• Francisco Miguel (10/5): Céntrico y bueno - El apartamento está en una zona tranquila y bien comunicada. Dando un paseo de unos 15/20 minutos llegas al centro , sin rodeos. La cama es cómoda, el sofá cama no tanto, hay útiles básicos para la vida diaria y es espacioso hasta 4 personas. El anfitrión es muy amable y está disponible siempre. Quizá él sofá cama sea un poco incómodo, pero por lo demás todo está bien.

У нас была возможность приготовить еду, а также постирать и погладить вещи, все необходимое для этого уже было в квартире. До центра города 20 минут пешком, до вокзала 10 минут. Владелец был очень дружелюбен и отзывчив, рекомендую это место!

The place is quiet and private, and there is a large supermarket nearby. The apartment has everything you need. Communication with the host is excellent.

• jacyane (10/5): Seu cantinho em Florença - Apartamento compacto, porém prático, muito seguro, cama maravilhosa, lencois e toalhas limpos e cheirosos, apesar da rua ser bem movimentada o barulho nao incomoda. Próximo tem um mercado grande com tudo o que precisávamos, pois fizemos nossas próprias refeições. Os anfitriões são muito gentis e prestativos, nos deixarão entrar bem antes do horario do check-in. Da ausência de outras facas além das de mesa, uma faca de serra, outra pra cortar carnes e afins. E pegador para macarrão, no mais, tudo perfeito.

Daniela, la anfitriona, es muy atenta y encantadora, el piso aunque pequeño es perfecto y cercano a restaurantes, tiendas, etc. Por poner alguna pega, las almohadas eran algo bajas y la ducha tenía poca presión, pero esto es mi percepción. Además, se encuentra a media hora de los puntos de interés, para nosotros no fue problema pero es algo a tener en cuenta

The washing machine was very convenient, as were the facilities (able to cook some small meals without issue). Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Property had a lift The bathroom linen (towels) were not satisfactory - they should have been replaced a couple of years ago, absolutely thread bare. The sponges in the kitchen were immediately thrown in the bin - disgusting
• Esrb (8/5): Peaceful, clean and close to TRAM station. - Peaceful location, not to crowded, walking distance to the train station. Have a Lavatrice to wash your clothing. A little away (walking) from city center, however, you can take the TRAM to get to the center.

He was very nice and answered our questions about the surroundings/shops. The apartment is a bit outside the city center, but at least it's quite quiet. A/C works great!

The Air conditioning actually kept the apartment cool. It was not as close to the train station as I had thought. But the bus stop for local transit was right outside the apartment.They could have had more pillows.

• Carme (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the apartment, it was well equipped, everything was very comfortable and communication was excellent. Dany and Max were warm, kind and very honest hosts (I forgot cash when leaving the apt and realized only few hours after and they helped me above and beyond). The tram is very convenient to go to the city centre and there are lots of buses also. Area is very safe. The price was very fair so we were extremely happy with our choice and would definitely come back again! Grazie per tutto! :)

• Tzu (9/5): Superb - The property is clean and the owner is nice. It is only 15 mins by walk to old town tourist spots. It's noisy has loud music and singing on Sunday until 3：00 am. We can not sleep well.
• Thesaraoliveira (8/5): Great location but too loud - Great location: less than 20 min walking to the city centre, supermarket 8 min. Communication was easy and we met at the property for the keys. The apartment is well equipped with washing machine and the basics to cook. On two of the nights there was a party somewhere in the building/in a builidng besides us untill 3 am - probably a club since everyone got out at the same time - and it was so loud (even with earplugs) and double windows that we couldn´t sleep until 3 am. Some surfaces could use a deep cleaning.
