• Collins (10/5): You couldn't ask for a better location. - With a view of the Arno and the Ponte Vecchio you couldn't ask for a better location. It was easy to walk to most sights and if necessary there was a bus stop a few feet from the apartment. It offered penty of room for two people. We had a few small issues, but Hector took care of everything within 24 hours. There were no screens on the windows, but that isn't unusual in Europe. Be prepared for a few bug bites.

• Emma (10/5): Perfect location! - The location and view are unbelievable. We could have spent all day just people watching out of the window. It was really clean and comfy. We were so happy with it and would love to book again if we ever went back to Florence. The water pressure could have funny moments, so it could be hard to get the shower hot. The staff were so helpful though, we knew this as we checked in and they showed us how to get it to work better.

• Wojciech (10/5): Fantastyczna miejscówka! - GENIALNA wręcz lokalizacja i przepiękne widoki z okien na rzekę, dachy starej Florencji i Ponte Vecchio- można wpatrywać się godzinami :). Wszystkie zabytki w odległości niewielkiego spaceru, sklep spożywczy 50m od apartamentu. Na pewno tam wrócimy! Wszystko ok.
• James (10/5): - Everything. Was a little apprehensive given some of the earlier reviews, but the aircon has obviously been redone, as it was beautifully fresh. The apartment is gorgeous, the location even more so. We didn't want to leave this wonderfully romantic apartment (felt like an artist's pad, albeit a successful one!) nor the amazing city. Nothing but good things to say, and we'll be back for longer next time. Absolutely nothing. Loved everything.
• Gordon (8/5): Fantastic location but certainly not the Ritz - Location and view Tiny kitchenette, not clean and tidy. Lift out of order, looks like that has been a problem for a while. We were only notified at the last minute. Climbing up and down 85 steps a few times a day was painful. With luggage even more so . We used this venue as a couple, I certainly wouldn’t recommend it for any more people.
• Helena (9/5): Great central apartment in florence - This apartment in Florence is next to the ponte vecchio and you look over the top of it from the windows. The position of the apartment is fantastic. The rooms were comfortable and spacious with basic cooking facilities. There was air con and a fan in the bedroom. There was only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and no basic toiletries for the initial arrival. Otherwise everything was great. There was a small conad supermarket near by
• Bruce (4/5): Wonderful location. Tiny elevator wreaked of mold. No garbage pickup for a week. 4 towels for a week - Had trouble getting into the Lockbox. The key was not in the Lockbox as stated by the host. I had to wait 30 minutes until the maintenance man brought the key.
• Elie (6/5): Perfect view and location but apartment cries out for some tender loving care (TLC) - We loved the location and beautiful view; the bedding and pillows were perfect. Supermarket across the street. The building was quiet and upscale. Getting the keys from the lockbox was easy. Heating and hot water worked beautifully. WiFi was dependable, if rather slow (my iPhone 5G cellular connection was much faster, so I never used the property WiFi). We felt very safe. Florence is a beautiful city. The property was described as having a safe; the safe did not work and the owner said she forgot to take the safe out of the description of the property on booking.com. Our bathroom sink was stopped up, the owner asked we use a knife. We could not get the gas stove to work, the owner said the previous tenants must have taken the lighter with them. Every time it rained, the windows leaked water one foot into the window sill. The owner was long on excuses but short on solutions. Finally, even though we paid a cleaning fee, the apartment was far from clean - plenty of dust and mold in the bathroom.

• Russell (7/5): Great location but needs a little love - Fabulous location, in my favourite part of Florence. Great views, close to busses and supermarket opposite. Cute one person lift. Washing machine. Comfy couches. Needs some TLC. Told owner bathroom basin was blocked. No response. Borrowed a plunger and spent 15 minutes unblocking. Yuk. Plug had been removed so everything had gone down there. Shower area would benefit from a few rounds with “Exit Mould”. No info pack or manuals. HWS stopped with an E25 error message. Luckily off and back on at the PowerPoint fixed this, but who would know? No dish mop or kitchen sponge, no rubbish bag liners, no tissues, tiny coffee mugs, and so it goes - the little stuff that makes you think the owner cares. But with such a great location, they don’t need to.

This apartment was absolutely perfect, it was well equipped, clean and in the perfect location. The wifi was great and check in was easy and seamless. Nothing it was one of the highlights of our trip.
