• Inês (6/5): - O apartamento está muito bem localizado, perto de vários monumentos onde se chega bem a pé, e ao mesmo tempo resguardado de toda aquela agitação turística. Dos 4 andares a pé até ao apartamento!
• Norma Lorena (6/5): No es casa. - El trato amable de la propietaria y la ubicación. Los 8 tramos de escaleras obscuras y cansadas, el espacio reducido, la cama matrimonial muy incómoda. No sirve tener estufa si no hay un sartén ni una olla para cocinar. La cafetera sucia. El nombre es engañoso, no es una casa, es un cuartito de 3 x3 m aproximadamente.

• Gloria (7/5): - Era nel cuore di Firenze, vicinissimo ad ogni attrazione, la presenza dell’aria condizionata, la doccia spaziosissima e la cura nella pulizia. Troppe scale, e appartamento troppo piccolo.

• Dr. Steffi (8/5): - Die Lage war prima. Gut erreichbar und man hat alles was notwendig ist. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert und hat alles gut erklärt und gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben. Meine Tochter meinte, das Bett in der Galerie war sehr gemütlich. Das Sofabett war etwas ungemütlich, für 2 Nächte aber in Ordnung.

• marmarloesloes (9/5): - The apartment was cozy, but immediately felt like a home away from home. The location is great and the view from the top window is fun, with at least three old churches in sight. Everything is clean and practical. The neighbour is extremely noisy. In the hall you could hear them already. Every night we had to wait for them to turn of the loud tv before going to sleep. It seems like their tv is right next to the bedroom wall.
• Mariana (7/5): Localização excelente . - A localização . Muito próximo dos principais pontos . Dessa forma conseguimos fazer a maioria dos pontos a pé . A cama é praticamente junto com o teto de madeira , pouco espaço , o banheiro fica embaixo e a cama em cima o que dificulta se vc quiser ir ao banheiro na madrugada . Além disso check in não foi possível mais cedo do que solicitamos ( diferente de outras hospedagem ) . Limpeza ok , porém o teto de madeira ainda tinha algumas poeiras ( isso gera um problema pra quem tem rinite alérgica ). Rol de escada alto , o que pode dificultar o acesso para pessoas com movimento limitado .

• Eliza (8/5): Great base to explore Florence. Good basic amenities as long as you’re taking advantage of the abundance of restaurants - Great location and the host was lovely. Clean and uncluttered. The spare bed was uncomfortable

• Alazne Telletxea (9/5): - La atención de Elena, fue muy amable con un problema que tuvimos en el check in. Está reformado y decorado con buen gusto y la ubicación es excelente. Es un 4ºpiso sin ascensor pero para 2 días te adaptas.
• Chris (9/5): Great place to stay - The location is fantastic.and it has everything you really need. Host was very helpful. One tip is to try the central market for food. Plenty of choice and good value It will not be for everyone. It is definitely not big but big enough. If you take a lot of stuff, you could find it difficult to get up the stairs and then storage space is limited. Also if you have mobility issues then the ceiling in the bedroom is very low and again the stairs could be an issue. If that's not you, then go for it!
• Buitrago (10/5): I recommend this location - The host and I communicated before our arrival there, and she was waiting for me at the door to give me the keys and walk me through the apartment, which is on the fourth floor (no elevators). The apartment was in good shape, nearby the center of Florence, which means it was a good waling distance to all important things in the city.

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Elena is very nice, she explained everything precisely. Location is great, next to the santa croce basilica. Although apartment is very small, it's very tidy and it has everything you'll need. also, the window above the bed is everything!

A little small, but if you renting it for one or two days that won't be a problem Also, the apartment on the top floor(4) of the building, no elevator.. this make it not suitable for elderly people i guess

• Andres (8/5): Cute small modern apartment - The owner was very helpful, friendly and was flexible when our train got delayed. She tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is small but very modern and well equipped, with a compact kitchen, fridge with freezer and a very nice bathroom. The apartment was perfect for us as a couple but we would not recommend it for more than 2 people. Even though there was an A/C with heating function and a heater in the bathroom the apartment was very cold. If you travel in Winter bring warm clothes and socks.

• Tracy (7/5): Good - Great location. Owner met us and provided lots of things to increase the comfort of our stay such as toiletries It is very small, barely enough space to pit any luggage. It is on the 4th floor without a lift making transporting luggage difficult.

• John (10/5): A fantastic place which we wished we had more time to enjoy! - honestly was the perfect apartment for a night I. Florence. In the Center, located super close to great food and sites. The amenities like the coffee/toiletries made it cozy. also even though it’s near some bars and restaurants you can close the windows and not hear a peep from the outside and still enjoy a good climate. the upper floor is not really suitable if you have some mobility issues (I.e seniors) but the down stairs bed accommodates instead

Very late check-in time - 4pm, and the owner is extremely inflexible with even 30 mins early check-in. The steep stairway to the 4th floor to get to the apartment. No lifts, no help. The sofa cum bed is very uncomfortable and hurts the back.
