there moaning in Italian certainly wasn’t making me go any faster. See above. Sadly, the cleaning lady spilled the whole experience. She just kept moaning an Italian outside my door because she had to wait a few minutes until I could close up my suitcase and leave.
• Anıl (9/5): Amazing stay right in the heart of Florence - Location is amazing, right accross the Uffizi, a few mins walk from Ponte Vecchio and a few mins walk from Duomo! Cafes/restaurants, supermarket all around.. The flat is very clean, perfectly furbished and very well equipped. There might be some noise from the street at night but that didn't bother us.. The check in was smooth, the host welcomed us warmly! There were coffee capsules and snacks ready for us! Definitely recommended! -
• Irina (8/5): Amazing location and beautiful apartment! - This apartment is so well located, right in the center of Florence! Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. The apartment itself is spacious and beautiful, with everything we needed for our stay. The check-in process and bag drop off was really smooth and Francesco was really helpful. There were a few things in the apartment that can be improved for future guests. There were some areas that need a bit of attention, like missing parts to light fixtures and such. The main thing was that the lever/button to flush the toilet was missing the cover apparatus, making it look unfinished and actually causing a few issues were we had to jiggle the mechanism in order to stop the water from continuously running after flushing. Nothing that's a deal breaker but the apartment is so beautiful, it would only further elevate it to get the details taken care of. I messaged the property folks about the issue with the water running and hopefully it will be fixed for future guests. The other thing to mention is that there were some mosquitoes in the apartment but that's just Florence for you. There was a plug in Vape product we used that worked the first night but not the second. We kept the windows closed the entire time but mosquitoes are just wily that way. Just something to keep in mind wherever you are in Florence and to be prepared to deal with them!
• Edward (6/5): The place needs some work to be worth the high price they are asking. - Amazing location, nice clean room with a quiet exposure, great water pressure, nice greeter. Stove top did not work so we could not cook. toilet flusher was broken and had to wiggle the exposed bits to get it to stop running. limited coffee pods so had to go out to get coffee. light fixtures in bedroom unfinished with bare wires hanging out of wall and walls in bathroom all need a rework with mildew coming through.

• Leslie (9/5): Would definitely stay here again!! - Lovely apartment in a historical building and great location with plenty of space, kitchen had the basics for cooking simple meals, the wood showers are great for darkening the room at night, Paolo who checked us in was wonderful!! Only negative is there is a lot of street noise and even with the interior shutters closed it was fairly loud but earplugs were sufficient.

• Ignacio (8/5): Very good - The Renaissance palazzo directly at the Piazza the Signoria is amazing. The rooms are majestic and the apartment is nicely refurbished. The staff was very nice and helpful at any time. The windows are too thin and they have no sound insulation at all. You can hear the people whispering on the street...that you need to add that being so central means traffic, people going out at night and so on. Sleeping can be a hard duty.
• Carolyn (10/5): Perfect choice to be close to everything. - Beautiful historic building in the heart of Firenze, walking distance to almost everywhere we wanted to go. Also check-in was great, lots of info! Nothing except a little noisy at night sometimes, but ok with good earplugs.
• Olga (5/5): Passable - Apartment is huge, with tall frescoed ceilings, located in a palace across from Palazzio Vecchio right in Piazza Signoria. You are central to everything in a huge apartment in a palace! Everything was clean and staff was very responsive and courteous. Kitchen is well stocked. We had really bad luck and all 3 nights we were there it was really loud outside. People walked by at 2, 3, 4 am, drunk and therefore loud, one night a group of people was standing and talking right under our windows at night. The windows are single pane and sound travels very well. It was impossible to sleep. I understand that its city center, but if you are a light sleeper, this apartment is not for you, or you might want to bring good ear plugs because otherwise the apartment is great.

• Andreea (10/5): Amazing place - The apartment was very beautiful, spotlessly clean and luxurious, with all the facilities you would need, right in a palazzo. The host was extremely friendly and allowed us to leave the bags before check-in. The location is great, right in Piazza Signoria - it can get noisy at night since it’s such a mainstream area, but this was to be expected. Loved it!

• Nuiko (9/5): fantastic room. - super great location, super great host hospitality. he has really a lot of info in city!! restaurant? supermarket? ztl? he clear all my doubt. surprisingly, the noisy that other comment is loud as other hotel that locate on busy street. not to the point i cant sleep. i prepare an ear plug but didnt use it. the area is much more safe than the other piazza or nearby narrow street. and the security door also super safe. sofa bed mattress already collasp in the middle and edge. no microwave and please bring your own hair dryer.

At night the area was unbearably noise with people “partying” in the streets. There seemed to be a lot of students staying in the area and they were running and screaming and yelling up and down the streets til 2 am one night and 4 am the other night.

Was a challenge to get the keys and because of flight delays I had to pay 30 euro for late check in. We also had to wait a while to get the keys because communication was slow.

The specific apartment we got was right above a restaurant and it was very loud outside during the late evening and even night. Our sleep wasn't great.

• Katrin (10/5): Amazing! - Fantastic location! The room itself is simply amazing! Very helpful host. Not related to the hotel, but still important. If you leave your car in the parking recommended by the hotel for the night, they will not keep it in the city center but rather move it to the suburbs. Be ready to take all your things with you when you leave the car! No going back for the toothbrush you forgot in the other bag. When collecting the car call at least one hour in advance! Almost missed my flight because of that.

• Marta (8/5): Very good - Perfect location in piazza della signoria. Friendly staff and easy check in. Bread and jam for breakfast! Beautiful building and furnitures. Elevator does not work properly (we got stuck in for a few minutes and staff is aware of the issues) Flush box on top of toilet was broken and there were few stains on the wall on top of it Tv in the bedroom was crushed and not working and staff did not mention this.
