- Cathie (10/5): Loved our time in Florence and having such a wonderful place to stay made it even better!!!! - Location was perfect. Far enough away from the crowds but close enough to get everywhere we needed to get. Beautiful time spent in Florence!!!!
- Mihael (10/5): - Everything was great! The location was excellent. A person was waiting for us to hand over the keys. We were a little bit late, and he waited for a long time, but he waited until we arrived. Thank you!
- Tomasz (7/5): - Bedroom separate from living area, location, washing machine, well equipped kitchen, incl. a toaster. Sofa bed in the living room is very noisy and more suitable for children.
- Cynthia BG (10/5): Very cute place in the best neighborhood! - The flat was very well located near Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio. Top floor, gives you a little workout, but it's worth it. All the proper amenities for a family of 4 with young children. It is a very calm place, we slept very well.

- Matheus (10/5): Unbeatable location - It's really well located, and the kitchen is well equipped The entrance and the sets of stairs were a bummer, but it's an old building. The apartment itself is really well kept though
- Peter (7/5): -
- Javier Ferrer (10/5): Excellent, a bright and very clean apartment. Close to all the tourist attractions in the city. - The location is the best you can get if you plan to visit the major attractions on foot. We didn't need to use any form of transportation during our stay. The furthest point for us was Piazzale Michelangelo, which took us 30 minutes to walk to. We stayed for four nights and it was excellent. I have no comments to make in this regard; the apartment meets all our expectations.
As it is an old building, amenities such as an elevator are not available, and as a recommendation, it would be good if this were included in the description of the amenities, but I would like to clarify that this was not an inconvenience for us.
- Dinna (10/5): Hapoy customer here and would recommend to friends and family. - Almost everything. It’s clean, comfortable, locations, facilities. Host she’s excellent Lisa. Thank you. No lift, but it was ok it did not ruin our holiday and stay. It’s not the end of the world. We still enjoyed our stay.
- Martynas (9/5): Superb - Great location, close to the center, but away from busy streets, so less noise in the mornings. Nice apartment on the top floor (with just one neighbouring apartment), has everything you need (kitchen, bath, washing, ironing, etc.). Just if you are a really big person, shower might be just too small for you :)
- Victoria (8/5): A very nice, artistic, light and spacious apartment 5 to 20 minutes close to everything you need. - The apartment is spacious, artistic and very well equipped, cosy and possess everything you need for a longer stay. It is close to the main sightseeings, good restaurants, good shopping area, antique stores and in the same time is in a quiet street. Easy access to the train station and other cities in Tuscany. Recommendation for the host to change the way and the limitation of the time of the accommodation. There is smell that might be due to the age of the building.
- Kata (7/5): Good - The location was perfect, and the flat was spacious and clean. The sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable, and the main heating was not operating during our stay (it was pretty cold at night). The host was not answering too quickly and was not so helpful, but for the second night she helped us with the air conditioning so it was warmer then before (not perfect, but warmer).
- Heather (8/5): Lovely, clean apartment. - We loved the location of this apartment. Being on the Oltano side of the Arno was lovely. It is so much quieter and the restaurants nearby are fantastic. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t like that we had to message Booking in order to manage the temperature in the apartment. We were cold (it was early December) and they did adjust the temperature right away when I asked. However, I would typically cool my lodging at night and warm it back up in the morning. I didn’t want to have to reach out twice a day to be totally comfortable with the heat.
- Rebecca (10/5): Quiet, well-equipped apartment in a great location. - Very well-equipped with everything we needed. On the 3rd floor high above a tiny alley makes this a very quiet apartment in an otherwise bustling city. Lots of restaurants, cafes and shops within minutes. Recommended! Nothing.
- Sandra (8/5): It was nice for two nights. - Location
- Prudence (1/5): Terrible, stressful and upsetting - DO NOT STAY HERE! This apartment was broken into whilst I stayed in it.. I had to move due to someone had a key to get in.. they will not give me back my money for the 6 days I could not stay there. My jewellery was stolen, cosmetic and some clothes. DO NOT STAY HERE! There is a locked front door to the apartment building, then 80 steps to get to this apartment ( no lift) and a door that is locked to the apartment … there is no handle to open this door the only way to open it is with a key… worst place I have ever stayed in… DO NOY STAY HERE… there is nothing good about this apartment the people who one and run it are thieves and will not give you back your money if you are ROBBED as I was !! A 71 year old solo traveller!!! Complete disgrace
- Emily (7/5): Good - Location was great Lots of stairs so difficult with heavy bags
- Sandrine (9/5): Muy cómodo, mucha luz - Muy amplio, muy cómodo The stairs...4 flights od steep stairs, but the benfit is lots of light!
- Marina (8/5): Easy access to City Centre!! - Excellent location near Ponte Vecchio, easy walk to City Center. Quiet street, therefore not much noise at night. WiFi was very strong Apartment unit was at the top of the building (3rd floor) and there is not an elevator, therefore you have to carry all of your belongings upstairs. Shower is very small, and sofa bed is not the best in terms of comfortable
- Erica (8/5): Great location and neighborhood with fantastic amenities. - The apartment is fabulous, very clean and a great location The stairs. No elevator and the apartment is on the fourth floor ugh! The TV had very little watch if you needed an evening to relax.
- Alvin (10/5): Extremely satisfied family visit - The location is absolutely perfect. Everything is within walking distance - train station, beautiful city center, churches, and amazing restaurants! The property also has a skylight in the center of the living room, an excellent source of natural light. The only setbacks, which were very minor, was the fact of the location being on the fourth floor with no elevator - may be an issue for anyone with any disabilities, and mosquitos - a very normal thing to encounter anywhere in the world. The mosquitoes retreat to the very high ceilings making it difficult to get rid of.
- Jay (10/5): Convenient and spacious. - Very large, clean and all the amenities. Excellent location.
- Jovita (9/5): Superb - Spacious, clean, quiet, well equipped, very well located. Up 71 stone steps. Stress because unable to pay local tax due to their app not working on my smart phone. They wouldn't accept cash or card.
- Pamela (9/5): Superb -
- Cathy (8/5): Very good -
- Sutton (10/5): Excellent, clean and well equipped apartment in a central location - Great location, great facilities, lovely and very helpful staff. Basically everything we wanted and needed!! NA
- Janet (10/5): Awesome beautiful city great price on nice apartment - Location and spacious room
They also had everything you would need My only negative no one was able to help me with taxi I tried what’s app no response I called no response
Tried Uber no show 5:00am walked to nice hotel and they called me a taxi
- Lilach (7/5): Make sure you have more than one person who do the check in. - All the facilities were good. We had to wait for one hour for the person to come to do check in!!! We had to sit on the floor for one hour with all of our luggage. There was no place open near by we could walk to because we had to many things with us. It was not okay that only one person was doing the check-ins across the city and there for we had to sit on the floor in the street.
- Malina (7/5): Great apartment, poor administration - The location is excellent, right next to Pitti Palace and walking distance to Florence downtown. The apartment is recently renovated, very comfortable, has everything you need. Poor communication with the agency administrating the apartment. Slow replying, unclear requests. I had to ask 3-4 times before I managed to change the dates of my stay. 3 weeks after we left the apartment and still we have not been provided the invoice as requested. Too bad, the apartment is really nice, really deserves top rating.
As for the apartment, mosquito nets would be nice (not too many mosquitos, but still) and an anti-slip mat in the shower.
- Diego (9/5): Superb - Pietro was super friendly while checking in, the apartment was very comfortable and clean. Location was great.
- Shakeel (8/5): Great location, roomy, perfect for 2 people - The apartment matches the pictures, it has super high ceilings, good air conditioning, so it’s very airy. The bedroom is very roomy, with lots of closet space. Very comfy bed.
Good size bathroom which gets quite hot in the summer.
The kitchen is quite small though, if you’re staying as a family of 4 like we did. Small fridge with small freezer space at the top. Small dishwasher with detergent capsules under the sink.
There is a washing machine near the bathroom but no laundry detergent. Small clothes dryer with a few pegs,
There were little soaps on the vanity and enough towels (3) per person.
The sofa bed is large but not comfortable for adults, I would recommend only for kids under 10.
The location was perfect: on a quiet little street, a mere minute away from Palazzo Pitti and Boboli Gardens. Take bus C4 or 11 from Santa Maria de la Novella train station to Piazza Pitti.
I highly recommend for a short stay for 2 people.
BUT, 6 flights of stairs to climb and no elevator. Not easy if you have small kids, strollers, heavy suitcases… There is a washing machine but no laundry detergent.
The kitchen is a bit small.
The sofa bed isn’t comfortable.
There is no way to keep the main room dark so it’s in complete daylight at 5am in summer.
6 flights of stairs to climb, no elevator. Not easy if you have small kids, strollers, heavy suitcases…
- Lisa (9/5): Superb -
- Kristen (8/5): Very good - Great location. Comfortable room, including sofa bed. Easy check in and out. Great apartment, just be prepared for several flights of stairs and no view/balcony.
- Thorunn (9/5): Nice apartment, great location. - great location and it has everything you need. Two AC units which is amazing cause it does get really hot in Firenze during the summer months it is of course on the 3rd floor without an elevator (66 steps) which we knew before and after a long hot day the stairs can seem endless..
- G. (10/5): Perfect location and comfy apartment - The location was simply perfect, nor far from the main train station, ponte vecchio and the main activities. It couldn't be better. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Nothing particular to mention
- Juno (4/5): Disappointing - Very nice location, the appartement was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was exceptionally unprofessional. very disappointing.
- Mikaël (8/5): A lovely little apartment in the Oltrarno quarter of Florence that is walking distance from most of the main attractions - The property is very well located. There are plenty of cafes/restaurants and stores nearby, and we were within walking distance of most things we wanted to see or do. The apartment was spacious, clean and had some lovely natural lighting. The kitchen, although small, was decently outfitted with the essentials which allowed us to make a few lovely meals and keep fresh fruits and snacks in the fridge. The wifi was very good and reliable as well. The nearby Conad on Via dei Bardi was a staple for us - they’ve got everything you need from food (including great gluten-free options) to household essentials and all at a fair price. The noise levels in the apartment building was something we weren’t quite expecting. There were a few nights where we could hear someone in the unit below us walking around (sounded like thumping) and doing things in their kitchen and when we’d look at the time it was just past 2am. Sound also travels a fair bit in these older buildings so in the mornings when people were leaving their apartments, we could hear loud bangs from the heavy doors closing and footsteps in the halls since it’s all tile flooring. We also heard a fair bit of noise from outside on a few occasions in the middle of the night.
Additionally, we felt it odd that the apartment was not equipped with additional garbage bags for keeping the place tidied. We also ran out of paper towel and toilet paper after a couple days so we just bought some from the nearby Conad, and used old plastic shopping bags for the garbages. For people staying a couple days it probably isn’t a big deal, but we were there for over a week so it was a bit tougher.
- Pedram (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was good. Apartment is located close to the tourist areas (just 20 min walking distance to dumo). Good restaurants and grocery shops around. Apartment was very clean and comfortable and contained everything we needed.
- Jessica (9/5): Superb - The location is terrific. It's very comfortable and convenient. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Would definitely book again. There wasn't anything we disliked. Folks with mobility issues should know there is no elevator - 4 flights of stairs to climb.
- Azat (9/5): nice stay in Florence - The apartment was pretty spacious and newly renovated, situated in a nice quartier, nearby some nice cafes and restaurants. A couple of minutes' walk to the canal and the Boboli Gardens. The sleeping room was very very nice spacious and clean. The sofa bad was super comfortable as well. It was on the last (4th or 5th) floor without an elevator, so brace yourself if you have heavy luggage. Poor, almost zero pre-booking communication, no answers for phone calls or left vocal messages.
- Joseph (10/5): perfect location amazing value - locations
amenities
local support of owner not clean when we arrived, clean 1 hr later
- Owen (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is newly renovated, spacious and clean. It was very quiet and gets good light being on the top floor. WiFi was strong and consistent. The location/ neighbourhood is fantastic. Beside the Bobili Gardens and a short walk (less than 5 minites) to the Ponte Vecchio and the centre of Florence beyond. Lots of restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlours ans artisan shops on the doorstep of the apartment. A supermarket is also just around the corner. Would stay again.
- Alistair (10/5): Lovely and central south of the Arno - The location was excellent, only minutes from Ponte Vecchio but off the main roads.
The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed
The bedroom again was spacious and the large bed very comfortable
Lovely bathroom with a great shower and very nicely finished
I would highly recommend this and we hope to return sometime soon Other than the 4 flights of stairs we can't find fault with it at all. By the end of our stay we were used to the climb!
- Leah (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location! - Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location! So close to the Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi and lots of lovely bars and restaurants. The person who greeted us was so helpful and gave us some great recommendations of places to eat and things to do. Great communication leading up to our stay and check in was so easy too. Make sure you have cash to pay the city tax on arrival. I also recommend stopping by Gelateria Della Passera for the best gelato, which is just around the corner! Expect lots of steps! The apartment is on the top floor and there is no lift. While it was perfect for us, it may not be suitable for some.
